If I could give no stars I would.  Bottom line we had agreed on a price and trade.  Everything was signed and the paperwork was being finalized.  The sales manager then took us into a separate room and told us his finance manager had messed up and will not do the deal.

They weren't going to get a kick back through their finance company on our deal because we choose to go through our own for a better interest rate.  When I say better I mean they offered us 9% and we already have vehicles financed at 3.9%.  

The finance guy came in to talk to us and was spinning the situation.  We were calm and simply informed him that what he was doing was wrong.  He said he didn't pull our credit and that it was just how they do business.  He then raised his voice and said he didn't have time for us to twist his words.  He then yelled at us to leave.  

They ran my fiancés credit several times lowering his score.  We have never been treated so poorly. Spent all day in the dealership just for them to back out.

My fiancé and I have stopped twice (both times on a Sunday) to check out the 2015 dodge durangos. Pro- they leave a few vehicles unlocked during the day so, we were able to sit inside and get the full feel. Con- there weren't very many durangos to check out. Also, we are wanting the citadel model and they didn't have any. When we are ready to buy we will most likely go to a dealer with more of selection.

I am from Colorado and found a used Challenger online then called them. My salesperson was Suki and she has been great. The pricing was as advertised plus their dealer fee. The financing over the phone was a breeze and I found a shipper on Uship.com . It was a great experience even though I was far away. The car will be here in about 7 days.

I contacted this dealership after seeing an ad online about them having the lowest prices on new dodge chargers. I called, inquired, and told the sales lady the charger I wanted. She took all my information, including my personal financial information needed to pre-approve me for a loan for the vehicle I wanted. So without discussing any final numbers or even asking me if they could have my permission to run my credit, this pathetic, crook filled dealership ran my credit a total of 27 times through every finance company possible. I tried calling the representative back with whom I spoke with, Brittney Houston was her name, i have yet to get a return call or email back. I have since filed complaints and grievances with the Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission and the BBB. This is by far the absolute worst dealership ever. Now I know why they have been sued and fined more times then Charlie Sheen.

So these guys have the whole "car repair" thing backwards. I brought them a car that ran properly and somehow managed to finish with a car that needed repairs to run properly again. I'm sure it had nothing to do with them taking poor care of it during the two months it was sitting there waiting for a part.

And you know, in a perfect world, when mechanics come up with pricing, they would charge the true cost plus a reasonable profit. In our far-from-perfect world, they would at least charge you a slightly unreasonable price on the assumption that some folks would pay that price, and others would balk at it. Those who balked at it would receive the lower price, showing the business understood that car repair prices are negotiable.

These folks don't follow either approach. Instead, their approach is to quote an exorbitantly high price. Then they will insist that this is the lowest price they can possibly provide, even after I explain that I know this is an excessively high price. Only upon me saying something along the lines of "Well then forget about even doing the work, since I know this is an excessively high price" will they somehow, through the grace of [your deity here], find a way to lower the price a bit. If anything changes during the scope of the maintenance, however, you better believe that the prices will rise and you'll have to go through the entire discussion (complete with threats to pull the work) again.

I'm giving two stars rather than one for two reasons: first, because despite the overcharging and constant haggling required to obtain something remotely resembling a fair price, the car was ultimately repaired;* and second, because I knew that the very public recalls for cars like ours meant GM was offering some great discounts on vehicles, and I'd thought I might be convinced to purchase another one if the price was right.^ By treating me as they did, these folks strengthened my resolve, reminded me what a disaster my GM purchase was and continues to be, and kept me from making a huge mistake I'd be living with for another decade. (I still find it absurd that some of my taxes were used to prevent that abomination of a company from entering normal bankruptcy proceedings.) Anyway, there's that. I guess what I'm saying is, these folks are below average and I'll be avoiding them for anything except essential repairs from here on out.

* Except for the stuff that is irreparable. I mean that literally: There is a defective part on this car that only GM makes, and neither they nor anyone else make the part anymore. It also had a warning light come on a couple times after I got the car back, but they never returned my calls about it and it went away, so fingers crossed.

^ Never let the fact that a manufacturing defect nearly caused my wife to die in a horrible accident get in the way of a good deal, that's what I always say.

Worst dealership ever. Never returns call. I bought a new jeep from them that already had a lift put on it from dealership and within a week the driveshaft burnt up. Brought it back to them and a week later they are still jerking me around to get it fixed. Call jeep complaint center and was on phone for 56 mins so they could contact the dealership to resolve the problem and still resolution. Never buy from these guys.

Very pushy, cluttered, and unorganized dealership but what can you expect from dealerships these days?

Went in and bought a Chevy Cruze yesterday ..they are very pushy by trying to get you to quickly read over purchase contracts.  They said the $465 doc fee was standard which I knew that was off because multiple friends paid $270.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as they are very pushy, cars are literally everywhere parked on sidewalks in front of the building, hard to get around with employees hanging out everywhere, and one of the managers tried to tell me since I was pre approved I have to either do my financing thru them or face a $1000 fee.. but I quickly turned that one around.
but I bit the bullet on my car and got slightly ripped off but it's the car I  wanted and I was tight on my car situation.

Love my car and it runs great.
