Bought a 2014 Dodge Dart for a commuter car. The car is exactly what I was looking for. Dave Kaplan was a great no pressure salesman. I will be back to see Dave again for my next car.
Two negatives. The car had no floormats! What is that about. Todd the finance manager tries the HARD SELL on the warranties. If you don't buy the warranty he gets visibly mad.

I recently started a lease on a brand new 2015 Ram 1500 pick-up.  Test drove a model on the lot, really liked it, except for color.  Liked the color of the truck in the showroom.  Did the deal to get the showroom truck, was happy and had appointment at 9:30 the next morning to pick it up.  

First of all I understand that it takes some time to do the paperwork, was fully expecting that.  But to get the paperwork done and be told that the detailing of the truck was not done yet??  Really??  At close to 11:00 when the salesman was changing the plates from my trade-in I was admiring my shiny new truck.  It was then that I noticed that the bed of a truck with 15 miles on it was SCRATCHED.  I'm not talking a little scratch, but gouges in the bed, all over the place, the floor, the sidewalls, you name it.  I brought this to the attention of the salesman, who got the sales-manager on duty.  "We'll take care of it, don't worry"

I then went to my in-laws, was showing them the truck and noticed in the back seat of the quad-cab the cup holder was missing.  This is a truck that I waited for and hour to be detailed and they missed a scratched bed and missing cupholder.  Stopped at Armory to point this out and was told they will fix it when I come in about the scratched paint.  

The next day as I'm checking the truck over further I see that the "safety lamps"that illuminate your license plate are missing.  The bulbs were there, hanging behind the bumper, but the lamps were missing.  The truck passed NYS inspection mind you, and I'm pretty sure this is part of the inspection, as my father held his NYS Inspection license for 40+ years.  

That's strike three.

I took the truck in to get these issues fixed, the cup holder and lamps were done promptly and they had a spray in bed liner installed at no charge to me.  Seems like a simple fix, as the spray-in bed liner would be a quicker and cheaper fix than fixing and repainting the bed.  

I am actually thrilled with having the bed liner, it looks sharp.

Liked them when they were Nissan, like them now that they're Jeep. I dealt with Thom Thayer or Dave Kaplan; should you come here, they're great.

I actually did not want a Jeep(it's kind of a toughie brand and I'm not really a toughie), but after fighting to get help at a Subaru dealer two times, and deciding it might not be best to own what I really really wanted without having a garage, I thought I'd give Jeep a look see. Now I'm including the following, just to state why this isn't a 5 star review. First time didn't go so well, I told the guy I didn't want a base level jeep and it absolutely could not be silver. So he kept showing me base models and grey... not silver, but not quite not silver, know what I'm sayin'. So I'm like "listen this color.. it's not doing it for me"and then walks me all the way across the lot(it's a big lot and I'd broken my toe a month earlier) to see the new stock, "these things just came off the truck". We get there and they're literally all silver. So I left. I don't want to put his name on here and get him in trouble, but should you read this review and want to know who he is, I will tell you privately.

Got home, was ready to skip car shopping all together and remembered Thom, who had sold me my Nissan and for the heck of it I looked to see if he still worked there. Not telling him of my previous experience(I didn't want the pervious guy to get in trouble) I asked him to help me find a Jeep, and told him what options I wanted. Two days later I stopped by and literally he had the vehicles pulled up and waiting for me, and everything I asked for. He set me up with a great sales guy(Dave), and it took me less than an hour to buy it.  

It's been a couple months now and I've nothing but good things to say about my Jeep. For what I paid and what I got, I think it would be hard to beat the price point for the options offered. They also offer something called the Armory Club, which is free and allows you access to their gas pumps, which are priced lower than say Hess or Sunoco.

Called about a car on their website.  Salesperson told me it was "spotless" inside and out.  Drive from Boston to look at car - was covered with scratches and had a huge cigarette burn in the seat.  Decided to do business with another dealer - imagine how they would handle a repair or warranty issue?

Im actually from Westchester but decided to drive up here to buy my latest car. Not only did I get a deal that was thousands cheaper than what was on offer in my area, but they also didn't add on all the nonsense fees that many NYC area dealers charge.

Couldn't be happier with the deal I got or the staff. Talk to Ben if you go there, he'll take great care of you.

I'll start with the pros-
*lots of jeeps in stock
*nice indoor showroom not many jeeps but it was an off road environment.

What I didn't like was the attitude of the salesman. I own a mustang and Honda insight so I have no clue about jeeps. He acted like we were a waste of time gave us his card and said if you have any questions come ask. I figured he would show us the different types of jeeps but no we had to walk the large lot like a lost dog. We then came a crossed the used section, another salesman came out. He was much more helpful. He asked if I had a trade in, I said yes I would like to know how much you will give me for it. He said well you have to pick a car first...I knew from there I was going to get the typical sales bs. I had enough of this dealership and left. It may be only buying 1 car but not from them.

Complete rip off. Plain and simple. They quoted $600, I got it done somewhere else for $280. Their is no excuse for that. I really regret taking it there in the first place and having to fork over 90 bucks for them to look at it. Never again.

I went to this dealership when the gas tank on my Jeep started coughing up gas after filling up. After they checked it out we were informed that we needed a new tank which would cost $1100. We immediately got on the phone with the corporate office, and (to make a long story short) eventually got them to cover most of the cost of this repair under the extended powertrain warranty.

We made an appointment to drop off the Jeep the following Monday at 8 a.m., which was supposed to ensure that we would have the car back by that afternoon. We only have one car and it was important to minimize the time in the shop. Monday rolled around, I dropped off the Jeep. 4pm comes and goes, and we call  them to find out the status. It turns out they did not even have the part in yet, and wouldn't even be looking at it until they got the part. I needed the car the next morning so i went and picked it up and made another appointment for the following Monday, again at 8am with explicit instructions that I would need the car back that afternoon. They assured me it would be no problem, and the part would be there.

The following Monday I went to drop off the car, and asked to make sure that the part was, in fact, there. It turns out that the part had arrived but someone had sent it back. So, no part. This lack of communication between people at the same company is astonishing.

I have another appointment next week, and I am hoping this time I will actually get it fixed. The only reason this dealership receives 2 stars instead of 1 is that Tom, the assistant manager, was instrumental in getting the corporate office to cover most of the repair. I appreciate that he went to bat for us in that way. If only the dealership could get its collective act together and serve their customers in an organized manner!

Update: On the third appointment they did actually manage to have the part and fix the Jeep. The repair seems to have been good work; it was been a few months and the car is still doing well. However if it can possibly be avoided I will not go to this dealership again - their lack of internal and external communication is astonishing.
