Superior customer service from the first phone conversation to handing over the keys. Jason Webb, our certified sales specialist, ensured that we got a great deal on our new outback. I never felt taken advantage of and in truth the whole experience was fun. I had spoken to the other dealership in the area and they made me feel like I had to commit to a car during that phone convo or I wouldn't get the car I wanted. Huge turn off. When you are about to spend that much money, you need to take your time. If anyone is looking for a Subaru, this is the only place to go.

Tried telling us that pretty much everything on my sti needed service or replacing even tho we had previously serviced everything. Wanted 6000$ to fix a 90$ problem. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE.

Thank goodness for Jerry and the team at this dealership. Following a bad experience further south, we drove to this dealer service center and explained our dilemma... two days late to get back to CA to move another daughter into college and $150+ of AC repairs the day prior that appeared to make the original problem worse. We left the car and drove back to Norman hoping for better results.... we were not disappointed. Brandon called as promised with updates, even to tell us the car was delayed from getting into the shop but on it's way. A few hours later, we were called to pick up the car... a recall item handled by another dealer several months earlier was repeated, diagnostics were run on all items, the car washed... all at no charge. The AC ran perfectly all the way back to CA over two very long, hot days. No sign of intermittent electronic problems with radio and dashboard lights that plagued us the day after service at another dealer. Our son's car will go to this dealer for ongoing service and maintenance... even though it means a longer drive each time.
