I couldn't be more happy with my new, 2015 Ford F150 and the quality of service from Dick Barrick at Beechmont Ford. He was very helpful and informative as I waited for the 2015 models to arrive and expertly walked me through the ordering process for my new truck. What I liked about Dick's approach was that it wasn't a 'hard sell'. He was professional, patient, and very helpful. I've now taken delivery of my truck and it's exceeding my expectations!

I drive from northern Warren County to buy my cars at Beechmont Ford (driving ~ 40 miles and passing three other Ford dealers).  No car experience is ever going to be perfect but they come as close as it gets.  I foolishly decided to try another Ford dealer closer to my house and was disappointed with their lack of knowledge and amateur behavior. I cancelled the deal and called 'Ziggy' (Mr. Ziegaus), a finer man you'll never meet.  He was there when he said he would be, he is not pushy, listens to his customers and is very helpful.  Nice dealership and nice people.  As long as I buy Fords, I'll buy them at Beechmont Ford.

I had a wonderful experience buying my used Subaru 2009 from Beechmont Ford.  The salesman (Greg)  was very friendly without being push and he helped me find the exact car that I was looking for at a very reasonable price.  I am SO excited to have my new-to-me car!  Thank you, Beechmont Ford and Greg for making my life easier!

The worst used car buying experience I've ever had!  Returned the car 3 times for brake problems.  The only way I got it fixed was calling the general manager.  Used car manager was worthless, even after he said "I'll take care of it".  And they insisted that the car didn't need struts or shocks and refused to work with me for replacement.  I replaced the struts and shocks ($1000) and this made a tremendous improvement in the ride quality.

Problems from the START!
My husband got into a car accident that was caused by someone else. After some back and forth with insurance Beechmont Ford was to fix our car (closest place to our house). FROM THE START, we said we cared more about the damage done to the driving ability (a thumping in the front end) than anything else. But with insurance paying, the body was to get fixed too.  I STILL, a second and then my husband a third time, reiterated that the thumping was PRIORITY.  It was NOT DOING THAT BEFORE!!!!!!!!! The safety of this vehicle after being in such an impact was imperative to us.  Each time our concerns were dismissed and waived away with "we are really backed up."
From the start we were given (three different times) a hard time about us even bringing our business there. The guy in service Mike and a girl who answers in Service (Amanda? Julie?) BOTH made continual comments about how they were REALLY backed up and weren't really "sure" that they could get this job done in the amount of time the insurance mandated, and it was up to US to let the insurance company know they needed more time. (Really?!) So, we are now concerned, from the start, that they will rush and botch the internal issue.
Several weeks go by and they call and say come and get it. My husband goes to get it, the NOISE IS STILL THERE. Mike told my husband "they didn't have time" to actually Road Test it!!!!!! My husband didn't want to take the car, but because it was the end of the rental and the end of the day there was no one to call and no other option.
Monday he calls insurance and they approve him to take the car BACK.
Well, apparently Beechmont Ford is just NOT wanting to attempt to fix the problem (my husband is a mechanic, he already knows it's the bearing(s) and how hard it is to fix them) so needless to say we know the scam Mike and crew are running with their "backed up" work and lack of desire to do another job. They lied to the insurance company, told them it was previous "wear and tear" and refused to help us any further. Meaning now the insurance is also refusing to pay to fix this damage.
If it was previous wear and tear, then why is it doing it NOW AND NOT BEFORE?! Thanks for looking out for your Ford owners.
I will be sending Mike and the girl (Amanda) a subpoena when I file suit against the driver next week to get our car paid for to be fixed. The way it should have been fixed in the first place.  I work at law firm, my father is a judge. You just scammed the wrong people.
If you need a major repair done here, take heed, they will cut corners, lie to your insurance to get out of doing a job that is too lengthy and neglect the safety of its costumers because they're backed up.

I had a good experience here with their service department.  I had two issues I need help for with my 2014 Ford Mustang.  

The first was the power supply through the 12 Volt cigarette lighter.  My GPS car charger worked in my last vehicle and in other vehicles, but not in the Mustang.  They checked the electrical system and have assured me that the power ports are functional.  While I'm not certain, I'm writing this off to the charger since other charging devices seem to work.

The second issue I have is with the passenger airbag system.   The airbag system enables and disables based on if the sensor in the seat detects an adult or not.  They've explained to me that the vehicle is operating as designed which so far appears to be true.  I give the airbag design a 1 star rating as I'm unbelievably disappointed in the design of the system (I'm an engineer), but the dealer gets a 5 star as they've done everything within their control.

Everyone at Ford was very friendly and helped me out.

I'll go back to Beechmont Ford

I was shopping for a new car and the sales staff was very nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They also had one of the biggest inventories I have ever seen, what a great selection!

We purchased a car here in April of 2011. We test drove the car at Kings Ford, but I spent time finding the exact model and color of the car we wanted, which happened to be at Beechmont. Since Kings was rude to us, we went to Beechmont. We knew what we wanted (if you are buying a lime green car, you know what you want) and they got the car for us quick. Our salesperson (Matt? Probably. Sorry, dear salesguy. You were really nice. I just am forgetful) was great and got the car ready for us to take home that day. Overall, our experience was great. In terms of buying, wondeful. Very helpful, still helpful about stuff like Sync, great.

Service has been kind of awful. We took it in because the brake fluid was low (which is really worry some) and said we needed that taken care of plus an oil change. Got two miles down the road, light turned on. It also took an hour and thirty minutes to do that oil change. Then another hour to fix the mistake they made. I'm just going to mosey down to Jiffy Lube from now on.

In 1999 I tried to buy a car here and was very agitated and swore to never come back. I came back today because Montgomery Ford closed and I liked the salesperson that moved here. Unfortunately, 12 years later, nothing has changed. Very immature staff and if your salesperson is busy (which I completely understand because he is very good) I would think the sales manager would come see if they could at least help in the interim (like let you test drive or appraise your trade-in) Nope. Too bad, I already have my PIN, so I will by my Ford else where.  I won't be back, sorry I gave a second chance.
