History

Established in 1947.

The original Germain Motor Company dealership was established in 1947 by Warren Germain. As the years have passed, Germain Motor Company continued to grow under the leadership of Bob Germain, Sr. who passed away in June 2008. In 1995, Steve Germain was named President and CEO. Today, Germain Motor Company is comprised of four dealerships in Central Ohio, three dealerships in Naples, Florida and one in Sarasota, Florida and four new dealerships in Ann Arbor, Michigan; providing Toyota/Scion, Mercedes-Benz/smart/Sprinter, Acura, Honda, BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche and Cadillac.

Brought in my 2008 Saturn ION here for some GM recall work (3 recall items).  Since one of the recall items had to do with replacing the ignition switch (this has been highly talked about in the news recently) when I called to make the appointment the service rep Adam told be that it could take 3 to 5 week before they could get the correct replacement parts in; this due to the large number of GM cars recalled.  True to his word, Adam did call me back when the parts came in about 2 - 3 weeks later and set up an appointment.  When I arrived with my car, Adam treated me very well, not only did they resolve all 3 recall items in one day, they also gave me 2 new keys for the new ignition switch.  Overall, once the parts came in the service was very prompt.  professional and friendly.  I would absolutely consider purchasing a new car there.

I've had several unfortunate issues with my vehicle and have had to use your services to the fullest capacity. Let me say that you guys are a true protector of the Cadillac brand. TJ alone gives me confidence that you put the guest first and will do the right thing. My first vehicle was not bought there but I was treated just all the same. In the process of getting my cts fixed I decided to purchase my next vehicle solely based on my treatment. I moved up to an escalade that I purchased there. The sales process also was great. My hope is to have an ongoing great experience. Hope to continue all my future business with you. TJ, again, models what right looks like and I am glad tools are provided to him to make great decisions that have made me a huge promoter.

Brought my Cadillac in for service and had an outstanding experience. My service advisor Adam, was professional, thorough, and very responsive. All of the work being done on my car was explained and I was provided with options. I felt the pricing was fair. This was my first experience with Germain. I highly recommend any Cadillac owner to check them out. I may be looking at the 2015 Escalade and you can be sure my new car buying process will begin at Germain.

Way overpriced parts! If you're vehicle is out of warranty DO NOT go here. They wanted to charge $400 for $98 part easily found online and yes OEM! Ridiculous mark up! I have a new SRX that needs warranty work and seeing how they wanted to rip us off on our Escalade I will not be taking it there.
Steer clear!

Grossly overpriced, everytime we want to buy a new car we check here, chat with the salespeople, try to get a deal but everytime it is a dissapointment.
Sure they are nice (they are trying to make money) but there is no depth or real care behind it.
Most importantly they don't budge one bit on the price, and those are higher than anywhere else!
Come on, everyone wants to feel like they are getting a deal, even 50 bucks to show some effort, n instead they go on about how that is the lowest possible and don't even bother asking for a trade in, what they offer is a joke!
Save your money and go elsewhere, I made the mistake of giving them my phone number and they call non stop.
