Due to a previous review I left, this establishment has now refused me service. You would think they would rather fix said issue and not ban people for expressing an opinion. I even edited and changed my review to all -------'s to please them in order to have a vehicle serviced, only to arrive again and VERY rudely and angrily being told to "GET OUT OF THEIR SHOP". So much for freedom of speech & Ford customer care.
So be careful what you say folks, or risk being treated even worse.

Krieger Ford has been a life saver today!  My system froze up and battery died while I was running errands with my 3 children on a 16 degree day.  When I panicked and called Krieger, Karl of the sales staff tried to walk me through disarming the system and then drove to me to jump the car which worked!  Because my battery needed to be replaced, he set everything up within minutes to get my new battery installed.  Amazing how thoughtful and generous he was to help me and my family and get me moving quickly.  I am forever grateful. Highly recommend!!!! We have about 4 vehicles from Krieger and will continue for life!

Four days over a two month period to change a shock under warranty. Ridiculous!! The service writers are always unavailable when you have a issue. The service manager is never there. This place is a joke.

I really enjoy taking my car to Krieger (except for the price,  but it can't be free, right? :) At least they are competitive!). I was shocked to see low reviews. The lowdown:
- Their hours are crazy convenient. If you can't get your car there from 7 a.m. to midnight,  you need a personal assistant and that's a problem Krieger can't remedy!
- Service advisors there are pretty awesome. I've been taking my car there for over three years and had only one issue the entire time. The comment about a particular advisor's attitude was unfair. She has always been pleasant to me. They have a high degree of professionalism.
-Gotta love owner rewards! You get cash back from Ford which isn't a Krieger thing, but it's a nice bonus.
-Free wi-fi and local calls for waiting customers. When they know you're waiting,  they do their best to get you in and out.

My only wishlist is that their waiting room was more comfortable (seating and room temperature). Sometimes the younger cashier isn't as pleasant as she could be, but hey ... you can't ask for perfection from any business.

Terrible with a capital T.  Drop my car off yesterday for a rear suspension air conversion swap with the kit I purchased specifically for my make and model vehicle. I don't know if the mechanic didn't know how or just didn't want to do the work but he told me I had the wrong springs and about ten other excuses which was total BS.  Took my car  to another place this morning and they installed it in less than three hours for $100 less.  I will be taking my business elsewhere, So much for Ford Quality Care!

Would not go here if you paid me!  Stopped to get price on tires. Kristina was cranky and rude!  Refused to look up prices because I only had make and model of car and it wasn't a Ford. Said she needed exact stock number of tires. I know this isn't true because I've stopped there before and given them make and model and they had no problem looking up prices for me!  She also stopped in the middle of talking to me to tell her co-worker what she wanted him to get her for dinner!  Wow!

I've purchased 3 cars here over the past 15 years, but I really like the service department and body shop here. Their hours are helpful to working people and convenient to my Northland home.
