Horrible service. I came in and waited about 20 minutes without a single sales rep talking to me despite the fact that quite a few of them were standing around chatting between themselves. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I suggest you do too.

This place has wasted about 9 hours of my time. Went in and was approved on a used SUV, then had to make 3 more trips out there because the finance lady kept saying she had to get various things such as a W2, proof of employment, blood sample, DNA test and anything else ridiculous that you can think of off the top of your head.

It was the same story for 3 days straight, I'd be there for 3 hours each night while they said they need this or that and the banks are now closed so wait until tomorrow. They could've communicated to me what they needed before I trekked over there and spent three hours twiddling my thumbs.

I thought I was simply getting a winter vehicle to drive instead of my Corvette when the weather is bad or when I needed to haul something. Never have I been through such a circus for anything in my life. I finally just said "You know what? I have a bad feeling about this and I'm done and walked away from the "deal" "

I really should bill them my $30 hourly rate for the 9+ hours of my time that they wasted.

Writing this part a day later. They call me back and tell me that everything is good to go, my reply: "No, thanks but I'll pass".

We love Subaru.  We have had four.  Three of them have been bought from Cody Jones, a super salesman here.  The service department is great, too.  It is easy to get an appointment and they have a nice waiting area.

When I buy my next Subaru, I'll be sure to come here.  I bought my first Subaru from this dealership, and I've been completely impressed with the service every single time I've been out for maintenance.  They've always been timely, friendly, helpful, and genuinely concerned about any issues with my car.  However, the icing on the cake came today when I brought my dog with me.  Knowing that my services would take about 45-60 minutes, I thought we'd go out for a nice walk.   However, the rain and wind stopped me from that.  Assuming that I shouldn't go in the waiting area with my dog, we stood in the garage for a few minutes.  One of the servicemen came over with free dog supplies, and he invited us to sit in the waiting area.  That said a lot. They couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating.  I'll for sure return to this dealership for many years to come.  Not to mention....I love my Subaru!
