I'm writing this review as I wait at Dennis Hyundai for my service to be completed. This is my THIRD visit in two weeks...this time because they did not correctly repair my fuel gage.  When I called to alert them that they did not fix it I was told "Yeah, that happens sometimes'.   Really? Wow.  I have never had a good experience at this dealership but this takes the cake.  And as for having the best warranty? Conventiently for them none of my required repair work was under warranty and I'm out $1200.  The ONLY plus I will give them is Shawn in the service area.   He was genuinely apologetic about the problems I've had with this dealership.  Can't say the same about the 2 sleazy salesman trying to sell me a new car while I've been waiting.  Both told me to forget fixing the vehicle cause it was just going to continue to fall apart and to buy a new one! They really stand behind their product, eh?.

I absolutely loved my experience with Dennis Hyundai. The salesman, Jonathan, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process, along with everyone else at the dealer. This was my first car buying experience, and I can say I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and uncomplicated it was. Very good service today, I had 2 recalls on it which took 1.5 hours and had my oil changed too for only $4.95 !!! Thanks to Aaron in service dept, very nice and funny guy. Thanks for helping out today on my service.

We just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Tucson at Dennis.  Jonathan Wandrey was the salesman and did a fantastic job! He was very comforting, well informed and not pushy at all. We felt like we knew him already!  Tyler Carr, the finance manager was great as well. He made us feel at ease and we were amazed at how quick the whole process went!  Dennis Service Department is great also and they have Great waiting room as well.  I also had the chance to speak to the manager, Andrew, who was very personable, a good leader and cares a lot about making sure that the customer is well taken care of.

It took me 15 years to finally take the plunge and purchase a new vehicle. Part of the wait is that I despise the whole car buying situation. The folks at Dennis made me feel at ease quickly and wish that I had not waited so long!

I have a 2013 Hyundai Sonata with less than 20,000 miles on it and when I went there for a routine oil change they tried to tell me three different things that were wrong with my car. So I called my stepdad and had him talk to them and they quickly changed their tune. You can't trust these guys.

My Truck was over seen by the Dennis Service Director.

Prior to the Service Director's involvement, I had been having a very difficult time getting a proper diagnosis on my truck. I was extremely frustrated with my vehicle's performance and finding the cause of the problem proved tricky.  Leaving the truck at Dennis Hyundai  I feel I left my car in a professional atmosphere. My car required a great deal of attention and time to diagnose the problem.  During this process I was kept updated on progress and given constant feedback.  Dennis' Service Director continued to make sure I was okay throughout the entire process.(Thank you for your concerns!)  At the end of this experience my truck now runs much better! Dennis took their time to resolve the challenging problems. I never felt that they rushed and tried to push my car off with a wrong diagnosis.  This service department has treated me very respectful and I am happy to say I am very pleased with their services. I will recommend this shop. Thank you Dennis for your superb service and finding a positive resolution to what was a long draining process. You took your time and fixed the problem.  I know now that my truck will be in good hands in the future.

I've never walked into a place to have everyone go over and beyond to achieve your 100% satisfaction. As waiting for my car in their waiting room to get an oil change I noticed an employee offer a customer lunch because it was his lunch break and knowing she had been there longer time while the repair that were needed to be done to her car. And I am assuming it was something more major. Not only were they trying to get her on her way but offering her  lunch on them is something you never see in customer service anymore. I was really touched by this gesture and will always come back to Dennis. Also if looking to buy or lease a new car- ask for Braedon. Trust me- he WILL NOT steer you wrong!!!

My wife and I stopped in for a test drive of a new car and the salesman was a little too eager but otherwise it was fairly low pressure and I met the sales manager and felt like he would be a good one to work with. A few weeks later and I found myself on the verge of a great deal at another dealer that is further out (Heath) but thought I would try and stay more local so gave them another chance, plus I WAS a return customer, so I thought that might hold some value for them.

About 10 minutes before I left for my appointment with the salesman I got an email from Hyundai with a welcome and a congratulations on my new purchase as well as the Hyundai bluelink welcome notice. When I looked on the account info I saw that it was set up by the sales person I was about to meet up with - awfully presumptious of him but I figured this meant that they weren't going to let me walk and since I was ready to buy I was willing to let that slide.

Unfortunately after over an hour of discussing the deal they were still nowhere near what I knew I could get elsewhere and I did end up walking. Fast forward a few hours and I bought the car from that Heath dealer who shall be nameless for pretty much the deal I had asked Dennis to do. But of course when they went to register my new car with Hyundai we ran into some problems thanks to the Dennis salesman setting me up as a Hyundai owner already with a different car that I did not buy. Tried to get the sales manager to correct this and he said he had no idea what I was talking about so I contacted Hyundai directly to take care of the issue. I still get double blue link email notices and stuff however so who knows what will happen with the poor schlub who buys the actual car at Dennis with the VIN # they registered to me on myhundai.com !

I was planning on taking my car there for service too but after reading numerous reviews on how poor their service is, I think I may have to drive 35 minutes to Heath instead.

Now time to go and give that Heath dealer a 5 star yelp review!

Two bad experiences here:  First I went here to get my car's timing belt replaced (which includes replacing several rubber belts).  They totally tried to rip me off!  They tried to charge me something like $80 for each belt when belts really only cost about $15-20.  
Second, my brother bought a car from them under the agreement that they would fix its damaged paint.  When he took it home the paint looked okay... but the first time he washed it the paint began to wash right off!  They taped it off and used some sort of cheap spray paint instead of real car paint.  Absolutely unforgivable.

A Groupon for an oil change is what brought me here...

I was very pleased with their appointment system (appointment required because of the Groupon)... got one the very next morning - didn't have to wait a week like at some other place I went (see my review for Jack Maxton Chevrolet).
Soooooo, with that, I started with 5 stars!!

When I arrived, there was no wait at all, I pulled right up to my service 'coordinator' who immediately greeted me by my name .... At first I was creeped out... thought he was physic or something; then it donned on me that I was the only one there, exactly at my appointment time, and I was driving a huge Silverado in a Hyundai dealership... how many of those could have a 9:15 appointment...

So once again I was totally impressed with their customer service!! Again, still with the 5 stars!!  After he had me all in-processed, he walked me to the waiting area - actually walked me there!! (Most places just point and grunt in the general direction).
Again... 5 stars!!!

The waiting area was very nice!! Soooooooooo much better than the other place I review...(see my above mention of the place)... however, nothing worth writing home about... sooooo, a generous 3-4 stars in this area.

Here is where they dropped...
TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER... for a simple oil change... they come tell me my vehicle is all finished.
REALLY????? 2.5 hours????? Did they have to pump the oil out of the ground and refine it themselves????
Either Valvoline places don't really do anything at all when you pay them for an oil change... or it really does only take 15 minutes for one...
Inquiring minds want to know!!

Ohhhh... on a final positive note... the bathrooms were very nice and clean!! Always a plus +++.....
