Leasing my fiat from here was not especially painful... however the service contract you are 'recommended' to purchase at their service center is horrible.  Routinely wait 2+ hours for basic oil changes & the car often drives worse than when I took it in... staff is inconsistent some are helpful but ultimately all are inept at providong timely customer service.  Will never lease anything from here again & definately never use their service center - surprising that businesses like these can continue to operate.  Steer clear.

I did not have a bad experience purchasing my Fiat 500, but Giuffre Fiat's service center in Bensonhurst Brooklyn is terrible. Heres my reasons why:

1- They try to charge for things that  are covered under warranty.

2- I had to bring my care 3 times for the same issue over the last two months, one time they kept my car over night and my car still was not ready.

3-They told me they had to order parts due to a recall and they never called me to let me know the parts were in. When I called them they told me to come in and then when I went in they asked who told you to come in.

4- They are very unprofessional.

5- They never have your car ready for when they promise you it will be ready.

Please if your interested in purchasing a Fiat do not purchase it from Giuffre go to MH or SI, I heard the service was better.

I wanted a Fiat, went in for a test drive and said I'd come back when the lease on my VW was up.  The manager said that it was not necessary to wait and that they'd pay off my lease.  I had him write this on my contract. Not only did they not pay off my lease, they also refused to pay VW for the dents in car when they returned it.  They would only agree to pay the early return fee.  These are not people you want to do business with -- shameful.

My Toyota Camry was stolen about a week and a half ago so I walked over to Fiat in my neighborhood to see what they had and get some information that I wasn't able to secure online. The sales guy really didn't offer much about the car basically said you can sit in it 2 or 3 times and popped open the trunk.  He was pleasant enough for a Saturday though he called me 'Miss Lynda", odd.  But my biggest complaint was the finance guy who rudely yelled my name from across the sales floor, tried to get me to take two cars I was uninterested in and was pushy.  He was insulting thinking I wasn't saavy with #'s and was trying to get me to lease the car at 60 or 72 months when I balked at his high figures saying "he could help me out".  Who in their right mind would take a 60 month lease yet 72??  He also stated my high credit score was just ok, really?? Granted I was a solo female in a shark tank and I knew they would try to take full advantage which they did. I actually asked for his card not to call him but get his name, sadly he gave me a general card and no name. Don't shop there, head the the Fiat store on 11th in the city...better service, professional, they know the car and will attempt to give you fair prices.
