Review
Doug and his staff of mechanics, including the check out window have always been very nice. If there was a question that couldn't be answered they would tell me that they would get back to me and they do. I really appreciate their staff, especially since there are times I have to take my kids. They give me a time frame and honor that time frame. They are VERY detailed in their work and the price is reasonable.

Constantly tried to screw me over on a trade in. Would change the prices and change numbers without telling me. They refused to offer the price they set online as it was supposed to be. And wouldn't even bring up the salesmen to confront the issues. They wouldn't even revisit the same deal they had previously offered me.

This is a good car company. If you go here ask for Gilbert Morales. He is awesome. He is super patience and didnt make me feel dumb. I asked him a lot of questions about makes and models to try to pin down a best option for me and my fiancee. It was one of my best experiences with a car salesman.

Just bought my truck on Saturday and it was the best car buying experience! Mark K, our salesman, was amazing. He knew we were coming in and had donuts waiting for us. He helped us so much. Very friendly, nice and absolutely NO pressure on us to do anything. The finance guys were great too and got us a lower rate after we had already left. I definitely recommend anyone buying a car to stop here first!

I have been looking for a new vehicle for awhile now. The very first time I spoke with Katie Varecha, she immediately helped me decide between a couple of different cars. She really took into consideration what I wanted in a vehicle, and helped pick out the perfect car for me. I've gone into several dealerships to find a vehicle, always leaving in a terrible mood, feeling as if I were being walked all over and taken advantage of. Ok.  Where do I start!
Katie Varecha is awesome.  I've been looking online for a car for three months.  I was in an almost deadly crash on Summerlin Parkway and in UMC for 84 days then got out did some traveling and for three months had friends driving me around.  So I obviously did NOT have a trade in.  Also my credit was kinda bad fresh outta a henious divorce.  Also I am cocktail waitress so on paper I only make $7.25 an hour even though I make $240-$400 a night cash so being a tipped employee I figured I was SOL on top of kinda yucca credit and no trade in...I put down almost $4,000 cash and got a KILLER UNREAL deal on this Buick Verado.  I did everything over email, text and phone so I can just had them cash and drive off.  I worked all night grave yard shift Halloween and had breakfast plans with friends early ...Katie Varecha and Jim DelGrosso made it easy peasy and my new ride handles better than a BMW which is what I almost bought!  Thank u guys for saving me like $20,000 on the BMW and thank you for reminding me why American cars ESPECIALLY cars built by General Motors still rock! Ohh ohh and I went home thinking I had no car mats in my car snd they told me drive up and I realized that I totally did it's just they're so swank and flush I couldn't tell and the gave me back up mats!  GNARLY SERVICE!!!

Best experience we had in purchasing a car. Our salesman, Robert Dyer and his manager, Martin Perez are exceptional people. They took care us and made the entire process a good experience. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.  One of the very few times where we didn't experience the "typical" car buying experience.

I decided to buy a car while on a weekend in Vegas just recently.  My experience at your dealership was the very best I have encountered when purchasing a car! Our salesman was very outgoing and helpful...but never "pushy".  He worked in a straight forward manner to bring me to a fair trade-in deal that I am very satisfied with. Overall, everyone from the sales person to the finance department wanted to make my purchasing experience stress free.....job well done!  I left the dealership satisfied, which is a first for me.  Again...thank you for a job well done.. I am one happy customer!! I will definitely recommend your cars and dealership to my family and friends when they are in the market for a new car!! Thanks a bunch!

Stay away!
Owner Greg and his little minny me Ammar are total crooks! Nothing good to say about this place. Can't keep staff he'll can't even keep their management.  All I can say is get it in writing! These thieves will use every reason not to honor the works they promised. Check your bank/credit union for rates before u shop..I am a 800 score and they wanted 6 percent....c'mon. Six weeks later and I still don't have my green slip..time to call the DMV.

The worst!! Everyone there seems to be impolite and actively trying to avoid helping customers. I usually have to stand waiting while they finish their personal conversations before someone will finally ask if I need something. Vinnie and Cheryl are the worst offenders but nobody is much better. They are short and dismissive when speaking with clients and always seem to be in a sour mood. It's a shame this is the closest Buick to my house or I would never set foot in the place.

Just called to get more information about a car listed on Auto trader and the sales rep Eddie was unbelievably rude.  Called back to complain to management and this guy was not much better but he wasn't rude.  Would never buy a car from this place.

I got my first lease though Centennial back in 2010 and because of Cody in the service department did I go back and renew a lease for a 2014.  Cody has always done what he has said he would do and always so polite.  I will continue to have services done at Centennial as long as Cody is there.

We bought a new 57,000.00 yukon hybrid in december 2008. Come to find out it it was a promo car and was put into sevice 7 months prior. We did not find this out untill we were denied service coverage when are transmission blew up at 65,000 miles.  We I called they would not respond after 2 weeks. The repair bill will exceed five thousand dollars. Please avoid them , very shady.

Bait and switch tactics... gives car dealers a bad name. Here are the specifics...

Their website advertises 'Buy It Now' prices that show a huge savings off of MSRP.
I went down to the dealership after calling on the phone and enquiring about a Buick Enclave showing a savings of about 7k off of MSRP. I spoke to the Internet Sales director who said that the vehicle was available and to come on down.

Once I get down to the dealership, a salesman approaches me. I tell the salesman that I am interested in the Enclave at the 'Buy It Now' price.

Salesman goes inside...talks to the manager behind the desk... and comes back out with a printout showing me what they can sell it to me for. It is 1k under MSRP and 6K more than what is advertised on the website!!

Fricking ridiculous....so I go walking in to the dealership...go right to the counter and talk to the manager. (I am not a shy person). I start to grill the manager about the bait and switch in the pricing and how such a discrepancy is even possible.

His answer is....'Well...that price shows ALL possible rebates being applied.'
He starts rattling off rebates such as AARP, GM Employee, and another 5 or 6 obscure rebates which only a small percentage of people will ever qualify for.

I then tell him how ridiculous it is that their website advertises these 'Buy It Now' prices  on the internet to the entire public where only a small percentage of people qualify for them. His response is...'Look at the bottom of the site...there is a disclaimer saying that not all people will qualify'.

To top it off...the Internet Sales Director didn't even mention this crucial piece of info before I drove all the way down there even though I told him I was interested in the vehicle at the 'Buy It Now' price.

This is shameful bait and switch advertising to bring people in their door.

While service adviser Cheryl is a definite plus for centennial Buick her hard work is undone by slow service and ridiculous typical dealer fees...  Avoid Cody as he is brutish, aggressive, and a waste of oxygen. my car was not washed as promised after its service and was dripping oil after the oil change. I took the car back, Cheryl said it was just residue, they cleaned the dripping oil and sent me on my way... it STILL drips oil... so much for dealer maintenance. I will not use them again.

Update: months after this review I received a phone call at my home from Cody harassing me about the review. When I attempted to politely explain my reasoning he cut me off, talked over me, bullied me, then hung up. Confirming what a waste of space he is and my choice to never use this business again.

I've been using Centennial GMC's service department since I owned a Chevy Tahoe. It was a no-brainer to continue taking my car there when I bought a Yukon. They are quick and courteous. Cheryl is our go-to gal and she is the bomb! She really knows how to make us feel like we're valuable customers.
