DO NOT even think about going here! Apparently they do a limited inspection on the car. So, if it's not on the list, they don't report a problem. I bought a car there and 5 days later, a shit ton of problems. A 3rd party mechanic says the problems were there before I bought the car, and that the mechanics should have noticed them if they did an adequate inspection. Either the mechanics are incompetent, or they are straight up liars that will sell you a car that seems ok at first, but has obscure problems. They also have you sign a waiver that you won't file a class action lawsuit against them. I thought that was fishy... I should've listened to my gut. The manager has no customer service etiquette at all, and is unwilling to listen to the facts or help even just a little. You might spend a little more at a reputable dealership, but I am sure it's worth it.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE CROOKS! I moved to Las Vegas a couple years back and I was looking for a dependable car to get back and forth to work and my sister back and forth to school. I went to L.A. Motors and purchased a Ford Explorer at reasonable amount, during the sale everyone was nice and welcoming, they explained I would have a 30 warranty with them and an extended 2 year warranty with a third party. Two weeks after i purchased the car it started to overheat, I contacted L.A. Motors to let them know what was going on and they told me to bring it back so they could check it out. Their mechanic, who turned out not to be a certified mechanic, said i was running low on fluids. A couple days later it happened again and the same "mechanic" said he would flush out the radiator and it would be fine. Well it wasn't fine and I didn't trust what they were saying so I took it to a shop near my house and they said the car should have never been sold because the transmission was shot and that I would need a new one. I took it back to L.A. Motors and instead of them taking care of it they tried to get the third party warranty company to foot the bill for the repairs. When the warranty company denied the claim they tried to blame me for the damage saying "i shouldn't have driven it while it was overheating and that was what caused more damaged. After argue back and forth with them they finally decided to fix my truck. It took them 2 months to "fix" my truck, during that time they barely communicated with me to give any updates, when I got it back I drove it for about 4 months before it started to overheat again. I took it back to them and asked for receipts for all the work they had supposedly, they couldn't produce anything to prove they actually repaired my truck, the manager kept saying he had them filed away and it would take awhile to retrieve all the receipts. I told them they needed to repair my truck again and I wanted a different mechanic and receipts for all the parts they were using on my car. I wanted another 2 months for my car to get repaired, not sure if the repair was done correctly because shortly after getting back my brother got into a accident and totaled it.

They say used car dealers are liars, but these guys take that to a new level. My car has had nothing but problems and they say it must be because of how I drove it. After I got it back from their repair facility, the codes were gone, but the car still ran bad. I took it to another mechanic who said that someone wiped out the codes. Scam artists all the way through this place

They are horrible! The staff, the service  EVERYTHING! The manager FRED or whatever his name is,deserves to be FIRED! They sold me a car with. Bad transmission, told me to take it to their repair facility, they had my car for 3 weeks and gave it back in the same exact condition! Now he told me to take it back to the shop but he doesn't want to loan me a car while my car is being fixed! I've only had this car for 4 months and he doesn't feel like it's their responsibility! I plan on suing so please any one with a bad experience on this piece of sh*t dealership contact me through message with a statement! I PLAN ON BRINGING THEM DOWN!! F***ing crooks!

Made a deal to buy a car.  When I got there to pay and sign, the terms were changed.  They significantly upped the payments and wanted more money down.  Just say they still have that $10 000 car on lot.  Good luck with that sale!  You'd get a zero if I could give it to you.  Took my $3500 deposit to Aztec Auto.
