At first I looked at a Scion tC they had for sale. The first salesperson I got didn't know how to spell Scion. The car was at the shop. So he told me he would call me when the car came in. I checked back a couple days later, the car was there and he never called. Strike one.

I tried getting the car but someone already bought it. So oh wells. Looked around for a new deal, found a great one.

The salespeople here are really rude. I looked at a used car I really liked and from the beginning I told them that I wasn't going to buy today because I had to look up the VIN number on carfax since they wouldn't do it themselves and work out stuff with my bank. They would bring up "autocheck" which wasn't a really good format and I didn't really trust it.

But I told them that after I look up the information, I will come back tomorrow. I was 100% on that because I really wanted the car. I just had to do a background check. We negotiated down to a price that I could afford. But I said again that I'd come back tomorrow and the salesperson went crazy. He started cursing at me, insulting me, and saying all these bad things I dare not speak again.

So I brought it up with his manager, and the price we negotiated earlier, the manager said "that offer won't be available tomorrow, don't bother coming back F#$*(@"

So not only are they rude, but apparently they didn't want my business. And that's fine. I'll make sure nobody I know will buy from them again. I guarantee that. Lose the business of one.. you'll lose the business of thousands.
