I bought my car from the David Stanley in Norman, but this location is closer. I called to make a service appointment and the operator put me through to a number that had an answering machine, so I left a message. I called the norman location which said I should be fine going just going in without an appointment, so I drove over. The service advisor told me he couldn't deal with me since "all of the technicians were gone for lunch" and I could wait an hour for them to get back. He gave me his card and told me I could call and set up an appointment. So I left and later called to make an appointment, which is when the operator put me through to the same service desk answering machine. They never called me back and I never made an appointment there. I ended up driving the 20 minutes down to Norman and they handled the problem without a minute no problem. I don't plan on ever going back. I wasn't impressed by the service I received in any of the different departments.

I did service with these people twice. My first deal I got a great car with a warranty on it and the rear end diff went out two weeks later they would not cover it because they said it was existing... So they worked it out for me and let me trade it in (paying off my trade) I got into another car that I absolutely loved 3 months later I never received a title went threw 3 paper tags and never made one payment on it ( due to the deal never closing) sad thing is it couldn't close because they sold me a car with a previous lien on it. On top of that my first cars finance company won't stop calling me saying I am super late. (They never paid off my trade) funny thing they sold it so whoever bought it got a car with a previous lien on it to!!! Tell me about bad business wow I wouldn't do business with them even if some one paid me good $$$
Well after this big mess they decided they were going to fix everything but I demanded my money back ( they only gave me my money I put down on the second car) but I lost all my other money! They were to fix my credit from my first deal and I am still battling this. Ahhhhhh and the finace company is calling me again!!! Good luck if u do business with them.

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY.  Salesman was so rude and didn't even introduce himself until I had to finally ask him for his name.  Was not helpful in finding the vans I had come to look for and said he didn't have a business card.  I am still so upset with how rude the sales person was and how he handled (or didn't handle) himself.
