Have been coming here 10+ years for buying new cars and service. Their customer service has plummeted over the last 6 years. Why I don't know but they always say that we can have a loaner car when our car is worked on but at the moment of truth, they get amnesia. I paid for a very expensive detail and they didn't bother to vacuum under the seats or wash the tops of the windows for example. The most half assed job ever. Their service people are surly and do the absolute bare minimum. Certainly, not the kind of service you'd expect after buying such an expensive care. Need service again now and am searching for anywhere than here to get it done.

My husband and I were buying our first car together and I was very excited. We shopped all day and I found one I really liked here. So we told our salesman that we wanted to buy it after a test drive. We negotiated and signed paperwork and listened to their financing speech. I continuously asked if that was all that was needed for us to buy the car and was reassured so. We were unable to bring the car home with us as we had met there and didn't have anyone to drive it. I repeatedly told them I would be back the next business day to pick it up. We thanked them and left.

I called the next business day to let them know I was on my way to pick it up (since it was an hour drive for me up there). The same car salesman said that was fine so I headed there. Once I arrived, he grabbed his manager to inform us that at that moment they were in the process of selling it to someone else. Apparently it wasn't "official" unless we drove the car off the lot and drove it back onto the lot. Both men telling me this never told me that when we were signing all the paperwork to buy it (or whatever that was) or even when I called him. According to them, that's "state law" but they neglected to tell us about this little law the first time.
