By far the worst customer service experience I´ve ever had. We were interested in a ML350. After the ride, the sales person, named Hank, rushed inside the store. My husband and I had several questions about the car features and we had to go inside the store several times to fetch him. It was too cold for him outside, but he was too bothered to put on his winter jacket and stay outside to answer our questions. When it was the time to talk about numbers, Mr. Hank refused to negotiate saying nice things like "we understand, go buy the car somewhere else, all right?". Even the sales manager would say "we sell good cars, maybe not to you...". Honestly, where do your salesmen receive their training? Actually you gave me ideas to answer my students whenever they have a question about their grades: "I understand, go get your good grade somewhere else, all right?" Or even better:" I give good grades, maybe not to you,...". Unacceptable.
Follow Mr Hank's own recommendation and go buy your car somewhere else, this is not the place.

I own a 2009 ML63 purchased from Massapequa Mercedes.  3 Months after my warranty was up my coolant was low.  There was no coolant under the vehicle. I refilled it and the next day while driving I got a miss of a cylinder with a small amount of white smoke.  I shut the vehicle down and had it towed to Mercedes.  After diagnosing the truck they told me it needed head bolts.  I had reviewed this problem and noted there was a service bulletin out on 4/14/2011.  In short, head bolts are defective in this motor (M156).   The dealer told me there could be a possible bent connecting rod.  I told him how did he check it? The mechanic there told me that he didn't but he was sure.  Also that the pistons come in a set of eight and I would be required to change all 8 pistons with all connecting rods.  The repair is not just to fix the side of the engine with the problem but also to disassemble the other side and replace their defective head bolts.  Service Consultant Vincent Vetere and Service manager Frank Mazziotti gave me an estimate of 28k.  I told them they were not following the service bulletin and they stated this is how they fix this problem.   I discussed this problem with Mercedes USA.  They told me they would cover half of the repair.  That would make it 14k to get my car fixed. I had to pay the dealer 1300 to get my car out of the dealer. I had a German care specialist, disassemble my car.  He found the piston heights were normal and that my repair would be 5k.  Couple of weeks later my truck is up and running.  Mercedes USA needs to own up to their motor defect and Massapequa Mercedes is nothing short of an extortion ring in their repair department.

Had a great experience when purchasing the car. The salesman was everything anyone would expect from a high end automobile manufacture.

With all that said the service department has been the complete opposite. From taking the car in for warranty work that doesn't get done and having to get stressed out to finally have then do the work. To going in to drop the car off and being ignored until you ask for the manager and then all of a sudden they see you. My father has had the same experience with them and even having a service rep make a inappropriate comment to him.

If I knew then what I know now I might have purchased a BMW instead. It's a shame, love the car but the service center leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice dealership
Nice facilities, good service, knowledgeable Service Managers.

I have owned four  MBZ, and I have been taking my car here for about 3 years.
Nice place to visit and hang out. They have the latest MBZ cars, nice used car lot and no over zealous car salesmen.  

They have a nice country club like waiting area, with free coffee, bagels  a pool table, movie cinema and I heard they have a gym.  So waiting for your car isn't boring. Plenty to do and see,  while you wait.

The mechanic will come out to meet and talk with you, which is a nice thing to have.  If your car is in and waiting for a part, they provide a new loaner car, that seems to be the next  MBZ car you would buy (how would they know that)?

Dropping off the car, picking  the car up and paying is easy.
Repairs are done very professional and they return your car clean.
They call you to update you on the status of your car and any problems.

They have all the MBZ models in a nice showroom area
Good professional service
You get to know whose working on your car to discuss the problem

The drive out of the service are can be tricky. It would be nice if the had and clear marked path out from the service area.
Mercedes are expensive cars to service, and it like playing with the big boys.
Being is the showroom is like being a kid in a toy store.
Looking at the new cars and the price tags can be a bit tempting, but  intimidating.

Had a great experience overall, I did not have anything major done at this dealership since all my work was performed at Brooklyn Mercedes near my house but since they were full and had no appointment for 2 weeks I decided to give Massapequa a shot. I had 2 struts and my air matic replaced, my advisor (Vincent Vetere) was very courteous and provided me with a nice ML diesel loaner. Vehicle was dropped off on Wed early morning and I was notified in the afternoon that the struts need to be ordered which will arrive next day. My car was ready the next day and so far everything is working well, I hope it stays that way.

Best dealer around they will go out of their way to help you out.
I brought my car there for service and warranty repair and was treated very professionally. They gave me a loaner, washed my car and I was back on the road in the time they specified.

This Mercedes dealership has it all... Hot cars, great service staff, Internet cafe and free coffee and food... Car wash .., and every other modern convenience you can think of.  

It's huge and they have every high end AMG and lower intro Mercedes you can think of

Awesome service here. Did not have an appointment here and yet they were still able to help us.  Came here for a wash and to change a light bulb. The wait time was not so bad considering we did not have an appt. We waited for an 1 1/2 hr.  There's plenty to do while you wait. There's complimentary lunch, massages, and manicures.  They even have a pool table. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful.
