Pretty sure their service center are a bunch of crooks. I went to my trusted body shop to have my check engine light diagnosed. My shop told me it seems like the Cat converter was bad or going bad. It's covered under warranty go to the Hyundai dealership. So I did. After about 2 hours the dealership told me it wasn't the cat. They didn't know what it was. But for $320.00 we can start with this and that. Mind you. The part they were going to change was $5.99 at autozone. So I changed the part. That took me all of ten minutes to change. Still didn't fix the problem. The service center where I work put my car on a lift and took my cat converter off and a bunch of "stuff" fell out.
When I went back to bob Howard they said we cannt do anything unless it shows a code saying the cat converter is bad.

Well since it didn't the day before. Their hands are tied.  

What good is a 10yr 100k mile warranty if they won't honor it.

I feel as though I need to rethink everything I have ever known to be true in this world.  Car buying was a fun, stressless and hassle-free experience thanks to Bob Howard Hyundai-- who would have thought?!

We were fortunate to be placed in the hands of Eric, a personable, pressure-less salesman who knows his stuff.  He allowed us to peruse, poke and play with several different cars until we decided what we wanted, and then he, with the help of JJ, made magic happen in the finance department.  Magic, I tell you.   They were both knowledgeable without being pushy or condescending and that was so refreshing.  

We could not have had a better experience, I still feel a little high from all of it. This is our 2nd Hyundai, so I already know we are happy with the car we purchased, but the treatment we received at Bob Howard Hyundai was an unexpected and much appreciated surprise.
