Reviews on Audi Brooklyn

Leased a new A3 a few weeks ago and they have been great, easy going and professional. Miguel was great and took care of everything every step of the way.

My lease will be coming to an end so I am currently shopping around. I decided to take a walk into Audi and was greeted by Qiqi Chen. She was informative about the cars and answered all the questions I had.
Audi has great customer service and a beautiful showroom.

Stopped by with my friend because his lease is almost up and he is interested in an Audi. We were introduced to product specialist Qiqi Chen. She was very friendly and helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and wasn't pushy at all. She made the car shopping process very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised with her level of professionalism. I would definitely return to Qiqi at this dealership!

Amazing customer service. My parents and I went in to look for a new car. We met with Qiqi Chen and she took us out for a test drive. AMAZING!!!! She answered all our questions and spoke to us about our concerns. Definitely recommend this dealership.

You're always weary when going into a car dealership, but you can put the weariness to the side when you visit Audi of Brooklyn, A brand new showroom along with a staff that is really concerned with customers being happy is what you will find here. I had the pleasure of dealing with a "brand specialist" (as his business card reads) named Frankie.

I was torn between a BMW X5 and an Audi Q5, but after a half hour of talking with Frankie, the Q5 was the clear choice. Frankie knew both cars inside and out and helped me decide that the Q5 was for me (and I believe that if it wasn't, he would have told me). He's also very helpful after the sale as I am "technically challenged" and have called him with a few "How do I...." and a couple of "Where is the button for the...?". He has always been more than patient with me and helps me learn how to enjoy my truck to the fullest.

Bravo Audi of Brooklyn- for your facility, huge selection of cars, great staff and for the smarts to hire a guy like Frankie Lopes.

I walked into Brooklyn Audi and was immediately greeted by a showroom manager. He was extremely patient with me as I l wandered around the new showroom. Even though I came with a specific car in mind, it was still a pleasure to explore all of the models on the show floor before talking business. I was introduced to Russell Cardillo, who was a specialist. He took me out for a test drive in a brand new S7 and it was honestly exhilarating. I've had my eyes on this car for quite some time and it was a relief to get some sympathy from the folks there. Russell was extremely knowledgeable and helpful before, during and after the test drive. He got me even more excited about the S7 than I already was, which wasn't easy because it's already the home screen on my phone. He taught me about the S7 and was generally very enthusiastic. You could tell he actually loves this vehicle, like me, so I didn't feel embarrassed or childish getting excited about it.

I was afraid that I had shown myself too eager to drive this car and it would affect the conversation once numbers had come up. To my surprise, I sat down with a manager after my tour and it was a pressure-less experience.

I am very pleased with the staff at Brooklyn Audi and the experience as a whole. A+

Audi brooklyn has a new showroom , its awesome, they have  ipads to keep your child busy while you talk about buying a car with the sales rep, everyone there was so helpfull, from start to finish i was treated with the up most respect, i did not feel rushed into buying a car at all, one of the C/R name monae helped me through my entire process, she was very nice and answered all my questions, audi has a loyal customer in me forever :)

Bianca was the best sales person I've used - been with other brands like MB and Lex and nothing can compare to my new A4. I love it and the buying process couldn't have been better. In and out quick and easy - ask for Bianca and Anthony!

I've been a long time customer with audi with 3 previous vehicles in my family. When I took responsibility to return the vehicle and asked when to return the vehicle. Monae Murray gave me incorrect information on when my lease ended. I purchased a new vehicle based on this information and a terrible experience of being asked to drop off the car earlier than the actual date. When I later found out that this was not the case from Audi Financial Services. I was shocked to find out that I purchased a vehicle based on bad experience with Audi and incorrect information given (confirmed on email) and then was informed that I was mistaken on my interpretation ie. the last payment not the lease end was on the date listed Thank you Kent for the vehicle purchase but never again will I be a customer of Audi BK. I'll enjoy the Mercedes Benz Manhattan experience who bent over backwards to make this purchase a positive experience. The CS rep's would not help in any way to satisfy the issue in any way. The dealership just wants to sell you another vehicle and give it in early.
In summary, just lost a lifetime customer.

I bought a pre own certified audi A4 2011. Everything went straight, but they didn't gave me the second copy of the key, telling that it will be shipped to my place later. It was not the case, I waited a few moths, called them a few times, no way to find who is the responsible for that. After I went to the shop, they send me to another shop where they do the actual service, they placed an order for my key, stating that it will be ready in a few weeks. After a few months waiting for their answer, I called them again. Same thing, the responsible for my order was not available, the redirect my call in several places, but nobody answered yet.
I'm still waiting for that key after 6 months, and overall I spend almost 40h of time between calling them multiple times and going there. it would be much cheaper to buy a new key from another dealer.
Definitively , I'll never go back to that shop again.

One of the worst service centers I've ever experienced.

Brought my Audi in for service. They said it would take two days. It took two weeks. Zero communication. They scratched the car in multiple places. There were oily hand marks throughout the interior - on the ceiling as well. Haven't been able to remove those.

Hands down the most awful workers and zero professionalism.

Take your car somewhere else. Don't ever come here. I've contacted Audi with a formal complaint.

Hard to imagine a worse experience without my car actually exploding.

Brought it in for a sound when I turned. Took them a week to diagnose that it needed steering fluid. We got a buncha geniuses here!

When they brought the car out to me they'd severed the air line into the front air suspension system, leaving it collapsed and thinking I wouldn't notice.

The wheels were rubbing against the wheel wells. I wouldn't have made it a mile before the tires blew out.

I took it back in immediately and got a lot of fingerpointing, evasion, obfuscation and dissembling. Everything but a responsible "we screwed up. Sorry. We're gonna fix it."

People make mistakes. I understand that. It's the post-mistake lying I cannot abide.

After 30 minutes of yelling, threatening and cajoling they didn't really fix it but they patched it sufficiently for me to get on the road.

The patch lasted all of 2 days until it collapsed again, leaving me stranded in a car dangerous to move.

It's at another shop now that is cleaning up the mess Brooklyn Audi left me with.

So would I recommend them?

Well, aside from that Ms Lincoln, how was the theater?

I scheduled an appointment for a test drive of a Q5. I was told they have plenty of Q5's and that a test drive is no problem.

A week later, I come in with my wife. Within a few minutes we were seen to by one of the sales guys.

First question from the salesman was "what kind of car do you drive?" Valid question. My response: Mini Cooper.

The next 5 minutes were spent by the salesman explaining to us how the Mini is a "suicidal" car and how unsafe it is.

Seriously? Fail.

Despite the advance appointment for the test drive, they have ZERO Q5's in stock.

Really now. Fail.

Icing on the cake was the question I was waiting for: "what would you like your monthly payment to be?"

Even my wife was laughing at how clueless this Joe was.

Save your money and more importantly, your time.
