Established in 2002.

Universal Motorcars, Inc. was funded in New Jersey, by the Rangel brothers, three Brazilians that went to USA and achieved success in the automotive business. By the end of 2002, seeing that the market was rising, the Rangel brothers moved to the city of Las Vegas, Nevada, where they opened a carrier store with sports wheels, sound and video, also investing in recovering the vehicle segment, providing services to agencies such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche and BMW.  In 2008, one of the brothers decided to expand the business and returned to Brazil, splitting the partnership. Beginning of 2013, William Rangel started a new partnership with Doug Silva, another popular Brazilian face in Las Vegas. Together decided to start a bold store with a unique structure with the latest equipment, a qualified team, conquering day by day our space in the domestic market.

+1 for Customer Service - worked with William. He was beyond patient in explaining the car buying process and explaining the potential speed bumps of every possible situation.

+1 for Eagerness to Meet Customer Needs - he went through a handful of different banks to find a bank loan that met my financial needs and left me in a comfortable position. I had originally signed for a loan that was a little over my limit, he continued searching until he found one that was within my budget and left me with a better warranty in the end.

+1 for Standing Behind their Product - Came in a couple days after my purchase to get a smog check. I informed him that my oil check, smog check, and tire pressure lights were all on. He promised to fix all three for me without a problem.

+1 for Building Customer Satisfaction - While waiting for my car services, he checked in and made sure we were comfortable waiting and checked in to let us know the progress.

+1 for Product - I informed him that I would be relocating to Sacramento within the next month. He reassured me that the extended warranty would be accessible anywhere there is a Pep Boys and in the meantime, he could service my car right at their location.
