Worst buying experience ever. Drove over 7 hours one way to purchase a car from here. Condition of vehicle was not nearly in the shape the salesmen assured me it was in.  Salesmen couldn't have cared less when brought to his attention.

Terrible service. Managers are very rude. They make you feel like they don't care about you or you're car. I bought my car from this dealership. And I regularly got my oil change from there. It's sad when they can't even put windshield washer fluid in the car. Last time I checked they were suppose to check everything. That's why it's called a maintenance. I will not be going back.. And I don't recommend any of you to go there either.

Great experience.  

I recently moved to the area without a car. My job doesnt start for another month so I was in no rush to buy anything.  After multiple craigslist ... well let's call them fiascos... I thought why not lease a new car. I searched around for sub $250 leases and short term leases on sites like swapalease and found nothing but smart cars. I wasn't going to pay someone else to be seen driving a smart car. I'm brown and we fit 12+ people in a smart-car-sized rikshaw, but this is 'merika and the most I'm willing to stray from a pickup and a pitbull is a phev (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) with a charger (which I feel obligated to call Petey).

Anyway, I thought the Chevy Volt would be neat so I checked the Chevrolet website for a current lease offer and saw one ever so slightly above my price range. I called around to a few dealers who quoted me the same price as long as I was a decorated general who just graduated college and owned majority shared in GM.

Until I called Columbia Chevrolet.  They also asked if I'd served in the War of 1812 (clarification: this is meant solely to be a satirical portrayal of the current Chevrolet incentives and not a mockery of those for which the incentives are) and after not qualifying for any current offers the lease price was higher again than I expected.

Until they, without prompting, mentioned that they were leasing loaner cars at a discounted rate. A price even lower than originally in my budget.  Suspecting it to be too good to be true I warily proceeded in talks with a salesman.

Now, I mentioned previously that I don't have a car. So getting around is basically metro (or lyft... sidebar: request me and my new volt!). So I did absolutely EVERYTHING over the phone other than paying and signing. Baz, my sales rep, was amazing.  I know it's in his best interest to sell a car but this car was so discounted I'm sure he could have sold it to (insert person in no need of a phev here). He went the extra mile and made sure I was kept in the loop until the car was ready for pickup. He called me a day early and had everything set. I took two buses (one was late the other was early... wait for my review of the Metro, damn) walked in and left in an hour with my new car.

I really appreciate how accommodating they were and definitely recommend them

Brought in my enclave foe 30,000 mile check up and was given a rental which was great! Car finished by end of day, was running late to pick up and they waited for me!!! How nice!

Let me start by saying I'm really torn between 2 and 3 stars....

It took at least 15 minutes before someone helped me. Maybe it was because I bypassed all the brand new Camero's sitting in the showroom and went out towards the used cars after 5 minutes of not being helped. Finally got a salesman, and for the most part loved him. I was by myself, but once I mentioned 2 or 3 car tidbits, he realized I knew what I was talking about, and didn't talk to me like i was just a girly girl looking for something shiny. Seriously salespeople, knock that off!!

So we looked at a few cars, and he really listened to what I liked and didn't like, and my budget. We found a Malibu I wanted to try, and he asked me if I'd like to go by myself, or if I'd like him to come along, major plus! I liked the car, but needed to make sure the 6'6" fiance could fit in it, which I was sure he would. And this, this is the awesomeness...

He let me keep the car overnight, and drive it to work, to make sure I really liked it!! I didn't think anyone outside of small town middle of nowhere did that!?! Again major bonus points!

But then the financing came along. Due to schooling, and moving more times than my age in the past 6 years, I still have my parents address on my license (and since I'm in the process of looking for a house, was waiting to change the address/my last name all at once) Even after supplying them with a credit card statement, in my name, with the card, and my current address, I was told that they couldn't finance me, unless I changed my license. Wait, what?! I'm sorry but I'm not forking out $75 and a week of my life at the DMV when I'm going to change it again in 8 months. Although he did mention we could just throw that in on the price of the car into the deal, but I'm sorry, the time and loss of sanity spent at the DMV is not worth it....

But they did have a nice selection at decent prices. And are very willing to take care of any little issues you might have with the car, such as adding cruise control or whatnot, into the deal. So basically everything in the middle of the whole experience wasn't bad... just the beginning and the ending.
