Reviews on Cincinnati Used Auto Sales

Rip off,  We bought a truck and were sold a $2000 warranty that we were told covered anything that wasn't regular maintenance.  I specifically mentioned the service tire monitor light was on.  They said it was just low on air - wrong!  The sensor is bad abd of course it's not covered.  A few weeks later the instrument cluster went bad, again,  not covered.  Sway rod needs replaced,  not covered.  The one thing that was covered was the rear windshield wiper.  Then when my husband called them obviously upset about wasting $2000 on a warranty that doesn't cover anything they cussed him out and basically called him a liar and an idiot. So we are out the $2000 on the warranty and a few thousand on all the repairs.  DO NOT SHOP HERE! !!!

If you want to buy a used car, this is not the place for you. However- if you'd like to be insulted and disparaged by someone, you can't go wrong. When most people purchase a car, it's a process of negotiation and communication is crucial. Instead of experiencing this, I was insulted. And may god help your tormented soul if you dare mention what the fair MARKET value of your trade in is, as there seems to be a disconnect between the meaning of fair MARKET value and TRADE IN value. Get these wrong and no car for you. If the car you're looking at has any form of sportiness to it whatsoever, be prepared to be shut down. Note- it does not matter how serious you are about purchasing said car, how wide the selection of more exhilarating cars may be, or how much time you spent to go see the car- you simply will not be allowed to do much more than stand by the car while being told that you are wasting the time of the "salesman".

To sum it up- the sales staff at this location is not interested in sales, so don't waste their time. They have better things to do than talk to you about cars.
