This place is just absurd! I don't know why Geico uses them for towing when there are plenty of other reliable services around town. First of all, I was told by my Geico rep that the ETA would be 45 min. That moment came and went and they're still not here. I called and was lied to that agency only placed the call 3 minutes prior to the ETA.  Then was rudely informed that it would be another half hour. The half hour came and went and when I called Fast Tow, I was again rudely informed that it would be another 5-7 minutes and there's nothing they can do if the driver is on his way. It is now more than 5-7 minutes after and the damn tow truck is still nowhere in sight!!! Oh and their excuse was that they had to switch trucks because my car is a 4-wheel drive. They were told specifically that my vehicle is a 2 wheel drive only. They're liars and are screwed up with their information and this type of disorganized business practice should be shut down. How horrendous!!!

I would just say that despite the business practice and idiocy of their dispatch, their tow guy was pretty nice. That's the only up side to that whole experience!

they employ a speed freak as there general manager Patrick Zozaya .and don't pay there employes there moneys that they work there buts off for don't take out the taxes that there in tended to do and there comishin they dont even pay them at the end of the cycle that they agree on .Yaron and Gall are the owners and you cant even get a hold of them to fix the problem would not ever call fast for anything ever

Horrible experience. My son's car broke down on his way to work. He was able to get it out of traffic, but it died in a very busy intersection. His insurance contacted Fast Towing, and he was told it would be 90 minutes for a truck.

After waiting 90 minutes, he called Fast Towing, and was very rudely told that it would be another 20 minutes. Another 30 went by and he called again, and was told that a truck was on its way. The total wait time was 2 1/2 hours. Really?!

We had to follow the driver to the repair shop, which we did not expect. That was unfortunate, but I can understand that this is to ensure that the vehicle arrived where it was meant to and protected us as well as them. The driver was efficient, and was fairly nice.

They really need more trucks out on the road, especially if customers are waiting for 2 1/2 hours on a weekday. Glad that experience is done and over with.

Employees don't care what is going on.  They only do what they think is the minimum. They fit the stereotype of hated towing company workers.

This place is ridiculous, they send some out to look for your registration and 49 min goes by then they give you the option to pay $45 to go look for it yourself. After my sister explains how she can barely afford to fees they instantly find the registration. What a f@cking bunch of criminals. Don't come at night, don't try to make any sense of the fees and be prepared to pay out of your ass for the fees. I only have it one star because you have to it should get negative 5 stars

Servece is horrible the waiting room is discusting. There are bars and plexiglass between you and your service rep. At first you would think it was to protect against robbery but after talking to the service rep it became clear the  security was for rude servers.
