Bought my mom a vehicle here, the sales guy Mike was pushy and did everything to get me to get her the vehicle, only reason why I did the desk was, because my mom like the vehicle.

When it came to me wanting my own car, I found the perfect one, but soon I came to see the lies built up.

I'm sitting in the office preparing to sign the vehicle I wanted, but realized the prices that were discussed were off and not shat was agreed on. The guy just said everything is find and became pushy to make to make the final deal. He handed me the contract and said sign away, I began reading before I signed, he became upset, I told him no deal cause again the price wasn't agreed what was discussed.

So the sales guy Mike came in and for about 20 minutes they kept making false promises and refused to put what they said on the contract, that's when I knew they were full of crap. I stood up and as I began walking out Mike laid the contract on my car and said I promise I won't acres you over and it's just a contract that can be changed.

I took the contract and his pen and he smiled and turned to the other guy helping him, but as he turned he didn't realize I put an X on the paper and as he turned back around I ripped it in half and said now Getty drift.

If anyone goes here watch what you sign and make sure all prices match what was said!

I won't be back here anymore.

I have been taking my car here for almost the last year.  I was taking it to get serviced at Jim marsh kia till I found out they have been robbing me of my money.  I came here after being treated like crap at Jim marsh service center.  The service here is 100% better and they are honest. It's best to make appointment but I have never been turned away after walking in.  They get you in and out in a timely manner.

This review goes out to Al! Al was awesome in the way he communicated with me via email and more importantly when my wife and I showed up he was a gentleman, kind and curteous. He took the time to show us a lease on a 2015 and 2016 Sorento. When those didn't workout we asked about used. Al did a great job in remembering that my wife had said gray, silver or white and he found us a gray one. Fair price, fair sale all around lowered my monthly payments and have a more than happy wife. Thanks Al!

Out of all the kia dealerships that I've been to, this was the last stop for me. From the moment you walk in, great customer service was already in the air! Travis painter was THE man that helped us and he's not your typical salesman to push every product in your face. He's very patient and finds the best deals he can get with almost every model I liked. I couldn't refuse and ended up with a 2015 Kia Optima SX turbo with a good price! Very satisfied with this car and Findlay Kia is a must!!

I went to this dealership looking at some new cars because my old car got into a wreck and I got helped out by Al who was a big help . I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn't try to show me anything different, which most sales men do . I found the perfect car & told him I would be back at 5 and at 4:55 he called to see if I was still coming in that day which showed he cared about the sale and working with me . Although the downfall would be the time it took for them to wash the car and as they say "get it ready " along with the gentleman who explain the cars features to me could have been a little quicker and knowledgeable.

Took my 2009 Kia Spectra5 to the KIA dealership twice for the same problem down in Henderson and they weren't able to find anything so I brought my KIA here to Findlay KIA.  I made an appointment and went to the service department to drop it off.  The service department could not find a record of me making an appoinment.  They asked who I spoke to and I told them and they rolled their eyes.  Not towards me but more like an "Ohhh that guy" type of eye-roll.  Anyway...I told him the hispanic gentleman (Carlos? Juan?  can't remember) in the service department what was going on.  They kept my car for four days and charged me $100 and told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it.  It was revving in park and lurching forward when I had my foot on the brake.  Extremely dangerous. My husband googled the symptoms and replaced an $11 part and now it's working fine.  If you have a KIA like me, enjoy your useless warranty because if the car's not throwing a code "the professionals" will never be able to figure out the problem.

I went in last friday and talked to John Cibik and the whole experience was just great, he was very nice, helpful and showed me he wasn't just looking to make his commission but also wanted to help the costumer to get a good deal. A few weeks ago, my 2010 Kia's AC went out. I went to a local mechanic to get it checked out and was informed that the blower motor was dead and would need to be replaced. The mechanic recommended I contact a Kia dealership and see if the motor would be covered by warranty since the car was still under 60,000 miles.

I contacted Jim Marsh Kia the next day, and they gave me the run-around for several weeks, informing me that they were all booked up every single time I wanted to go in or schedule an appointment. I got the feeling that they didn't want to help me because the motor was covered under warranty and wouldn't bring them any profit. After taking off a day of work to purposely go down to Jim Marsh Kia to get my car fixed, and then being told they couldn't help me, I was extremely frustrated.

I took my chances and went to Findlay Kia to see if they could help me on such short notice. I arrived at approximately 1 pm on a Friday and they were dead. I spoke with Mike, who was a total sweetheart and extremely helpful. He advised they would take a look at the car and see what was wrong. In total, it took about an hour and a half for them to check the car out and order the part. Mike advised me that he would give me a call in the morning once the part arrived. Sure enough, 8:30 am the next morning, Mike called me and it had arrived. I got to Findlay Kia around 10:00 am and was out of there by 11:00.

Not only were they quick and thorough, but the customer service was excellent. They washed my car for me, and the warranty covered everything. And not once while I was there did Mike try talking me into purchasing any other services, which I appreciated.

From now-on I will just skip Jim Marsh Kia and go with Findlay Kia.

After I decided to buy my car here , I tried there service and parts department. The warranty is great on these cars so I wanted to do my services here to keep it up. Sure enough , the first time I needed something under warranty , it was no problem getting it fixed.

This review has been a long time coming, but I am finally just DONE DONE DONE with them, so I wanted to warn others so they don't have to go through what I went through. If you don't want to read the LONG review, just know that you will most likely regret getting a car and certainly having a car serviced here.

I purchased my Kia Soul here in 2010 brand new. Traded in a car at the same time. Dealers were very shady, but really, that is pretty standard for Vegas. I looked over the paperwork questioning everything and they moaned and groaned and made this huge show out of making NO money off this sale, such utter and complete crap, considering in the end even though I traded in a car, AND put down 5k, that car cost me nearly 17k! Yea, I was an idiot but after 3 hours in the salesroom it was either take the car, or throw myself in front of one.

Even after I thought we had a price and payment worked out,  we went in and they wanted to add a package where I got all my maintenance stuff included for two years. Now I know these things are never good deals but I have bad luck with cars, so the thought of things being covered was too tempting. Fast forward 2 years and after I sat and did the math, I ended up paying over $120 dollars for every oil change if you compare cost of that package vs. paying for them myself, even if you add in that the first big service was covered in that time (normal cost $400). Now, had something gone wrong I would have hoped it would have been covered, but nothing ever did, so I really overpaid.

After those two years were over, I them embarked on the lovely 'screw the lady every time she comes in" plan. I brought my car into them because I have heard horror stories of factory warranties not covering things if you haven't had everything done through the dealer, so I faithfully brought my car in every 3000k miles.

Did you know that every hose, filter, screw, fluid, etc. etc. needs to be replaced every 3000k miles?? Yeah, sarcasm there, but seriously, that is what they want you to believe AND of course pay for. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. there was something other than the oil change that HAD to be done (always managing to be around $100) or else "IT MAY VOID THE FACTORY WARRANTY" Seriously, they try and scare you into paying for BS things like that. Some things I fell for, others I knew were total crap, but overall I know I was screwed repeatedly and it got to the point where I would get physically sick to my stomach when I knew an oil change was coming up. One of the guys actually tried to tell me that I needed new tires TWO WEEKS after I had put new tires on the car from Discount (the only thing I did not have done at the dealership)

Now lets fast forward to this year. I pay for the 60k service ($1,100!) which they assures me covers every single solitary thing in that car, every thing that needs to be checked, tuned up, replaced, taken care of in any way, is supposed to be done. I have that done in February, in May-ish the car starts (very rarely) stalling or idling rough. Not enough to freak me out, but enough to make me wonder what in the world it could be when I supposedly (3 months earlier) had everything under the sun done on this car.

I decide it can wait until the next oil change and bring it up when I bring it in. Cue the

"Oh is could be this fluid which we can replace for $$$$"

Me- Wasn't that replaced during the 60k service?

"Oh yea, well then it could be this part that we can replace for $$$

Me- Wasn't that checked in the 60k mile service?

"Oh yes, well it could be this thing which we can replace for $$$

Me- Wasn't that do....

'Look, it could be a ton of things, and I wasn't there watching them while they did the service so who knows what was done (ARE YOU COMPLETELY F'in kidding me??) but it sounds like a VERY SERIOUS issue and you definitely need to leave it for a few days to let us drive it around and see what is going on. It will be a few hundred dollars but that will be put towards whatever we need to do to fix it.

At this point I ask if my warranty covers any of this

"All the warranty really covers is if the engine decides to blow up "

Yes, that was what he told me. This fabulous bumper to bumper, 100k mile warranty through Kia, apparently will only cover the engine blowing up. While I know that is also utter BS, this was the absolute last straw with this place.
I would rather shove hot tire rods up my bum than ever ever ever step foot into or give one more penny, to Findlay Kia again.

I did my research before going out... Each dealership has an offer online, you can't refuse, online. When you show up, that car was just sold!

I was pre approved for a loan through a creditor, and had to buy under conditions, through dealerships they suggested... Which seemed almost impossible to find!

The car I found at Findlay Kia, was surprisingly there! Upon arrival I was greeted by Erik... I really liked his demeanor... He took me to the car I asked for, and I gave it a look over.

I wanted to drive it, so he pulled it off of the sidewalk, and got it ready for a test drive... It was the first time I did a test drive, without having to leave keys or something.

Throughout the Test Drive Erik was friendly, and was asking qualifying questions... It didn't take long before I decided I liked the car and wanted to crunch out numbers.

Erik helped us get the deal we wanted... The reason I gave them a 2 star rating is, during the haggling process, the manager Joey D got involved... I didn't like him at all!!! He actually almost killed the sale by trying to use an old Rebuttal with me! I've been in sales many years, and have used all those weak lines many times.

There were a few things they should've warned me about, like there was only 1 key, before we closed the deal... I'm also not happy about how they manipulated the deal!

I originally wrote this review on the 10th of August... I changed it to from 2 stars to 4 stars because of my most recent  experience with them.

When I bought the car, I was told I had a 30 day warranty... After buying it, I realized when there's a passenger in the car, the air bag light is lit, and it dings every 30 seconds.

I took it in for service yesterday... Because I purchased a Chrysler and they are a Kia dealership, they were unable to diagnose the problem... I was unhappy about going to a different place because it would cost me $50.00.

I just spoke to the General Manager, and he offered to pay my deductible.

Also Chad the Finance Manager went out of his way to help me.

I would recommend this business to people.

Definitely would not recommend going to this place at all     bought my car about a year ago from this dealership and it was all great at first then came the nightmare. First the salesman was nice and then after we had sign for for the car is when the nightmare started.  Not only did we get one set of keys to the car he did not want to give us an extra one. He said the last owner didn't give one. He said it would be 225 dollars for a new one. Can't you just throw in a second set since we just a car from you guys.  Then second we had traded a car in which he was waiting for the title and kept hounding us for it leaving nasty messages on our voice mail and evening threatening to call our place of work. We told him it would be a week before I got it to him cause we live outside of Las Vegas but he kept persisting to leave nasty voice mails    . And then to make matter worst the check engine light came on about 1 month ago.  So I decided to take to another dealership to get fixed.  Got it back and after 8 days again the check engine light came on again. It's a turbo charge engine and when I take off I can have my foot all the way down on the peddle and it will go like 35 and slowly get to 55.  So here I am again having to take this car back to the dealership.  Would bring it to Findlay kia to get fixed but after my experience with them there I'd rather not.  So now I'm just starting to think they just sold me a LEMON of a car.   1 week of no car again to only to have to take it back in again. This sucks cause it was all peachy at first but once they get your signature for that car the service goes to SHIT!!!!

Not sure the best way to review car dealership cause lets me REAL there is no such thing as great deal, steal of deal, or walking off the lot with new set of keys thinking you outsmarted anyone. Unfortunately I came too KIA with the worst hand dealt not trade in or money put down. So not sure if got the best deal but I felt like at the end got deal that COMFORTABLE with one that can afford in life.

We all dread going to car dealership dealing with the pushy attitudes or never let up till you say got deal. It has been close to 15 years since got new car. Out of the game. The not so found memories have mainly the culture felt was completely different. I must admit I was easy sell. I did my homework looking into KIA Soul cause it fits all the things looking for my needs and most my budget range. I just went right down the KIA Soul tell found the right one. We sat down starting talking numbers came up with deal that comfortable with and later that night walked off the lot with new KIA Soul.

Every step along the way never felt like had to buy the car on the spot. Not that any car person is not friendly cause really only way they make money is if you walk off the lot with car. The salesperson Michael great guy and really thorough came to explaining all the features and had answer for any or all my questions had about the Soul. If there any salesman recommend at Findley Kia Michael is the guy. The finance department sorry forget the name. It came to extended warranty or GAP (he had explain that one since never heard of it before) never push or felt pressure that NEED it. He immediately got the vibe truth between the factory warranty of new KIA the six year bumper bumper coverage then ten year 100,000 warranty. No on any extra warranty. No other car company that can do better in my mind or peace of mind think about my old car. The guy never got upset we even talked about for me the culture and how  here at Findlay Kia found the experience very refreshing one. The last step in the process the gentlemen again sorry forget his name. He went over the features of the car with me was great. Sent me on my way.  

I had great experience at Findley Kia. Not sure if you will walk out with the best deal possible or the one you want. Everything else outside of the numbers I found the whole experience not as stressful, everyone talked with was upfront not pushy, and nothing like my last experience. If your looking at Kia I would recommend Findley Kia.

I know that the first rule to car buying is to make sure that everything is on paper. Not to take the word of any salesman/manager, but out of the kindness of my heart I did. It was no big deal.... They were in such a rush to have me sign and get me on my way that they kept telling me not to worry about the little discrepancies. They assured me that having the tint and oil changes done were no big. To come in at my earliest convenience and get it taken care of. As soon as I sat down to sign, my salesman was nowhere to be found. After the sale was finalized they shook my hand and I went on my way. I've bought many new cars in the past, but this Kia purchase was the most unpleasant experience I've ever encountered. I came back a couple days later and they told me that I would have to pay for the services. I really regret buying a car from this dealership. I'm in the market to purchase another car, but never again Findlay. You'll do anything to buy me a car? I don't think so.....

As a woman going to a car dealership for a new vehicle is always a nightmare. I had to buy a new car and decided to bite the bullet and go alone. I worked with Jonathan and Jeff and they were both amazing! I looked on a Wednesday evening and was contacted on Thursday with pricing. I explained what I could and could not afford and they contacted me back on Friday morning with a deal that worked for me. (By the way I had less than exceptional credit so it wasn't an easy task.) I agreed to the offer and said I'd be down after work that evening.  I arrived at the dealership about 445 pm and was greeted by Jonathan explaining the process. Long story short I was in and out through finance with the exact offer we discussed verbally over the phone, no harassing up charges just a very fast and easy process. I highly recommend visiting the awesome staff at Findlay Kia Las Vegas!

I went out on Saturday in hopes to buying a new car. I visited what seemed like every dealership on Sahara. With only a few left to visit, we headed for Findlay Kia.

Upon parking we noticed several salesmen standing in the customer parking....which I don't like. We were cautiously approached and a young, friendly guy introduced himself and immediately asked what we had in mind. We went over my requirements and headed out to look at cars.

I quickly decided which car I wanted and we started talking numbers. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I had my first set of numbers to review. Our salesman, Wei, got it right the first time plus gave us a few other options. By this point, the place was crowded and everyone seemed to be in the mood to buy. Considering this had been almost too easy, Wei went and got some numbers on another car that we had interest in for comparison.  He gave us time to review everything and checked on us regulary.  

In less than 2 hours, we arrived, test drove, completed paperwork and left....with keys in hand. Thanks to Wei, I left in a brand new car and not spending a penny over what I wanted.

Everyone was accommodating and Wei definitely took care of us. I would recommend him and Findlay to anyone.  We will definitely be back when we want to make another car purchase.

I was referred by a colleague to this dealership. The salesman's name was Raven. Though he cam across as sincere, he like the "typical" car salesman was evasive when I pressed for hard numbers.  As a result, I DID NOT buy from him nor will I EVER recommend anyone to this dealership!

As a professional female who has leased BMW's and purchased other vehicles over the years, I am quite aware of the Games that dealerships attempts to play with women.

So disapointing!  Too bad for Findlay  Kia and Raveen as I purchased a 2013  Nissan, and I am SO GLAD that I did.

The sales person was open and worked with me!!

We just bought a car!!!!

My husband and I did a lot of research since we knew that they car that we bought was going to have our 2 kids in it and that we would drive it until it died.

We researched on line, read consumer reports, visited MANY dealerships from MANY companies, and talked to Costco fleet dealers.

We knew what we wanted and and we knew how much we were going to pay.

Our salesman was Kevin and he was super nice. Yes, he is a salesman. That is his job. But he was nice, pleasant, answered all of our questions and he was not pushy.

What I like what they do here when you purchase a car they go over all of the features so you don't drive off the lot wondering where your wiper switch is,

You get free car washes for life. Haven't done that yet but my husband says that we will.

The only thing I warn you about is their DOC fee. It's just under $500.00. That's insane!!!!!!!

We have been looking into buying either a 2012 optima or a sportage. We went here and the sales man, Dave, was an absolute idiot and was condescending. They didn't have the car with the package we wanted and in the color we were looking for. He kept trying to force the vehicles they had in stock on us. I am not spending my money on a car I don't want. I wanted to leave at this point. I stayed to see what they offered on my current car, a 2010 VW Beetle. When it came to appraising my trade in they offered me $3000 less than any other dealership offered me. When I questioned this he had an attitude and told that I don't understand that cars aren't investments. Really? I didn't realize that cars aren't real estate? Honda and Volkswagen were so much more pleasant to deal with and offered a decent amount more for my car.  By this time I was done and we left. He called a few times after this but we have decided we will be going elsewhere to buy our new car. Luckily for me there are other Kia dealerships in Vegas.

HORRIBLE lying sales department that give the car sales industry a bad name!! After two hours of haggling and having them keep quoting us prices for things we did NOT agree on, and having them tell us things like "Shhh, I'm just telling my finance manager something different first" and "Oh, don't worry about it. Just sign here. The final paperwork will say something different" they finally approved an amount $30 over our budgeted price so we said we wanted to think about it overnight. They said "no problem" and when we came back in the next morning, the same salesperson and another manager said the agreed upon quote changed. we were given a variety of excuses blaming the bank, the finance manager the night before, the dealerships purchase price of the vehicle, etc.  Very scandalous sales practices from beginning to end. I should have checked their online reviews before, because further research showed that this is common practice for them and that their sales practices are nothing short of unethical. Want a great car shopping experience? Try Henderson Kia or Jim Marsh Kia or anywhere else.

Friendly guy @ the service dept. My check engine light was on so he made sure he checked everything out including recalls on my 09 Kia borrego and had them all taken care of. Dropped off the car b4 11am car was washed and ready @3pm, for dealership wait time that's not too bad. My car is under warranty so it was no charge but now I know a service place that is knowledgeable and reliable for any of my Kia needs!

I was on vacation from Arizona when I had to visit Findlay Kia to get my A/C fixed after it pretty much exploded on the road. Needed a new compressor. Luckily my vehicle was still under factory warranty and all it cost me was a day's rental (which Findlay Kia partially subsidized for me, so it only cost me $35 + insurance at Enterprise)

The whole experience was painless, after my terrible experiences earlier that day checking into my hotel and all of that I was really concerned that these guys would try to screw me over somehow but to my delight my experience was just the opposite.

Wes took great care of us and the car works great now. Can't say anything better for their service department, they were top notch for me.

Don't get the groupon now for tint!!!!  Horrible service, and horrible tint job!  Bubbles, dust and a hair in tint!  They even pinched the rubber on front side rubber of window!  Save your $$ and pay a little more to a tint shop that does legit work!  Def a waste of our time since now we gotta take it back to get redone.

Interested vehicle: 2012 Kia Optima SX (with technology package), in Pearl white

The car dealer I was inquiring with was Dave. Courteous guy. Knowledgeable in vehicle specifications and what not. Gave me a warm welcome. But it took a bit of a downhill from there.

When asked of prices, his first offer for the vehicle was $32,600. Now, I don't know about you, but in my opinion, he is basically trying to hustle me. I understand that this is a business, but I wished that he had a little more respect for my intelligence for I did MUCH research for the vehicle including the market value. And in terms of the car's value and nation-wide prices, that offer is basically a slap in the face. So I mentioned the TrueCar discount to him and his manager. Initially, their response was that TrueCar is getting sued for incompetent sales but they said they'll match the TrueCar price if I bought the vehicle. However, after my second visit, they decided to RESCIND that offer.
Aftewards, I had my Mom & Dad in Los Angeles test the Kia dealerships there. With a TrueCar certification, Glendale Kia offered me the same exact vehicle(including color & options) for $27,300. However, on the verge of buying the vehicle, my family and I decided that we would lease the vehicle because we were uncertain of the re-sale value of the Kia brand. So we requested for lease rates and again, another disappointment from Findlay Kia. Their offer to me was $3,000 down and $430 a month which is near the monthly payments of leasing a BMW 3 series or Lexus IS 250. Subsequently, Findlay Kia gave me a sheet of offers for the black colored Optima with the same options claiming that the white one has its value due to the scarcity. However, these rates were still making me throw up inside. For $4000 down, I would be making monthly payments of nearly $360. I had to seek other options because there's no way I was willing to pay a BMW price for a Kia product. AGAIN, I contacted Glendale Kia in the Los Angeles area and they offered me $3000 down and $300 a month with the same residual/interest rate. I even told Dave about this deal and his response to me was that either I was lying, the dealer is lying, or the financing will bite me. Again, I felt disrespected but I held my slight anger in because I wanted to be professional. I'm not really a liar about these things but he had the guts to imply that I was even lying. It really pissed me off & I lost a little bit of respect for him.

But being from Vegas, I didn't want to take the time and labor to go all the way back to LA and drive it here. So I gave Findlay Kia a chance and even tried to talk to another dealer behind my primary dealer's back. His name was Chino, who responded to me very unprofessionaly as if I was his "homie" from down the street in his neighborhood. Despite being from a more notorious part of the US, I still expect professionalism in business.

After all the time wasted in providing multiple opportunities to respect my business knowledge & to challenge Glendale Kia, Findlay Kia fell off my radar and I ultimately chose the business practices of Glendale Kia (near my hometown). I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Kia Optima SX with the Technology package in pearl white courtesy of Glendale Kia which is near my origin. You know what they say:

There's no place like home.
