Absolutely hated my experience! Our sales person was not nice, communicating with him was in fact very awkward. Our "paper work guy" was nice, but we are currently dealing with an expiring temporary license and a title memorandum that has not come in the mail yet! I called them over the phone and their customer service was horrible, they were very rude and offered no answers or solutions. My recommendation for anyone reading this is to stay away! I would rather pay a few extra thousand for a more enjoyable experience that ever have to deal with these guys again.

Coming from Nashville to Columbus in the winter is never fun. That too if your car refuses to start in the cold morning.
Since it was certified pre owned, BMW roadside assistance towed it to Kelly BMW. They figured out that the battery was dead and needed replacement. As a goodwill, they replaced the battery free of charge (me being away from home and due to the emergency situation). Yes, FREE OF CHARGE and they saved my day.
Thank you so much Kelly. I really appreciate you taking care of me and you have definitely earned a future customer :)

I located this particular M4 on the Internet, emailed Steve in sales and flew down the next day to purchase it. They were a good BMW dealership and I appreciated the small town atmosphere. Much more of a personable car buying experience out in Ohio than here in LA. A happy camper

I recently had my BMW 328i into the service department to have Cilajet applied to the interior and exterior of the car. (I highly recommend it!)
It's well worth the additional add on price.
It's an amazing product that protects your paint and leather from harmful UV rays. Normal day to day dirt and grime do not stick easily to its smooth silky surface. Allowing you to not have to wash your car as often. It's much easier to keep your car looking "showroom" clean and polished. Road tar, grease, oil, everything's just wipes right off the paint surface.

I was assigned to Nicholas Williamson as my service advisor. He has helped me on two different occasions. He really understands what great customer service looks like. I'm all about consistency, and he always makes me glad I chose Kelly BMW! He's not just efficient, he takes the extra time be personable and genuine in making your visit very pleasant. It's people like him who help create customer loyalty!

I was a little worried about going to the dealership after moving up here from Louisville, but Kelly BMW surprised me with how much value they added to their service.

I had a pretty severe failure of my water pump about 150 miles from home and they were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of getting to them and getting the repairs completed. Ask for Sam when you need service, he was honest and very helpful. Extremely knowledgeable and upfront with everything. Told me what was needed, when to bundle service to save on labor and what products were worth it and which weren't.

The bottom line on my repair was more than I was used to back in Louisville when I went to an indy shop, but I feel like they did everything they could at Kelly to make me feel alright with parting with the amount of money I did. The wash and vacuum doesn't hurt, and they completed the service promptly. Not often have I seen a repair bill where the labor is actually HALF of what the materials cost. They were very professional and I am no longer afraid of going to the stealership.

It's been a while, but I'm still miffed.  Agreed to a price for a new 3-series.  After taking a test ride I was 99% sold.  I called later and finalized the deal -even had them send me  a fax that spelled out the numbers.  When I came back to the dealership I was advised that the out-the-door price had gone up a few hundred dollars.  Huh?  I was advised that they forgot to add for the price of a tank of gas and the floor mats.  Oh, and they advised that the fax I was holding was not binding.  The sales manager then advised that since I put $500 down over the phone to hold the vehicle, if I didn't take the car I would lose the $500.  I shook my head in disbelief, thanked them for their time and left.  Regardless, I love BMW cars (and motorcycles).

I've purchased over a dozen cars from Kelly BMW over the years. During that time, I think I've met most of the people who work at the dealership. I can say, unequivocally, that all of the people I've encountered at Kelly BMW -- from the Sales Manager to the service writers to the receptionists to the guys in the shop -- have been wonderfully professional, personable, and willing to go the extra mile. The sales process has always been completely above board, without the usual car dealer bait-and-switch shenanigans. More importantly, that same level of customer service continues long after the sale, too. Whenever I've had a problem or an issue with one of my cars, I know that it will be quickly and completely addressed by the team at Kelly, giving me one less thing to worry about.

I buy BMWs because I love the brand, but I buy them from Kelly BMW because I know that I will be valued as customer long after I've signed on the dotted line.

I absolutely loved working with this dealership. They rolled out the red carpet even though I was buying a used car and not a new fancy BMW. Everyone was so friendly and approachable. Contrary to another reviewer on here, I had an absolutely amazing experience with John Zimmerman. He listened to what I wanted for price point and color and found me exactly what I needed. He answered all of our questions and taught me everything about my new car. I will purchase all of our cars from John. I can't thank him enough for finally getting me into the car I always wanted. I have to say also being DOG FRIENDLY was another area that sold me not just the customer service. Coach and I enjoy going to the car wash and hanging out in the lobby!

Buyer beware.  I purchased a 3 series from their Certified Used BMW lot.  I was haggled up $1500 dollars on the price of the car because it was "certified" and came with the extended warranty of 6 years and 100,000 miles.  The cost of which was $1700 at the time.  After returning home, i was informed at my local BMW Store that the warranty was never applied to the car.  When i called Kelly BMW to have them activate the warranty, they told me the warranty must be purchased and does not come automatically on used cars.  

This is a dishonest establishment, shop elsewhere.  Otherwise, BMW's are fantastic vehicles.  I recommend The BMW Store in Kenwood, OH.
