I had a great experience. Jen who sold me the car was great. Usually sales people can be very pushy which can be very intimidating. She was not like that at all. She made my husband and myself feel very comfortable and relaxed. It made the car buying experience so much more enjoyable.  I am now a new owner of a VolksWagen Beetle.

We had an awful experience recently here. We went for a test drive, all was fine. Then we came back to talk numbers, that's when it went awry. My husband had reason to believe that there should have been some wiggle room in the price (this was a used vehicle) and at that suggestion the salesman became what I would term aggressively rude. He basically berated us for attempting to get a better deal, and talked about how the internet is "ruining this business."

Now, if a dealer is unable to come down to where we need it that's fine. It is what it is and I can totally accept that. However, treating people with rudeness is not the way to convey that. We tried to see if we could get what we needed, we were not rude or entitled about it. He honestly looked like he wanted to hit my husband. I strongly urge anyone who isn't wealthy enough not to care about pricing to stay away.

I recently stopped in for Service after work.  My low pressure light was on for my tires, and since it was freezing this week, I decided to take advantage of the Express Service and let Kings VW check out my tires and put air in them.

I was promptly greeted (by name) :-)  and they immediately took my car back and check and filled my tires all within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Plus I got a coupon for a free car wash, bonus!

Great service!

The internet sales manger Sylvia was awesome - she stayed in touch over months after I initially contacted the dealership via the web... never pushy and always polite! Daniel - my salesman was very nice and calm - even when being texted all day with my questions... Bob Merry the manager was very polite and made good suggestions on financing... all in all a great experience and they even found the color and trim I was looking for... Great job!

My wife and I started shopping for a larger vehicle for our growing family, just to get an idea of what was on the market, and we started really eyeing the Ford Flex. We had about given up for a while of finding the right combination of features, mileage, and price, until we stumbled upon a fully loaded used offering from Kings Volkswagen. This dealer is quite a bit "out of our way," but my wife and I decided that I should go ahead and drive 1.5 hours one weeknight to look at it. We're glad we did! It was the perfect car, and priced so competitively that it was hard to pass it up. The sales staff went the extra mile to get some service records, they didn't undercut us on our trade, and they exceeded our financial goal almost right away! Everyone was happy, and it all felt very low-pressure. The staff stayed late to clean the vehicle up for me and make sure all of the paperwork was taken care of, and soon I was rolling back home with the perfect car for our family. Thanks Kelly, Brian, Sylvia, and Andrea for such a hassle-free deal!

Had to go there last week for an oil change and was shocked by my experience. Started off after my hour wait to get the oil changed the lady (debbie) in the service department comes out and tells me I have a problem and they want to show me. After taking me to the garage they showed me that my tire was bad and they wouldn't drop the car until I got a new tire (said it would blow of they did). Now after telling me that they say I need 2 tires because it will be uneven and it was below the tread and it was illegal to drive on it. I knew I would need new tires but not this soon. So I went ahead and forked out the extra money for. While I was waiting debbie comes out and says there are a couple recalls on my car and vw would cover it but the process would take a little over an hour and I would need to make an appointment for it. Knowing that it is now going on 2 hours that I had been there this could have been done already. So I make the appointment for today but letting them know I work during the day so the later the better. She tells me it had to be by 3 so they can get it done. I agree to this.
Now this is where I really get upset. Knowing my appointment is at 3 I have to leave work a little early and show up at 2:50. Upon my arrival I see debbie in the garage and she tells me they don't have enough time to do it today but seems me to the service department so they can explain. I walk up to the counter and the gentleman behind the desk says you are out of warranty and that I would have to pay for it myself. Before I could complain he asked for my keys so he could check the vin and as he was walking out ask me to have a seat in the lobby and he would come get me when he gets my paperwork together. After 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby and watching my car not move. I walk up to the counter and no one was there. About 5 minutes later a gentleman walks out from the back and ask if I've been helped. I lost it. The guy that was supposed to be helping me went on a break. 45 minutes of my time wasted and left with nothing done to my car. Worst experience ever!

This dealership has the right people in the right places! It is apparent that the customer is the focus. I so enjoy going there and getting my Jetta serviced. Debbie and Victoria are a HUGE asset to Kings VW. I would reccommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
David Edmondson

My wife bought her 2011 Jetta from here a few years back and I have been back a few times since to take care of scheduled maintenance, etc. I can't vouch for the sales experience, but the service department is better than most dealerships, I like how you can schedule an appointment online and how flexible the staff is.

I recently took the Jetta in for the 40K service, and my experience was a little rocky but it ended up working out nicely. I dropped the car off right when they opened, around 7:15am and make it clear that I needed the car back by early afternoon since we were leaving for vacation. The 40K service is not an oil change, it is a long process to get everything done, but I was told that having the car done in time wouldn't be an issue. So it hits 3pm and I hadn't heard back from the service department so I called and asked for an update - the service wasn't done yet. The person I talked to on the phone was actually quite rude, and hesitated to give me a straight answer on when I could expect the car - he just kept saying "we will give you a call when its done." I understand that is the process, but at the time that is not what I wanted to hear at all.

So the car ended up being ready around 5:30pm, which totally threw a wrench in our plan to leave for our vacation. When I arrived to pick the car up I was greeted warmly right away and received an apology for the car not being done sooner. I also received a discount on the service, which I really appreciated. It is good to see that the mistake was recognized and they did what they could to make up for it. The service department was very busy that day so that was the reasoning for the slow turn around. Normally the turn around is very quick, so I am confident that my next experience will be top notch as I have come to expect.

At the end of the day, I will be back because of the great service and understanding that the staff provided.

Amazing service! Love my Passat TDI! The service department is amazing and always here to help! I overloaded my car charger with my 8 devices! Oops!

This is the new location for the Loveland VW dealership.

I bought my first new VW from the Loveland location back in 2000. I wasn't totally overjoyed with my experience at that time for a variety of reasons, but they had the car I wanted and we worked out a deal. Now I find myself back but at the new Kings Automall location to lease a new VW.

I really like the new location and building. It's big, open, modern and fits the VW vibe. This was my first all around positive dealership experience. I called around all the local dealers to inquire about lease rates and inventory. We were able to work out all the numbers over the phone within the span of a couple hours. They did not try to price gouge me as I checked the numbers they gave me for the options available. They were more responsive than the other dealers and their prices were lower.

I worked with Jason Sink and highly recommend him. He was reasonable, friendly, fast to respond, and is a dyed in the wool VW enthusiast. That makes a big difference. He believes in what he's doing and has passion for his work. He stayed after the end of his shift to help walk me through all the terms of the deal and the inner workings of the car.

I leased through the VW Sign and Drive event which really was beyond easy to the point it seemed surreal. They were able to meet my requests for price and options over the phone, I filled out the finance request online and when I walked in, we had coffee and chatted while the paperwork was finished up and the car was prepared. Then I signed, got my keys and drove away happy. Nothing down and no payment for 30 days. It's hard to beat that. The high gas mileage of the vehicle is going to save me a considerable amount each month and all the standard maintenance is free at the dealership.

Of all the cars I've purchased, this was the fastest and required the least effort. I recommend the dealership and Jason.

I've been a customer around 2 years, from when they were at their Loveland location.

With multiple services on my 1999 VW Golf GLS to their credit, I was agreeable to buy a car from these people at that same location.

I stopped today to see the new facility, which is a bit bigger and has a dual drive area for service, which is enclosed for inclement weather.  The show room is much bigger, but the parking lot is not.  Everyone seems to be as friendly as always.  Hopefully, they're as efficient as always.
