If I could leave negative amount of stars for my experience with Lumpy, I would. I had worst experience one could possibly have with attempt to purchase a 2011 Ducati 1198SP from them. I traveled from Chicago to OKC only to find bike in poor condition, with mechanical issues that would not allow even to go for a test ride, evidence of a low-side, scratched parts, missing bolts, extensive repairs ... and all that after bike was advertised as in "Excellent" condition. In discussions about the bike seller reassured me that bike was in excellent condition without any damage. When confronted, seller said that bike in this condition was still a great deal. On top of that, dealer refused to return my deposit and when charge was disputed with card, had a nerve to contact my card and tell them that I agreed to non-refundable deposit. Needless to say this was not the case. Liar, cheat, dirty business... Stay away from this place as far as you can.

You need a car?  Come here!!   Very professional and courteous staff.   I will definitely be coming back for another vehicle.   They got me what I was looking for,  but cheaper and a hell of a lot nicer than what I would have gotten elsewhere.  They will help you in anyway possible.   I'm glad I made the choice to stop and buy here!!   Awesome service from an awesome bunch of people!!

I contacted this dealer regarding a preowned Ducati 1198 SP they had for sale.  The communication and correspondence was spot on, until the sales person told me the MSRP for the bike was way higher than it actually was, and this was his justification for the price at which they were selling the bike.  When I corrected the sales associate with the correct MSRP and told him that I had actually purchased one in 2011, all communication had ceased.  Not another word from the dealer.

My only conclusion is that the dealer was trying to offload a lemon on an unknowing consumer.  I will never purchase anything from this dealership, and I would caution you to do more research than you would have to at a reputable dealer.  It's unfortunate that you can't' take someone's word for anything anymore, but this was my experience with Lumpy's Auto Sales in OK.

Good Luck
