Im only giving 1 star because I don't have a negative star option. This place is an unprofessional joke. From the dealer telling us its ok to not strap our kids in the car to him getting up to go smoke because his computer was taking too long..... Not only will I not be returning but I will warn anyone that mentions the Dennis Kia name.

When I think of a dealership, I know they try to pump you for $$$$ that you do not have. Each oil change I received, they always found something "wrong". Well this last time, they told me I needed to get my transmission fluid flushed. Guess what...I had that done somewhere else prior to the oil change. THEY DID NOT EVEN CHECK TO SEE I HAD IT DONE! If you want to be a successful dealership, have your garage employees actually check before writing your customers up for items that are not needed. Lastly, your radio commercials are not funny.

A simple oil change turned into a nightmare when they told me my plug for the oil pan was ruined and I needed a replacement for 297$ + labor. Later a family friend (mechanic) told me I could get an oil plug repair kit at Napa for 20$. Dealers are always a ripoff, and I only used them because I had a credit card with Kia, and I don't have loads of cash on me to go to a local mechanic.  Don't do what I did, find someone you can trust!  

I honestly wouldn't have minded being ripped off quite so hard if they had at least had the decency to tell me what was wrong with my car on the checklist they hand back to you, he just sort of shoved it at me.  Oh and I kept getting called "baby".  No. Just, no.
