I would not recommend this company.  They work with predatory lenders to sell crap cars. I bought a Ford Mustang and within 45000 miles-I have had 2 have 2 clutches,  a master slave clutch cylinder, a master clutch cylinder,  a transmission,  several tires (they wear on the inside), and an ENGINE!!  This is ridiculous the issues that keep going on with this vehicle and it is the same issues over and over.  Grateful I purchased the extended warranty.  But will never recommended them nor use them again.

Their service manager drove my car hard on second and third gear to check out the transmission rattling noise I was complaining about.  By the time we got off of 270 you could smell burning rubber which was my clutch he just literally fried.  They took it to a transmission shop and they would not crack the transmission open but kept saying my clutch needed to be replaced.  Duh,  the service mgr just fried it.  Car got so bad could barely make it up a hill.  I took it to a transmission place and they cracked the transmission. They found the rear bearings were shot and that was the noise I was hearing and the clutch needed to be replaced.  The GM offered to cover the deductible I had to pay and the clutch but the warranty had to pay for the transmission.  Just because I'm a female doesn't mean I don't know when something isn't right. Listen to the people who drive their vehicles before making an idiot out of yourself.  An agreement was reached they would not longer work on my vehicle and they want me to sign a release to that effect to keep me quiet.  They were wrong and it was proven they were wrong.

Stopped by just to see what was available and I was constantly harassed.  I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was on the lot, the people were just to high pressure for my liking.  Also the quoted me the price on my trade in and it was $1,600 less than one dealer and $1,800 less than another one.  So that and their pricing on their vehicles is why I'll never step on a Carmax car lot again.  Save yourself a hassle and shop around but don't waste your time at Carmax.

KBB on my car is between 2.3K and 4.5K. I was offered $500, even though everything their inspection reported on my car was "good" except the paint. After an insult like that, I don't care what you have to offer me.
Don't waste your time.

I was really impressed with the personal service I received at this location. The staff made every effort to help my brother and I hunt for a car in our price ranges, test drive, and evaluate what my trade-in was worth. Truly one of the better used car places I've been to.
