Reviews on Hudiburg Nissan

Hudiburg Nissan is completely unethical and there dealings dishonest.

. I talked to Robert Walker in internet sales today and he transferred us to a sales man named Jake Stinson. We came to a monetary agreement regarding our trade in and agreed to a deal (3/23). Since we live over 160 miles away we made arrangements to come the next day with our check and pickup the car. Jake Stinson told us he would hold the car till 3PM Tuesday(3/24).

Two hours after we completed the deal over the phone Jake called us back and said they just sold the car to someone else.

Hudiburg Nissan is completely unethical and there dealings dishonest.

I should have looked at the other reviews, this dealership is indeed horrible knowledge of the people treat you like you're nothing but when you get here for an appointment no one wants to help you asked for help getting a rental car and was told that I needed to go find my service person in them on my head thinking that we were told that we had to go to another dealership because the person who was supposed to handle our car was in training today. This place is HORRIBLE!!! NEVER COME HERE!!!!

Yep, still a 1 star and if there was a 0 star it would definitely get that for sure. So my oil change is coming up pretty soon so I decide to make some calls to see if the prices were the same or different. I called to Hudiburg Nissan and asked them about the prices for oil change. The lady who answered the phone told me it was $40ish + tax depending how many quarts of oil my car takes, blah blah blah. I told her my specific car and I want the exact price, not the quarts bull crap. So it was going to be above $40 for sure just for an oil change. I told her that I recently talked to another Nissan dealer and their price is $20ish all year long. She replied that it must be a coupon or something. I told her that there was no coupon, they are just simply cheap. She said something along the line that her Hudiburg Nissan has the set price and it's going to stick with it.

In conclusion, from the multiple horrible experiences in the past, I will probably never come here for service again. Things that you can expect to receive at this dealer:

- Rip off prices
- Bad services, which includes getting your car dirty from oil stains or whatnot
- No respect for your vehicle whatsoever

We had a leak coming from our rear differential, and had brought our truck in to get it serviced. We were in the middle of a cross country military move, so we still had another 1,500 miles to go, so fixing it was of the utmost importance.. They serviced the leak and got $500 from us, yet neglected to inform us that the gears needed replacing, which my certified mechanic husband said they wouldn't have been able to miss.
We broke down 3.5 hours later in the middle of Arkansas, 75 miles from the nearest Nissan dealership, in the pouring rain on Father's Day.  Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend them unless you expect to get shaddy service, and break down shortly after. Two weeks later, we received a call for a survey from them, and when we explained the situation  we were hung up on.  I highly suggest you go elsewhere!

Called to discuss problem with service manager; ongoing issue with AC which had been checked several months prior. Unfortunately, no notes in file. Scheduled an appointment, arrived on time and waited for some acknowledgement... no one seemed to care so we  trekked in to find the manager. After explaining timeline problems (needing to get back to CA to get another daughter moved into college on deadline) we continually had to initiate contact and check on car. Finding nothing, we urged the manager to check again. Overnight and $320 later, a radiator removed and "stuff" cleaned out between, we were assured all was fine. Unfortunately the wiring blinked off and on, the AC shut down, the radio wouldn't show stations (but would play) prompting another call to the manager. We were told they had "fixed" the AC problem and the only other possibility would be another $500+ part and $300+ labor for something it "might" be. That's when we decided to go to the larger dealer further north.

This place its very high price. My tap was $450 dollars. If your car is out of warranty do not go there. Use CV Joints R Us, they have 11 years of Nissan experience and can get the parts cheaper. They rip you off when your car has no more warren ties.
