Brought my Escape in because front sensors were ice covered. They took care of problem right away, no charge.

This is one location where I feel that I don't get ripped off.  They never try to sell me something that I don't need.  They always try to make sure that my car is taken care of.  They also try to make sure that if something is wrong with your Ford and it's still under warranty they will make sure you don't have to pay for it.  This is very UNLIKE Walt Sweeny Ford who won't have your back even if you are under warranty.    

The best part about this place is the staff.  They are just so friendly every time I go in there.  I feel that they have more of a blue collar feel to them because they do hard honest work.  If I could go back in time and buy my Ford from them I would.

Wireless internet in the waiting room is ok and there is a 40 inch HD flat screen TV.  Waiting area is always clean and there are 12 seats with multiple outlets to get work done.  Normally is very peaceful and quite.  

Overall I would recommend this place for service or buying a car.

My knowledge of cars is the very basics.  Put gas in, change oil every 3,000-5,000 miles.  The guys at Woody Sander Ford are awesome with people like me.  They took the time to answer all of my questions both times I bought a car.

After my near death experience with a drunk driver, I ended up at Woody Sander Ford, in part of a recommendation from my father. Rick went above and beyond what I expected. Ironically my tire blew from hitting something on the highway passing construction (15 minutes after I bought the car.. Apparently I am very unlucky) and he came to help. He had the tire fixed the following day! Jack got me an extended warranty that knocked my monthly payments down, which was the icing on the cake.

Overall, I am so please with there service and I will not have to shop around the next time I am looking for a car!

I just got some routine maintenance done here in the service department. Everyone was courteous and my car was finished quickly. I went in without making an appointment first, but next time I'll be sure to schedule something.
