I went to this dealership to trade in my Jeep Wrangler for a larger vehicle. Sales guy was really nice. That was the only good thing about my experience. My appointment was at 11 am. Apparently, the manager had been driving the vehicle I was looking at. I had to wait until 12:30 for him to get there so I could finally look at the car I drove 2 hours to see. I liked the vehicle and wanted to see how much they'd give me for my car. If anyone knows wranglers, they hold value like crazy. The sales guy went on a whole spiel about how they hold value like diamonds. My wrangler was a 2015 and had 7k miles on it. I put another 1k into with new wheels, tires, and accents. It was in perfect condition. I paid $32k for it. Sticker was 34k. Their first offer was $23k. Extremely contradicting what the sales guy had just said to me about their value. It was basically a brand new vehicle. I got them up to $25k. Needless to say, I left. The sales guy texted me and said he was taking it to upper management. I never heard back from him. I went to a dealership where I currently live and their first offer for my jeep was $28k. I got them to $29.5k. The people at Jake Sweeney were trying to make A LOT of money off my car. I will never go there again.

Out of state cash buyer for a used Corvette in low sales season.  Had everything arranged, including non-refundable tickets for transportation, car rental, independent inspection, and a quite large cashier's check. All this info conveyed to dealer on Friday. They were supposed to hold for one day for my arrival Monday (supposedly closed Sunday).  Saturday, I get a call telling me it's been sold. I guess I should just be happy I didn't arrive there Monday & find out then.  The individual salesman, Jason, I dealt with was nice.

Can not recommend dealing with an outfit that treats customers this way. Nearby  McClusky Chevrolet has a good reputation among Corvette owners, especially for service, so if you're looking in the area, it may well be in your interest to do business with them, or another nearby dealer instead of Sweeney.

Three cars from Jake Sweeney, and I have never had a complaint. Bringing in my 2012 GMC Terrain for warranty service was about as easy and convenient as I could imagine. Everything was handled professionally, and minimized my time and hassle associated with the repairs. Jake Sweeney Chevrolet did everything they could to keep it simple, keep me happy, and proactively handle everything. Eric Schulkers was a wonderful service representative, and everyone was polite and helpful, even the gentleman whose job was to move the cars for the customers and technicians. I even made the mistake of leaving my house keys behind just before closing, and Eric made sure to find them and even brought them to me in my car so that I did not have to get out and come inside. I love this dealership, and if there is such a thing as dealership for life, Jake Sweeney Chevrolet would be my choice. I recommend them every time someone I know is looking to buy a vehicle or needs dealer service.

I bought a 2014 Volt and had a great experience.  Worked with Rich Blank and Don Scott.  I really appreciate the openness and transparency they provided with the pricing.  I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone who is looking for a new car.

I brought in my 2011 Traverse for 3 issues.  1-my rear AC would intermittently blow hot air.  2-some of my buttons on my front panel (fan up and down) were scratched up and needed replaced, 3-part of my drivers seat plastic.  

The service  person named Mark stayed in constant telephone contact with me to inform me of what was going on with my car.
He was very courteous with every call.

they had to order a part which didn't come in until Monday, but they called immediately to let me know and told me I could either come pick it up or leave it and they would let me know when the car was done.

Luckily, I had an extra vehicle to drive.  The only thing I would say that they could have improved on, is that they could have offered me a free rental since this was a warranty repair.

Other than that, I give them a perfect 10!
