Reviews on Mercedes-Benz

What can I say about this place I come here for parts I work in a mechanic shop so I know a lot about cars so I buy my parts here. Now I drive a C230 Mercedes compressor. And recently my SRS light came on. I know it's malfunction is it's an old telephone analog signal that sends for help like OnStar when you have a car wreck, that module went out. It's a part that's no longer used I asked Mercedes dealership in the service department to reset it. they said they have to fix it before they can do that which makes no sense they just want money. They can be disabled and It can be reset that's all they have to do. Very disappointed in the service department for not giving good customer service. Also I sat and waited for someone to greet me for Wayover 20 minutes. I think when I'm done with this Mercedes I'm going back to BMW like the 3 I had before.

Awful!  I moved from Dallas a year and a half ago and brought my car here a few times.  No loaner car.  They gave me a rental that was the dirtiest car I have ever seen!  They do have some really nice guys who drive you to where you need to go.  I've been calling for the past month to try to get my car in for a light to be changed and haven't heard from anyone.  I've even text messaged and called my service guy on his cell.  Frustrated!  Will never buy a car from here!

The service department is extremely rude and overpriced. I was looking to add remote start to my vehicle. I was chatting with a sales associate about how I wished my S-class had remote start and he mentioned that they install remote start with the existing key fob for $500 total. I was ecstatic and immediately looked the product up online. Everyone said retail would set you back $1,000 for parts and labor and people were getting them put in for $400-$600. I thought this was great at $500. I call service and ask about setting up a time to get it set up. They said it was going to be $1,500 minimum. I said that I was quoted $500 and could get it done elsewhere for a lot less. She merely laughed and snidely said "Good luck with that." I will never ever spend a dime at Oklahoma City Mercedes. They've lost a customer for life for lying and being incredibly rude.

Edit: I found a reputable installer that will do it for $800..

Excellent service. Needed a hard to find part while traveling from TN. Craig in parts dept. went out of his way to find & drop ship the part to the mechanic that needed it. Thanks so much!

On my 3rd Mercedes from MB of Oklahoma City and always get excellent service. My sales person/manager John A. is excellent at taking care of all my wife's requests (she is the main driver of the last car we own). Every time she gets new cell phone, he is always there to sync it to the car and help with everything needed. John was always helpful to me with car buying experience because I don't usually like to deal with sales people. He always gave me options and never made me feel like I had to make any decisions right away. I like his style and he will always have my business and all my friends! Josh in service department is also a you service star in the making. Always courteous and helpful! 7 years, 3 cars and always fantastic service and sales experience!

Do not buy from here if you value service at all.  I have owned several luxury cars in places like DC, Dallas, Austin, etc., and have never had such consistently bad service.

Do yourself a favor and drive to Tulsa or Dallas to buy.  If you buy here, you'll regret it the first time you have to deal with their service department.  In a nutshell, they are rude, condescending, unaccommodating.

Further, the sales people don't understand technology at all so if you have any designs on complicated electronic equipment (e.g., Bluetooth, iPod connectors, voice control) you're out of luck when asking them.  I found they simply told me the car had what I was asking for each time I asked, so when I went online to check I found they were flat out wrong.  When I called back to ask about it they were dismissive of their incorrect information, going on to explain to me that most people don't care about things like that and they just assumed the car would do what I wanted.

I recently purchased my third car from MB OKC, and the experience was phenomenal each time. Most recently, my salesman, Dave Bowers, made the purchase process very easy. After explaining what I wanted out of a car, Dave picked a few out and took a few test drives. After a thorough explanation of every detail of the car, I decided on a C350. The trade-in process was simple and straight-forward. After only 3 hours, I had signed the paperwork and drove off in my Mercedes. I needed a bit of touch up work on the car, and they put me up in a rental at the dealership and had the car ready by the afternoon. I will always make MB OKC my first choice for any other car I decide to purchase.
