I purchased a Harley Davidson from Dublin Vehicle Exchange last month.  Mike told me several times the title was on it's way.  By Ohio law they had no more than 30 days to get me the title.  On the 30th day I contacted the Ohio attorney general.  I received the title 3 days later.  Amazing how fast it all went after I filed a complaint.  Kevin who works there is a complete jerk.  Dealer also never supplied me with the keys to the bike.  Told me to have Harley remake a set and they would reimburse.  Never seen that reimbursement.  Overall bike is ok, but would never deal with Dublin Vehicle Exchange or RV BOAT Exchange or any of their other names.  Attorney General of Ohio found them to be a suspicious, non professional business as well.  Hardly ever returned my calls or emails although they claim they did... BEWARE.  Going to BBB about them next...

I wholesaled a $8,500 box truck to Mike Doh the owner of Dublin Vehicle Exchange. Unfortunately the owner issued a stop payment on the check after he picked up the title. Because he had done business with one of our managers in the past we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He told us that he had issued stop payments on the check because he left town and one of his associates had written checks and he thought it might have been one of them. This was back in November of 2012 and ever since my manager has been spending an exhausting amount of time receiving false promises and lies from The owner. We have only collected $4,000 of the $8,500 at this point. He has promised once again that tomorrow by noon we can pick up a cashier check (Jan 24,2013). I will update this complaint if or when he does pay the balance. I just want other dealers and consumers know of his financial default and recommend not by a vehicle without getting a clear title at time of payment. You should check the Ohio BMV website to verify the title number is current and valid.
