They suck really bad always had bad experiences there with overcharging on any service. I stopped using them for that. But kept using them just to check stuff out maintain everything under the warranty.  Which you sometimes have to fight them over if they try to convince you its not covered.  It looks like a very nice place but don't be fooled. Go Local.

Did the first 20k maintenance here couple of years ago.  Received a call from them this morning asking me if i would like to do an oil change.  It hasnt really been that long since my last oil change.  But since they called and i am free for the day i decided to do it anyway.  I told them about my vehicle model and they told me it would 60in total for the oil change.  Once i drove my car there the guy name matt immediately try to sell me a bunch of maintenance service that i do not need which would cost me around 600bucks.  This seems to be a standard procedure for many places so i am completely fine with these.  After declining the offer i reminded them what i was there for, oil change.  But instead of 60dollars as told on the phone, it would be 120.  This is an is250 small sedan, there is no way i need to pay 120 for the oil change.  So after i told him to forget it he was obviously not very happy with it but nonetheless went to the service room and pull my car over.  Except, that didnt happen until half hour later when i asked the receptionist the whereabout of my car.  The place wasnt even busy, people were standing there chatting .  They told me its because they have a policy to wash every vehicle thats why it took so long.  Matt finally came out after quite some time and told me the machine broke down and they didnt wash my car.   So what took so long to pull out my car?  I asked for a business, he told me he doenst have one and hes new here and knows nothing about it.  He certainly didnt sound new to me while pitching me about the service.  Its 15degree outside today and i just wasted more than a hour of my time for nothing.  I should have read the yelp review first before coming over.  Overall, stay away from their service department.

This is a review for the sales department. I came here to test drive the new NX200T .  I set up an appointment a week ahead of time.  Low and behold, after arriving on the day of the appointment,  I was told the vehicle is not in stock yet!  What sort of incompetence is this!!!  If the vehicle is not in stock, why the he'll would they still make an appointment?  My real mistake was giving them a second chance & scheduling an appointment again after confirming multiple times the vehicle was in stock.  This time, I arrive for my appointment & end up waiting 90 minutes past my scheduled time before someone assists me.  Total fail.  Complete lack of efficiency & professionalism are the cornerstones of this dealership.  Avoid like Ebola.

Bought a 2010 Lexus GS 350. It was a good price, but they sold it to me being fraudulent, when I took it to a Lexus dealer near me and they said the the extended warranty that I paid $3000 for is void because of a accident happening and no reports of that. The dealer said that they had nothing to do with that because it was in good condition when they sold it to me. I had called them to try and resolve this issue but Bobby said that's not his problem. I now have to open a case with Lexus international and possibly have to hire a lawyer. DO NOT go to this dealer if you can. They have other worse ratings and I had wished I saw them before.

This dealership is by far the worst in terms of customer service and satisfaction, dropped my car here a 2 weeks back due to a blown fuse, I had my car towed specially to bay ridge Lexus to get it fix in which they told they'll call me back with updates on the car. I wait 2 days and to no avail, no contact whatsoever from my service manager; it's wasn't till I call them on the third day in which I got a answer and to my surprise my car was still sitting in the same spot for over a 4 day period without notice. I picked up car in the Friday and holy smokes I see these stupid tech revving my car like freaking manics that never heard an exhaust on a car before. Worst service ever... You guys are so god dam lucky I even go to you due to me wanting to have a clean record on my car.

Leased from here,was not told that there were hidden fees. Was told I was paying transfer fees and taxes. Eventually, I realized I actually put money down under the pretense of "tax".

I recently experienced some brake issues and the service department did not find a problem however, I am very afraid to drive the car. I almost met in an accident due to brake failure.

Eventually the general manager was trying to get me into a new lease and wanted me to pay all these fees and I would lose the down payment I put on the previous car, the taxes, all the fees. I was willing to pay transfer fees but these people have no heart! They only cared about their pocket and not about the customer. I had to call multiple times to try to resolve this issue. It took nearly two weeks. Now I am requesting in writing the tests they performed and the results indicating the car is safe to drive. I don't wish to ever do business with them again nor do I recommend them.

I am taking a chance again with the old car and lord knows I hope it is safe for me.

This place is definitely not customer friendly! Deserves negative ratings if were possible.

Watch out for the salesmen here, they will do anything to get you to buy the most expensive car. I was very disappointed how many lie's and hidden costs they didn't tell me about.

Be very careful here especially with salesmen bobby. If you meet him, I would walk away unless you want to get ripped off and lied to. Here is what Bobby did to my wife and I on July 18, 2013 at 12:30 PM:

1) Lied about the sticker price

2) he did tell us about a lot of hidden costs (ex. $995 extra maint fees)

3) I was on the phone while my wife was their in person. I asked her to leave because the price was to hi, bobby the sleezy sales men he is, wouldn't let her leave and forced her to buy the car

4) He would try to convince my wife to by the car by speaking her in a different language so I couldn't understand

5) He actually mentioned that all he cared was to get his commission, he he doesn't care about his clients

At the end he suckered my wife buying a car we can't afford so he can get his commission and run away. I know we'll never see him again and I feel ashamed that he stole our money!

Please don't make the same mistake I made and be very careful with this salesmen but I have to say that his manager Keith was very honest and helpful.

Not Good Service. Car broke down after 1st oil change after pickup. Had to call their special "emergency road service". Left message with no callback. Called AAA instead

This place has poor customer serivces.  I tried coming here to finish with my insurance claim and no one was helpful..   I guess these people don't think, "hey, maybe if I help her out she would like to buy from us again."   if you must buy a lexus, go somewhere else.
