I made an appoint for a routine service.  I was informed on the phone that the service would take 2.5 hours, so I requested a "loaner" and was told that that would not be a problem.  When I arrived, I was told that it would take 20 minutes for a loaner to arrive, because they needed to have it delivered from Hertz . . . but, I should not worry about that because "your car will be ready in an hour."  I asked why two employees gave me radically different time quotes for a routine, standardized service and was not given a clear understandable answer.  After waiting 45 minutes, I was informed that the service for my car had not even begun "because they were behind."  When I asked "why did you tell me I would only be an hour when you knew you were behind?" I was told " We didn't know that."  So, in all, I spent 3.5 hours at the dealership.  In a case like this, the question boils down to: "Is this issue caused by one person who is really bad at their job, or ineffective, non-communicative work environment?"  After wasting 3.5 hours of my life, I am thinking it is easier to go to a different dealership than to get an answer to my question.

My Review Of Capital Luxury Cars:
I went to the dealer for service of my 2012 S60 (which I loved) ...needed new tires and $ 400 plus routine service. 2 more months to go before lease expiration. Decided to consider new vehicle and was introduced to Cidalia Millham.

Extremely customer service focused, professional knowledgable and helpful - walked me through the process. NO request insurmountable. Negotiated an extremely benficial deal that I could not refuse .... definitely, recommend Cidalia. MY 4th Volvo from Capital Volvo - they truly value the work they do, the vehicle they represent and loyalty to customers.

Cidalia is the best- weather delayed my arrival to accept delivery of my 2014 S60 ... Cidalia? No problem. She and business office manager (also outstanding) waited for me - instead of closing - were in no rush to explain all paperwork and function of the car. Honestly, i think Cidalia hated to let me take the car - she treated it, prepared it ...and, pointed out all features as though it were her own. And, followed up to verify I arrived home safely and to be sure I loved the car - I do! MUCH pride in her work. A ++++
