I got my car from here at the end of September. Their staff kept me there till 11pm to try to get paperwork done and then told me i should sign up for all these extras and it was so late and so it would be best for me to sign it and if i realized i didnt need it i can cancel it with a full refund. Literally the following day, after getting rest from being exhausted waiting all day for the car, I called to cancel what I didnt want. It is now February and I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND!!! They make all these promises and none of them are true. I like my car but I do NOT like their service and not sure if I will get my money back. I would NOT recommend to buy from them

1.  This dealership does not honor the prices listed on their website

2.  The sales manager lacks professionalism in dealing with customers

3.  I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

This company is engaging in deceptive and fraudulent advertising. I went to the dealership to inquire about a preowned Infinity Q37 that was advertised on AutoTrader. Theirg add clearly states in the caption that it can be leased for $299 per month with $2495 down. This is despite the fact that it is not legal in Ohio to lease a preowned vehicle.

The dealer's sales manager Terry and their sales guy Kevin Johnson claimed that it was an error and they had no idea how the add got placed. I next inquired about 3 2013 Q37 convertibles that they have advertised on AutoTrader for $44,495, approximately $10,000 off of the MSRP. When I told them I was interested in leasing a vehicle, they quoted a very high monthly payment with a cap cost more than $5,000 higher than the advertised price. The sales manager claimed that the advertised price was only good on cash sales. After going around with them a while, I left when they said that they couldn't come close to my top line of $350 per month with $3,000 down.

The best offer they made was $366 per month with $3,800 down. When I asked them to give it to me in writing, they refused. This morning, I got a follow-up email from AutoTrader saying that the exact same car that I offered to pay up to $350 per month and $3,000 down for was available for $299 per month with $2495 down! This dealership is doing a classic bait-and-switch and fraudulently advertises prices that they have no intention of honoring. I can provide copies of the correspondence and the ads.

Extremely dissatisfied. I showed up To drive the Q50 but since I wasn't wearing my usual suit and tie apparently my salesperson assumed that I could not afford it. He tried to talk me into a G37 even after I said, "I don't want a G37, I want a Q50." I soon walked out before being further insulted and recently bought my Q50 from Infiniti of Easton in Columbus. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INFINITI OF EASTON! When you get there, ask for Drew Stevens. Absolutely the best and most knowledgable salesperson I have ever worked with anywhere!

I return from Atlanta, been gone the last month or so on and off. Of course there are things I need to take care of, one of those things being some minor vehicle repairs and a recall that needs to be taken care of. Simple. So I thought.

I have been coming here for about two yrs now and my personal customer care service has seen a steady decrease. I called one time waiting for an e-mail back, 2 days later, no email. I call again, not bothered, its the holiday season and all. This time Im awaiting a txt msg on my appt status. Next days end, no txt. Finally, I call and get disconnected while in hold. Make an appt, drip my car off and was told 1-2 hrs, maybe a little longer. Mind you, its 9am.

2,3,4 roll by, no call, no update or expected pick up time. Nothing. Now I'm heated. I call again and let it be known. Finally, a call from the mechanic.

I walk in to pick up my car key and the bill. The front desk girl asks if my name is "Steffen", I said,"no, its Stephen, after the saint." She continues on to say she hates when people mispronounce their own name, she likes "Steffen", "Steve is so, blaaa." She says. Her name was one of the names Mark Wahlberg is ranting off in the movie Ted as he tries to guess Teds new girls name. If you havnt seen it, check it out, you'll know what I'm talking about.

I purchased a car from this dealership 12 days ago, paid cash, and paid $725 dollars to have it shipped to my home. The car is still sitting at the dealership and has yet to be picked up for delivery to my home. This is the third time that I have been told by the dealership that the vehicle is on it's way. I have attempted to contact the salesperson and manager more than 20 times without calls back. When I finally get a hold of these individuals, they tell me that I expect too much personal contact and they they cannot be held responsible for delivery of the vehicle, despite the fact that they cashed my check almost two weeks ago. I finally asked for my money back and was hung up on today. I was also told by the salesperson that I was dealing with that his usual customers purchase more expensive cars than me. I guess when you buy a used car that is only worth $38,000 you don't deserve the level of customer service that individuals with higher net worth deserve.

I've leased my most recent 2 cars from this location and will more than likely return for a third. Milo was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with as a sales consultant and Saul and the maintenance team have always taken good care of me when I go in for work.
