This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Ganley Ford West. Just like the first time the staff (Ed, Mike, and forgive me for forgetting the finance lady's name) were great. They make you feel welcome and are very casual and friendly. Although I knew I was not the only customer there, they really made me feel like I was. If you live in the area, or even if you do not, I recommend you get over to Ganley Ford West for your next purchase. This is a smaller dealership away from the "auto miles" and you can tell by the personalized attention they give to their customers.

The helpful and polite staff were great!  They called the insurance company on my behalf and really worked hard to get my services covered!  I'm so impressed by the patience shown by Jennifer, one of the women who works at the service desk.  This is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back!!!

Writing this on behalf of my parents as they are not as computer saavy. But they have purchased multiple cars from Ganley at this specific location, and they just absolutely love this dealership. The sales staff (Pam especially!) are wonderful. The general manager was very helpful, accommodating, and was going to make sure they were happy and taken care of. There is not a doubt that they would return here to buy another car in the future. In the overwhelming process and decision of buying a new car, this dealership has always made it easy for them. So much so that they asked me to write this review on their behalf.  . . .

On late Sunday afternoon we found ourselves at Ganley Ford off of Loraine Ave. in Cleveland. Our salesmen Ed, and the sales manager Mike Hamilton were fantastic. They had our vehicle waiting for us when we pulled on the lot. They were quick and easy with the process, and honestly went above and beyond to make sure we got the best financing, deals, and every rebate they could think of. We literally might as well have stole it! Not only that, but they were down to earth and really just an absolute pleasure to work with. I will defiantly be going back if we ever need to make another purchase. If you're in the area and looking for a vehicle stop in and tell them I sent you. I promise you won't be disappointed. I'm so happy with my Ford Explorer Sport, and I know they will continue to service me even over the life of the vehicle. Just thought I'd share!!!!!

Agree with the previous reviewer...avoid the service department. Went in for a simple look change and came back with a ridiculous invoice. This invoice had misc charge for a part that was not even installed to my vehicle. The gentlemen behind the desk didn't say one word about it. Also, once they have your number and address, they will harass you at least twice month. They even sent me a letter stating that I should trade in my vehicle because it was in "high demand". Sounds like they don't have much in their inventory...

Avoid the Service Department... Seems if you take your vehicle in with a minor problem, they will find additional major issues as an attempt to inflate their bill. Our vehicle went in with a bad battery and came back with a laundry list of "issues." What dumbfounded us was the vehicle was just there 3 months ago and none of these issues were noted then. They tried to tell me that all of this stuff happened in 3 months since my vehicle was last in their shop.

I purchased a 2005 ford freestar. It looked in real good shape. They didnt give me the carfax until I signed the loan papers. Then said it was un an accident with minor aesthetic damage. They promised the car would be looked over and fixed. I was happy until the steering wheel started squeeking a minrh later and the paint peeled off of the radiator grill. Now the brake pedal creaks. I assume it is from the accident. I took it back twice for the brake pedal. They greased it. It never fixed the problem. Now they say it needs 700$ work and wont fix it. I feel a bit scammed on a car that was in an accident.

I recently purchased a Ford Escape and had the pleasure of working with George Bode and John Geanos at Ganley Ford West.  Whether you want to admit it or not, nobody likes dealing with auto sales people.  However, Ganley Ford West is totally different.  Purchasing this car was a GREAT experience!!!  Everyone treated me well; no hassle, no "fast talking", no arguing.  George did an excellent job at paring me with the kind of car I wanted.  John did an amazing job going over all the paperwork. He was totally honest and took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood.  I would definitely recommend Ganley Ford West to anyone!  Truly a GREAT experience!!!
