It was terrible. Brought my car in at noon per my appointment. They asked what time I needed My car back...not thinking it would actually be by the time I said. I said by 5 at the latest. By 3:30 PM still hadn't heard anything when I called to check on it at that time I was placed on hold for the sales rep that I was working with that never picked up after 10minutes so I hung up and just headed over there. When I got there at 3:45, I waited 10 more minutes just to talk my sales rep. He then told me it would "be a little bit" so I went and sat in the lobby. By 5pm I finally heard an update and come to find out, it had just been looked at for the first time at 5pm. 30 minutes later I got an oil change that was extremely over priced and then I left. There was horrible communication and no one was up front on what was going on. I never was offered another type of transportation and am very disappointed with the customer service that was provided. I will now be taking my car to a friends business where I do not need to wait 5 and half hours to have my car looked at.

I received a recall notice and made an appointment to have the work done. Upon arrival, I was informed the part was not available, so my time was wasted. I suspect the real reason was that the service dept. was jammed with vehicles needing fixed, and so my problem was expendable because it accrued little or no profit to them. I asked them to call me when the part arrived (two bolts), and am still waiting. I buy a new Buick every 5 years, but I vow never to consider this dealership. I don't trust them.

We went in for an oil change. The days following the oil change oil 'leaked' into our driveway staining / damaging it.  (Strike one) We went back to service center and after being told it would only take a short while to look into my wife ended up sitting around for hours before they determined it was just a spill during the change and that there was nothing actually wrong with the vehicle.  (Strike two)  At this same time my wife told them that she was having issue with the back doors not opening from the inside.  They scheduled a service for her to come back to check into it.  She took my car to work that day and I had to take time out of my day as well as get a friend to drive me to the service so I could leave the car there.  After a few hours I was called and told it was 'just' the child lock button on the vehicle console. So I again had to get a drive down to pick up the car.  (Strike three).  We basically got an 'oops I guess I should read the manual' regarding the waste of time with the (basically 2 service visits) for the door locks. And were offered our next oil change free because of the damage to our driveway. But I am not sure I want to go back and secondly the repair to the driveway is much more expensive than the 'free oil change'.   Overall my time spent in this entire endeavor as well as my wife's is much more significant and I don't plan on wasting anymore with your service.

This review concerns the Body Shop.
Worst experience with regards to a body shop in 40 years of owning vehicles. I had another body shop I could have taken my car to yet I thought I would try this body shop since I now live in this area. I also need to purchase a new Buick now and another in about 9 months. And this would give me a good idea about the dealership.
My vehicle was there for 5 weeks to have $1900 worth of repair. 5 weeks.
Lack of communication during 5 weeks was problematic. Response when I would call..."probably." Car will "probably be ready Friday." "Probably Monday." "Probably Wed."
Poor workmanship is an issue. Overspray. Areas not repaired. Oh that's correct. Someone, they are not sure who, told them not to repair the cracked front bumper. Hum? And yes the area needing the repair was the front of the car.
Money issue. Upon drop off of my car, (the unfriendly attitude of a woman there should have been my first clue I would have issues), I gave them the insurance check and a personal check to cover the deductible. Upon pick up of my vehicle, 5 weeks later, oops...they can't find my personal check. Oh, and I cannot take my vehicle because I didn't pay my bill. Gave them my drivers license so I could go to the bank to stop that check so I could write another check, get my drivers license, and make arrangements to get my vehicle repaired as it should be at a body shop with much higher standards.
Lessons learned and an experience that tested my patience and tolerance for ineptness.

While looking at a truck on their lot, there was a mix up that occurred. They offered a test drive to another customer while I was looking at the truck. The sales team was under the impression that I was with the other customer. Mix ups happen. I spoke with the sales manager and was issued an apology. That's good enough for me. I may give them another chance.

Will not back up their own service work! Spent a few 1,000 bucks there before leaving town only to have the gaskets leak again and two other Buick dealers couldn't compel Dan Tobin to admit their shoddy service work. GM corporate tried to intervene but then apologized to me, frustrated that even they could not get a franchise to do the right thing.  I'll never get a GM car again, thanks to this place.  My review could be much longer if I detailed the ridiculousness - but I think the letters written to the BBB will have to suffice.

I've been taking my car here for 10 years. I've always had good service. One time there was an issue (something didn't get fixed property), but they fixed it the next day.
I'm perfectly satisfied with them, after a long season of dealing with them.
