I usually bring my Honda here for an oil change. I don't always make an appointment, but there's never a line, and they do full checks. Always super friendly, and not the kind of mechanics to "find" unnecessary things wrong. The lobby has computers and internet, so you can keep yourself occupied. It is right off the highway, on a service road I guess. Sometimes they have month-long specials on oil changes, and they might for other services, so if that is your thing, you can always call and ask.

Love this place! Super friendly, fair prices, speedy service... Joey in service is great, William in sales, service receptionist efficient and nice... What's not to like?!

Went to Eskridge Honda and was met by Harry. He was pleasant but I was looking for the best deal. Their selection is lacking and there was only 1 2013 Honda Accord Coupe 4cylinder. I was told that they were more apt to come down on price on the 2013 to get the inventory out the door. So I finally decided to go with the with the only choice... After playing their cat and mouse game... The best they could do was 20701 with a couple of accessories. I kept them there till almost 9pm... And the manager wanted me to make the deal. He asked me to put the 500 down ...I requested that I get 34 hrs to change my mind since I wasn't picking up the car. The manager refused and said I won't get the same deal tomorrow since he was not working. I finally walked away. That night I did some research and that price wasn't bad, but decided to check out another dealer. I ended up buying it elsewhere for 1050 more but a color I prefer and a 2014 model.
I got a call from Harry today saying bad weather was coming in and it was slow... Wanted to know if I was interested... I told him I bought the car yesterday and told him the price... All of a sudden he could match that but said I didn't care for a 2014. Don't lie to me... I am there for the best bang for the buck... I basically told him his manager screwed him. Overall it wasn't that bad but Battison Honda has a better selection, free oil changes and the manager isn't a prick telling me that I am a big boy who can make my own decisions.

Purchased my 2012 Black Honda Civic Si from them ,loved it!
I used them again to trade in this year and I bought my Red Honda Civic Si. I use their service department for all of my oil changes and tire rotations!
They are excellent!

I have dealt with the service department and the dealership side of Eskridge.

I will say the service side of Eskridge would get a 4 or 5 stars from my experience.

The sales side would get negative stars if that was possible. I bought a car back in May. I shopped three local Honda dealers. This was buy far the most high pressure that I experienced in the buying process. I had to basically lie to them to get out of the show room. I was planning on buying a Honda regardless. This sales people at this place are very high pressure. Was not a good or fun experience at this dealer ship.

My daughter was driving to Ft Worth from Indianapolis, IN today when her AC went out in the  100+ heat. She stopped at Eskridge late in the day with no appointment. They greeted her immediately and after making sure she and her German Shepard got  cooled off and had the water they needed, they looked at her car. They found the problem, fixed it right away and even honored her used car warranty.

All in all a great experience.
