DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!  After being told a vehicle would not be ready until Friday afternoon we went ahead and made an appt. to look at it at 10 am Sat. Morn.( we were told they don't see customers before 10am ) we made the 150 mile trip to look at it.  As we drove in the parking lot Preston H. Called our cell to tell us they sold the car Friday.  Then when we complained to Brain Jordan and Ted Santagata we were told we were just mad because they didn't sell us the car.  Seems to be there MO as they just did the same thing to Rebbeca M two months ago.  So please look for Anti-Germain-Lexas pages on Facebook and Twitter coming soon!!! Jonathan why don't you have Brian Jordan and Ted Santagata call me!!!!  Dan B.  814 602 3599......Better yet how about the Dealer group owner..... And make it right.

I have no experience with anyone else in this store except for Greg Saylor, pre owned sales consultant there's a picture of him on their website. I asked for information on a car, he asked where I was calling from, I told him I wasn't from the area and he just clicked on me. That is as rude as it gets with customer service and if I could give him a 0 star rating I would for his unacceptable customer service.  I will tell anyone that is looking to purchase a car to stay away from this store. Absolutely unacceptable customer service

I recently purchased a car from there with the help of Bob. the dealership was nice, clean and friendly. The agent that set up my appointment with the dealer was attentive and even had follow up that was specialized to me and not a generic call.

The technical staff and technicians were helpful too. So far, a great experience!

Horrible dealer. Stay away. I negotiated a price of a vehicle. Before I could sign the paper work, they sold the car to someone else in spite of a verbal agreement. This place gives dealers a bad name.

We bought our first Cadillac Excalade here right when we moved to Columbus and out of the 4 cars we have bought since, this was by far the best service and car we have had!

They take great care of you from start to finish, the service is first class and they still send thank you notes and recognize us even by name.

The place might seem snooty but they are very down to earth and cool with you, you feel in the right place and like they actually care.

Sure the prices are not the cheapest and bargaining is not as much an option as other places but we got a gorgeous car that served us well until we sold it for a newer Escalade and made more than our money back, not a bad deal!

Lexus is known for their customer service...but not this one.  The sales staff were rude and didn't want me to use their car wash because they thought I didn't get serviced at Germain (I usually get service from the Dublin office).  Never going back there again!

Not impressed. Germain Is all about the money. I've purchase several new cars from various dealers in Columbus- and I've never regreted it like this dealer.  Having owned a Lexus, I won't be buying another car from Germain - any of their dealerships. My advice to would be customers, dot your i's and cross your t's on your lease agreements.  I've had friends tell me of similar run-ins with Germain sales staff and managers. unfortunately it's live and learn for me.
