Brought my Corolla into the service center to get an O2 sensor changed.  Waited in the (admittedly nice) lounge area for two hours to get handed a $3000 estimate! Waited another half hour for the "concierge" (aka upsell guy) to come back, and finally asked to just have my car pulled around so I could take it somewhere else. Waited ANOTHER half hour to get my key back.

Bob Howard Toyota was a complete waste of time on a very rare day off. Go somewhere smaller and more sincere.

The worst service department ever. They have no idea what's the difference between a 5k service and a 60k service. For $150 they were going to just rotate the tire and change the oil, and call that a 60k service.......yes I know I could do myself but why, while they did that I could be in bed asleep since i was up all night at work. DON'T EVER GO THERE.

I actually bought both my Toyotas from Hudiburg but gladly bring them to Bob Howard Toyota for service. They greet me immediately every time and are honest about what they're going to do and how long a wait it may be.

I come to Bob Howard Toyota not only because of the service but they have the best service coupons of any of the local dealerships. Plus, being a woman I like the fact that there are knowledgeable women on the service drive who don't try to pull a line of BS on me.

Also, they take the time to explain any recommended service and have a complete printout explaining everything in detail - even if in "layman's" terms.  No hard sell and that's important.

I highly recommend bringing your Toyota to this dealership for service.  They even replaced a burned out brake light bulb for me for free...I just came in and they were eager to help.

I made an appointment two days in advance to have my oil changed. Nothing challenging, just an oil changed. I dropped my car off at 10:50 a.m. for my 11:00 appointment; at 2:30 p.m. I finally found someone to get an update. I was told my car still hadn't been taken back and it would be another couple hours. At this point I called a friend to come get me. I got a call at just about 5:00 p.m. that my car was finally ready. I am dumbfounded as to how this happened and will never be returning to say the least.

I keep overplaying my hand when I'm at Bob Howard Toyota (BHT). For the second year in a row, I went to BHT with the intention of buying from BHT, pushed beyond the point of no return (or past their supposed point of no return) by saying something that hinted at my true price point, and found myself having to walk away because they saw through what I was trying to do. And just like last year, I ended up walking into another dealer saying, "Well BHT offered this. Beat it and I'll buy right now." The knowledge gained from haggling at BHT for four hours was worth it, even if I had to ultimately chalk it up as a loss.

Customer service was pretty good. The salesman was personable. My brother found him to be a little condescending at times, so whether his interactions were genuine or not is up for debate. Regardless, the salesman and the others we interacted with seemed like good people. The salesman made it a point to throw in a jab that BH offered bottled water and good coffee unlike a certain competitor (that he knew we were considering). I thought he was joking, but it was the truth. BHT offers bottled water and decent coffee. But I'd rather have crap coffee if it meant I could have the car I wanted at the price I liked.

I can't prove it, but I believe that car dealers everywhere purposely have ugly exterior/interior color combinations to force you to pay extra for something that won't cause you to vomit a little in your mouth. A green exterior with a bright orange interior. Why? Why is that even a color combination? All it did was make me want pumpkin pie.

I've had pleasant experiences at BHT (only to have it miss the mark ever so slightly) that I'm really hoping to come to a mutual understanding one of these days. Maybe. Or I keep playing this game with BHT that I enjoy so much.

So I suppose it's time to modify the poem from earlier ever so slightly... A Cinquain:

New car
Bob's Toyotas
Offered a good deal, but
Norton offered a better one

Not sorry.

We have bought there twice in the last year, and they really need to get a new finance guy, Riecko (he finished up all the paperwork, once u have bought the vehicle) is the most rude, and arrogant acting man I have ever worked with!  Sadly this is the last impression you walk away with from Bob Howard, since Reicko is the last person you deal with.  Once he finds out you are not purchasing an exteneded warranty, it never fails, he wont talk and  acts like a toddler throwing a fit. Slamming papers, etc.

I had my 2012 Camry serviced here several times. Great service, it can take about an hour to get an oil change completed, but I didn't think the time was out of the ordinary based on my experiences with other places. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They do not try and sell you unnecessary services like so many other places. They have several comfortable waiting areas with free water and cookies/donuts. They also will wash your car when the service is complete. I recently traded in my Camry for a different car brand due to an expanding family and I'm a little sad I won't be able to use this location again.

Great service. Great people.
