Because Yelp has multiple listings for the same business, I am giving another account of my experience for the same business (listed at a duplicate address). Be assured, it is the same business.

I used to think this dealership was a nice small town dealership with integrity. While my family's experience in the past has been satisfactory enough to include 3 vehicle purchases and regular maintenance, we will never return. We were recently quoted a price for service that was HALF of the actual cost. My husband verbally authorized the work based on a phone quote.  He paid on the first day of the job once half the work had been done. He then returned on the second day after the job was completed only to be asked to pay roughly the same amount again. He was quoted one price over the phone and then the service department doubled that figure AFTER the work was completed. They claim my husband verbally authorized the higher amount, but my husband absolutely denies this and says the original quote was not given accurately over the phone.

In trying to relay our dissatisfaction over the phone, I was told that I didn't need to keep "jawing", because they would make it right. I was subsequently told they would not be doing anything to remedy the problem beyond a very small discount already offered to my husband at the time of final payment. When expressing that we didn't believe we would return in the future due to all this, the manager said he was "sorry I felt that way" while making NO apology for their poor service, said thank you and promptly hung up on me.

Quick tip: Make sure to ALWAYS get a written estimate from this dealership and sign the actual document instead of accepting a verbal estimate. As seen in our experience, they may deny their verbal misquotes.
