What a roller coaster of an experience!  I will first start off by saying that Sarah Dubroff and Tiffany are delightful to work with!  I went in to the dealership after seeing a car online and Sarah, the internet sales manager, was so helpful and introduced me to Tiffany who was my sales associate.We worked out a deal over a couple of days and when I went in on the third day I was introduced to a sales manager by the name of Scott Bowman.  This is when everything went awry.  He showed me the numbers and I told him I wasn't happy with it and so he came back with a number closer to what I want.  I told him I would like it a little lower and this is where things got unpleasant.  I told him I had done the numbers and that it was achievable.  He made fun of me for using an auto loan calculator, and then told me the 2016 Honda Accord with more options I was considering would be a joke compared to the Acura and that my business clients wouldn't take me nearly as serious with a Honda. He even went on to say that someone with a Rolex (my client) is not going to want to work with someone with a Casio (the Honda). The whole time he had a very condescending tone and told me he felt like I was taking this personal when I wasn't at all.  When I asked him what rate they were giving me he said I THINK it's ...  He then went on to tell me that I need to look at a car that was $5,000 cheaper to get the payment I want when in reality it would only take about $750 difference to get the payment I want plus .5% less APR from what he THOUGHT they were giving me.  He then was obviously frustrated and stormed off saying well there's nothing we can do for you. This was literally after 10 minutes of talking to him. After I left I messaged Sarah again letting her know that I was still interested in the car and to see if she could do something. Well low and behold I got a text the next day telling me that they sold the car from under me, even when I told them I was still interested.  Overall just a bad experience so beware!

I got my last vehicle at Bob Howard Acura. What I liked most is they cater to the way you need transactions done. I was busy and in a hurry to get a car. They had me a price while I was there and worked with me in a timely manner. No back and forth or wasting time. Ever since the purchase I actually don't mind dropping in for the services. Prices are great and the amenities in the customer lounge are great.  All the staff are attentive and always make sure you're taken care of. Tim Weldon, one of the managers, took care of me on the sale and still follows up and speaks to me when I'm there.
