I was in town for work when the check engine light went on in my 2006 Sonata. The service department here had the lowest diagnostic fee I found and was able to work me in on the same, before I started the long drive home. They diagnosed the problem, and started fixing it right away, but when it turned out the part they had didn't fit, they confirmed that it would be safe for me to drive home and then didn't charge me the diagnostic fee, which I had already agreed to pay. They were fast, friendly, and more than fair. If I lived here I'd definitely be using them for service.

I am a young female, I'll admit it. And I admit that I'm naive, but I didn't expect to end up with such a bad deal. For a car that's worth $9K on KBB fair purchase, from a dealer, in good condition (which my car may be considered), and for 36,500 miles (I bought my car with 44,000)--after everything, I end up paying $19,436... Please tell me how this happened?
So I go back to the dealer to find out just how I ended up paying double and they gave me a bunch of numbers and statistics, and then at the end, they tell me that they only made $300 off me. When I asked them how they did that, they said they had a screen on the computer. I asked them to show it to me, and they said they wouldn't. I never would've expected such "experts" and people who "try to get YOU the best deal" straight up LIE TO YOU
Don't go here. I don't mind that much getting a bad deal, but I do mind getting LIED to.

I traded in my toy for a more fuel friendly vehicle and a cheaper payment. When I was here I worked with their Internet sales person and walked out paying invoice on the car I wanted. No hassle. Probably the quickest car buying experience I've ever had. There is not as much wiggle room on the base model vehicles. That is anywhere though!

A few weeks later I returned and talked to the same guy and purchased my mother a brand new sonata at nearly $7000 under sticker.

Do your research and figure out what you want. Make sure they have it on the lot. Then, ask for Matt the Internet sales guy if you want a quick and good deal.
