recently bought a used vehicle from this dealership.  By far the worst experience ever.  I bought the car with cash and it still to 6 hrs to complete.  On various levels the car was not ready even though they new I was coming.  Prior to driving from Columbus we agreed the vehicle would have 30 day 1000 MI warranty just to make sure there was nothing wrong with the MDX.  They initially did not agree but to secure the sale they they made the 30 offer.  Seemed great  I had the warranty and the sales guy assured me the car was perfect.  Found a couple minor items wrong and sent an email to the sales person and he said fine schedule with service. Scheduled and drove from Columbus which service was aware to find out they limited the warrant with some fast sales talk.  Went in trusting the warranty and sales to find out there morales are equal to a conartist.  They tell you what you want to here and only interested in moving vehicles.  There are plenty of dealers that standby their product and value their customers.  Avoid this dealer!!!!!

The salesperson Roger was extremely nice & helpful. Great to deal with. The manager "Andy" as well as the finance person "Sean" were absolutely terrible to deal with. I felt that my intelligence was insulted on several occasions. The arrogance and ignorant attitude towards me as a woman were horrendous. I literally felt as if they thought I was completely naive and that they would just do what they wanted and I would comply. I am used to being treated with the utmost respect and generally purchase very high end vehicles. We have always been loyal repeat customers with past dealers. Unfortunately for Acura Airport we will NOT be repeating any business here. I have excellent credit and a very substantial income. I as well as my husband are disabled veterans, with over 20 years of service. My husband went the following day to complete the transaction, and he was treated as if he were at a "Buy Here Pay here"  store. They acted as if they were doing him a favor with  questionable financing rates! I found several lower on my own, (under 1% with our credit scores & income) with little to no effort. Well, surprise surprise, he came with cash! If I didn't absolutely love the vehicle, it would have been handed right back!! This dealer "Airport Acura" lives up to the shape the dealership is in right now for sure (a temporary trailer). With a staff like they have, a pretty new building will do them no justice at all. Very disappointing experience.

Kyle was great at getting me into my ILX at the price I wanted.
Once I got my car, Candido  did a great job of showing me many of it's features.

This is now the second Acura TL I have leased, this one with some upgrades and I couldn't be happier.  The Acura team is very professional and accommodating.  If you are in the market or want to know more about what Acura has to offer, Ed Paoletta was great to work with.  I have a very busy schedule and we were communicating through email a lot of the time to square away the particulars.  When it was time to pull the trigger, I showed up at the dealership and that was that!

Recently purchased a vehicle at Airport Acura and was very happy with experience.. Rick Angel (my salesman) was very helpful throughout the process.. At the time it was hard for me to spend much time at the dealership- Rick arranged for  2 cars out to be brought out to our house to compare, and when we decided he delivered the new one.. I've driven Acura vehicles for yrs. & have always been happy with quality & customer service..

Recently leased a 2013 Acura TL. I traded in a 2013 Ford product that I'd only had for a few months. I'd been in the Ford dealership 4 times in 4 months and was tired of the indifferent service.

While I love the car, a good portion of the reason I ended up in an Acura was the simple, respectful sales process at Airport Acura. Jason knew the car inside and out and how it compared to similar cars. He proposed several purchase and lease options, then made the sale process even easier by delivering the car to my house at 8pm in the evening. As long as this level of service continues, I'll be driving cars from Airport Acura for the next 30 years!
