Me Too!! I bought a car I thought i was paying 10K for, put 5K down and still ended up payin a 9k loan. auto gallery told me the loan was 25% interest.. after signing contract i found out from bank that it was only 14%!! They borrowed 12K from bank but stuck me with a 9K loan after recieving 5K from me!! they stole 2K from me!! so far i've owned the car 4 months and already put 4K into it!!! WTF!?! they horn didnt work when i got the car, 4 months later still waiting on the bill of sale... don't trust these people, complete scammers.. when i brought car back to them right at the 30day marker and complained about leaking oil, no horm and shot suspension.... they told me i should've brought the car back right away and couldn't help me... and magically the salesperson u first dealt with is on vacation when you come back the next day...

Stay away from this dealership. I was sent here from another dealer whom I thought I was purchasing a vehicle from, he told me that Autogallery Motors, aka Luxury Autos of Queens will be doing the financing for the car I was buying. Upon going to Luxury Autos,to do the financing, the sales person had added over $2,000 to the price of the car, I asked him what are these extra charges, he said, "theyre bank fees", that the bank charges to do the loan. I signed the contract unfortunately thinking, I could negoite with the bank to atleast reduce some of these fees, the bank said that these were dealer fees, and not "bank fees". So I went back to the dealer to try to work something out with him, he told me nothing could be done, because the contract was already signed. The only good thing to all of this was, he did admit he added these fees to the contract, and that he had to pull some strings to get the loan approved, this that and the other thing, and that he had warranty fees to pay in order to sell me the car, in case the engine or transmission went. I said ok, can you atleast fix some of the blemishes on the car, which I wouldve fixed myself had he not overcharged me for the car. He said ok, no problem, I called him 3 times, everytime he said give me your phone #, Ill call you back, and never returned any of my calls. This is when, I became angry and wrote this review, I was willing to overlook those charges, if he wouldve taken care of those things on the car, we agreed upon. He's a lier, and a scammer. Classic bait and switch here, one price on the car lot, even though it was the other dealer's lot, different price when you're signing the contract, plus he originally lied, saying they were bank fees, had I known they were his charges, I wouldn've bought the car. Plus bad customer service equals me not buying anything from him or his affiliates again, plus I will tell my "many" clients not to deal with this dealership either. Stay away, they're liers & scammers. Take your business to a reputable dealer.

Don't go anywhere near this place or the owner. I test drove two cars there, after every other car I liked all of a sudden was sold (always the cheaper ones). One smelled like flood damage, the other had an issue with the differential. When I said I didn't like either, the owner "Vinny" said don't come back. He said you test drive 20 cars and don't like anything? Hmmm, Vinny must not be good at math. When I said he was unprofessional, his reply was "well, it's ok b/c I make a lot of money". That I should go to major world instead?! My wife didn't even want to be in his presence as he was aggressive and kicked the license plate holder when he had to put a dealer plate on to test drive a car. I highly recommend looking anywhere but Luxury Autos Of Queens. I purchased a car from a nearby dealer instead. STAY CLEAR, especially of Vinny.
