Is a great place to buy a car! Easiest place I have ever been, Was down to earth and Excellent customer care. Did my research and knew what I wanted before arriving. They were having their Presidents' Day sale and were pretty busy. The salesman was a bit of a goofy little idiot but I was in and out in less than an hour. I think most dealerships are pretty good at selling a car and taking your money and very few excel at service. Fortunately I never had to take my car in for any major service.

I'll be kind and say MAYBE my salesman isn't a typical representation of Jim White Honda's staff. However, the one I did have switched from nicey-nice to an unwarranted jerk when he found out I wouldn't commit to buying a car before he made an appraisal on my trade in. I've been to other dealerships, and they had no problems making me an offer. I went as far as to ask the next dealership if it was a problem. They were a little shocked I even asked the question. So, what makes Jim White Honda such a special case? High-pressure tactics is my only conclusion. This salesman even went as far as to say "I'm wasting my time here." Excuse me!? Listen friend, you're wasting MY time. Had I known you wanted me to commit to buying a car before I had a trade-in appraisal, I would have written you off right then and there.

I basically told the general sales manager he lost thousands of dollars because of the representative's Jekyll and Hyde routine. If I have the money to purchase a new car, I shouldn't be treated in such a dismissive manner. There's no argument after that.

If any of you reading this have had a great experience there, then I congratulate you. I won't be bothering with them anymore.
