Great service! Very friendly staff. Been a client of theirs for 8 years. I won't drive anything other than BMW and won't go anywhere else for service.

I made an appointment for an oil change, and "magically "needed" 650 with of service. Then ,hours later,I get a call that I need 4ties, 1100 more.  I decline the additional services and 5hours later. (Yes,I had an appointment)I have to call the dealership to come pick us up.  Not  happy at all with the communication or the service,but hey,got  a car  wash right?

Best Mini dealer service in the state. I live in Columbus & make the trip when there is a recall.

I had a recall on a part the I paid MAG (mid-ohio auto group) over $1700 for. When I called MAG to ask if it was the same part. MAG interrupted me to point out there are no refunds.  I mentioned this to the Mini dealer in Cincinnati, they asked for the receipt & worked with Mini for a full refund.

Husband and I popped in to test drive a Mini Cooper -- our empty nester car! Showroom stylish, service low key and friendly -- no pressure or hassle after our visit. Although the size of the car might take some getting used to, the handling was superb and tight. Wouldn't hesitate twice to buy from these guys -- easygoing, friendly vibe.

After told my sales rep my budget, he convinced to buy a car $10,000 above my budget. I ended up buying a CPO 335i convertible. I love the car, but I hate the way this place does business, and will never return. I have already advised all my friends to go elsewhere.

So the first hiccup came during finance. The finance guy told me that he was sure that a credit union would give me the best rate available, and said the deal would go through. They let me take the car home that night, and I was supposed to return the next day for them to prep the car, and sign the paperwork. When I came in they told me the financing fell through at the best rate, and that I would have to pay 1% more than the best available. I found that awkward, but by then had fallen in love with the car and didn't care. I pointed out to the sales rep that there were chips in the paint on the hood. He said no problem we can give you a "we owe." I expressed my concerns about the level of work, and he told me not to worry, and that the paint work was very professional and that they used buffers and everything; he told me that it far surpassed a normal touch-up.

About a week into owning the car I noticed a bulge in my front right tire. I took the car in and the rep pulled his manager Scott out to take a look. He told me that it looked like I hit a pothole. I knew that I hadn't and stated so. I told him that I read online that they were replacing these brand of Bridgestone tires due to defectiveness. He told me that he hadn't heard that, but to check with the service department. They offered to sell me the tire insurance, and said to wait 30 days before filing the claim. I didn't say anything to them but acted like that was cool. So basically they tried to talk me into committing insurance fraud.

Long story short, the service manager Made my girlfriend cry because he accused us of trying to get stuff for free. Every time I brought the car in for service, they had it for a week and couldn't fix the problem. There were even a few times where a new problem popped up after they "fixed" it. I had to meet with the general manager who acted like he was doing me a favor by following through on their promises to properly CPO my car. I will never do business here again and recommend caution to anyone thinking about it. The whole experience has even ruined BMW for me, and I now own a Lexus!

A++ for customer service. Todd is the service manager and he is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive.

They keep you updated throughout your service if you're waiting and offer a great lounge area with tables and couches, wi-fi, and free beverages. If you don't want to/can't wait then they give you a car for the day - just bring it back with the same amount of gas!

You bought a Mini or a BMW - you should be prepared for the costs - get the warranties!

Everyone working is professional and courteous.

Only comment... I don't understand the white lab coats....

This is also the location for the local Mini Cooper dealership, which is owner by BMW.  I agree with Stephanie in that you really can't ask for more than BMW/Mini offers.  You really get what you pay for here!

I fell in love with Mini Coopers after watching the Italian Job and had to own one before kids ruined all my fun.  I bought a 2005 red convertible Mini and have never been unhappy about it a day since then.  The best thing about buying a Mini is that you get BMW service without having to pay for a BMW.  

Every person I have ever had interactions with here has been nice, pleasant, and more than happy to help out.  The salesmen at Mini tend to be of the younger, hipper sort than over at the BMW dealership.  I had no problems in the purchase of my car and felt like I walked away with a fair price.

The service part is even better.  Over the years with me car, I did have a couple maintenance issues.  Every time I called they were able to get my car in within a couple of days.  If your car is under warranty, you get a loaner for free (only paying for gas).  They actually apologize when they have to give you a non-Mini loaner, like one time I got a brand-new Dodge Charger that came along with an apology.  If the service takes longer than expected, the actual tech will call you, apologize, and find an appropriate time for you to pick up the car at your convenience.  Like I said, service is awesome.

If you ever decide to sit around and wait for your car, it is a joy.  Enjoy the candy buffet that awaits you!  They have a full wall of containers of candy for you to snack... The only problem will be how much can you eat before people start looking at you like a hog.  They also have a fridge of water and soda you can help yourself to and a cappuccino machine for the cold months.  Their wireless works well and for the paper people they also have tons of magazines and newspapers around.

Buy a Mini (or a BMW), you won't be sorry!

I really can't ask for more from my car dealership.  I have the extended warranty with my car, so can't comment to service prices, but I can comment to the quality of service.  

I've only had to leave my car once for repairs.  I was able to drop it off in the morning, take out a loaner car to go to work, then stop back by after work to pick up my again perfectly functioning car.  

I also stop by a couple times a month for their free car washes on Saturday mornings.  You pull up to the line for the car wash, soon someone comes by and gives you a number, and then you're free to walk into the waiting area.  It is equipped with wifi and stocked with magazines.  There are donuts if you arrive early enough, granola bars and about 10 different jars of candy all day, a fridge stocked with sodas, and freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, all complimentary while you wait.  

Waits can be up to about 45 minutes when there is a long line, but your car is being hand washed, so this can only happen so fast.  Make sure that when your number is called to pick up your car that you hand the guy a tip, these folks are working hard! (I conferred with some other customers one day and it seems the average tip amount is about $3.)

Absolutely wonderful customer service!  Their service shop is always clean, the personnel are professional, and the loaner cars are new, clean, and ready to go.  I have never had to wait when dropping of my car for regular maintenance.  I arrive, they check me in, and I drive away in a fabulous loaner BMW.

I purchased my car from the BMW Store, and have had it serviced there for the past 5 years. Service is always done quickly and professionally.

Obviously BMW service and labor tends to run a bit higher, but for OEM parts and factory trained technicians this is the place to go. They also provide loaner vehicles free of charge, which is extremely convenient.

Unbelievably good place to buy a BMW or MINI and get it serviced.  Top notch salespeople, service department, and parts desk.  Generous loaner program and Saturday hours.

Granted, you're talking $$$ here, but you definitely benefit from the Tiffany tastes of the clientel.  They're a full latte bar in the waiting area, with internet access and free vending.
