RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. My wife and I went in a little over a year ago to purchase a vehicle. We found the exact car we wanted, signed paperwork, and after many hours thought we got a decent deal. When I returned the next day to pick up my used car I purchased I was told the check engine light came on when they took it to get detailed and they will let me know when it is ready. 2 weeks go by of me calling on a regular basis only to find out that the car we had signed for was not going to be sold to us. It was 'beyond economical repair'. Why were they selling a car that passed all of their quality checks that was unfix-able. Their sales manager at the time Chris was so rude I never want to see him again. He told me to come 'try and find another car or he can give me my money back.' I explained I can't get my money back since it looks like I just purchased a car 3 weeks prior and I would never get approved for a loan until that fell off... then the bait and switch came into play. My used SUV quickly became "well let's lease a new Versa!" I never wanted a Versa and being without a car or my $5k cash down for 3 weeks was already getting the best of me so I tried to find another car. .. I ended up finding a certified pre-owned VW Passat from their sister lot. It was certified, had a warranty, and (I guess) close enough to the SUV my wife and I wanted to work. I bought it after a terrible experience and drove it home. A few months later the car had the water pump go out. I thought "no problem, I bought a certified pre-owned with a warranty!" Boy was I wrong. Since the car was moved from AutoNation VW a block away to AutoNation Nissan the warranty was null and void and my car was no longer 'certified' as soon as it left their sister lot. I was blatantly lied to because I made a HUGE stink about the warranty. After owning the car for just over a year and putting nearly 10 thousand miles on it, it has broken down 6 times, each time with a costly repair I had to front. I have never been so horribly lied to and mislead. This company consists of a bunch of con artists that specialize in the bait in switch. Their pre-owned cars are all crap and their quality inspections do nothing. I still get mailers from them trying to get me to trade in the SUV that never made it off their lot...and the car that did make it off as a "certified pre-owned" (still have all the stickers and paperwork saying that) fails every other month. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I wish I could go back in time and walk away from that dealership before setting foot on it. It is a house of liars, thieves, and con-artists.

There is nothing bad to say about their sales and service departments; they are outstanding.

However, if you are in the market to buy, walk in with your own financing.  Their finance department is shady and has no concept of customer service.  I'm still waiting for paperwork that was due at the latest 8 weeks ago.

Updated 04/17/2015: Despite what Molly B. ('bot?) and the online customer service representative indicated, no one has contacted me.  (I am unable to call during the week during business hours due to no cellphone use at work - but we have email.)  No emails, no messages on my cell or at home.  Their actions show that they only pay lip-service to customer service.  Do not tell me someone is going to contact me if it is not going to happen.  Don't ask me to talk to the GM who is unavailable and won't return phone calls or send an email, after I took my lunch hour to drive to where I had good cell service.

Holy cow, what an experience.

When my husband and I were in the market for our first car (and a new one at that), we originally were in negotiations with another Nissan dealership near us in Henderson. Being that we had no clue what we were doing, my father, who was a dealerships worst nightmare, was helping us.

The night before we were going to go and sign for the car at Henderson Nissan, my father had me check truecar.com . within seconds of this, we got a call from Daniel at Autonation. I instantly felt way more comfortable with him over the guy at Henderson. He played no games and have us his best price for what we were looking for. He was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, and genuinely made us feel like he wanted our business (in an I'll take care of you classy kind of way, not a desperate icky car salesman way.) The only problem was, Autonation was very far and Henderson Nissan was 10 mins from me.

The next day (Saturday), we went to Henderson Nissan. The guy we were working with was laid back to the point of not caring, and treated us like my dad wasn't worth dealing with to make a sale. I didn't feel right about it, so we head on over to Autonation to go through Daniel and give him the sale. Man, did he earn it. He patiently sat there, went back and forth on the phone with my dad, waited for our financing to go though, and all the while remained personable and helpful. He never came off like a salesman. He always felt like he was in our corner and wanted us to ultimately leave happy despite the fact that we took up his entire Saturday.

Afterward, we went through financial with Steven, who was also very informative, helpful, and never pushed anything on us.

If you are in the market for a new car and are thinking Nissan, do yourself a favor and go to Autonation, ask for Daniel. You won't be sorry.

As I sit here going on hour 3 of not receiving my car, I figured I may as well write a review since there's plenty of time on my hands.. Came in half an hour early for my appointment at 10:00 for an oil change and minor recall. The lady on the phone said it should only take a few extra minutes for the recall when I originally made the spot, and they said it was fine that I was there early. They were pretty busy so I dismissed my impatience until about an hour and a half in. So periodically over the last hour and a half I've been asking with the same answer of "they're almost finished I just checked up on them"... Obviously not because I'm just now being promised my car and it's 12:15. This isn't the first time I've had to wait 2+ hours for an oil change so I figured it was about time I wrote a review. Might I add last time the technician went to lunch and didn't alert anyone of my car. So I was sitting there for 2 hours just to go and ask someone and have them say it was sitting on his desk and half been done for almost half an hour..

I had a Nissan sentra, then a year later got the fully loaded Altima. Love it. I have had great experiences with all of the sales men here. Service is great. I lost my wedding band there and the man found it after having to directly remove my seat. They didn't charge me but I tipped the man. , I always get a free car wash with my oil change, always quick and friendly. Only four star because the girl that works by service is beyond rude. Maybe it's cause I go in the morning and obviously she isn't a morning person. I work in customer service and even though I am a morning person sometimes you have to fake it, it's your job. Maybe you should work where you're not surrounded by people.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealer.

Autonation Nissan does not give a damn about your car. I brought in my GTR for the second here for a problem that they had caused.

The first time they cleaned my car so bad there was still wax all over the car and scratches all over the clear coat. When I told them to attend to the problem they claimed that they did and it would take 2 hours, so I left. I called back within two hours and they said it wasn't done and they would call me when it was done. They called me two hours laters claiming it was done.  When I arrived the car looked like it had not even been touched.

Another time I had them replace a part for my door handle. Before I bought the car the piece had a couple chips in it, showing they didn't even care for the 100k car. When I bought the car they claimed they would fix it for free, which brings me to the problem I went through today. I brought the car in and spoke to Danny Pacheco, who claimed that the replacement part would only take an hour to an hour and half to install. I decided to wait it out. After an hour and half I asked where the car was, Danny claimed they needed a little more time. 30 minutes go by, nothing.  I ask Danny and he claims that the "Specialized technicians require delicate time for the process since its an expensive car." Which I thought was fine but he probably should have told me. 30 more minutes go by, no car still. I talk to a sales manager and he told me to speak to Fernando, service director of Autonation Nissan. I asked him what the deal was with keeping me for an hour and half extra. His response "I don't know what to tell you, the technicians require more time for the process."  After 30 more minutes of bs, I talk to Danny and he tells me that the technicians had to take the whole door panel apart. The problem was that when they would put the automatic window together, it wasn't closing correctly. To which he followed up with asking if I wanted to take a rental back home. I ask to see the car and the technicians had pushed the seat so far back that it ruined my rear seat leather. When I addressed this issue to the service director, Fernando, he looked at me, laughed, and said "Are you serious?"  When I spoke to the technicians they claimed that it was normal for the window to clunk because the car is used. My car only has 980 miles  

After 4 and a half hours of waiting, I now have leave my GTR at Autonation Nissan overnight because the "Special technicians" don't know how to fix a door handle. They've made the problem even bigger by ruining my brand new leather and causing a clunking sound when my windows roll up.

Long story short, if you don't want your car treated like garbage then don't step foot in this Nissan dealer. As an owner of 2 Nissan GTRs, this may be the worst service I have ever received from a dealer. This will be the last time I visit this poor excuse of a dealer. Don't even deserve a star.

This Toyota dealership service is first class. FREE custom made Seattle Best coffee & free Winchell ' donuts. If I knew they have it, I wouldn't have brought some dunkin donuts& coffee  and save myself $10.
Check in on Yelp and got $10 off my oil change service too. $(59.99 for full synthetic). original toyota parts too.   I call around the area like Jiffy Lube and they charge $79 or even higher for full synthetic. And they use cheap parts.

This dealership is typical of any vulture-like dealership trying to take your every penny. They overcharge for their work and they take a century to get it done. Just for an oil change that should take no more than 45 minutes you'll be waiting two hours. I understand that it's a busy dealership but that's why you hire more mechanics to get the work done fast and efficently. Its common sense.

Dario Franco, the service consultant was very helpful & professional, kept me updated the entire process. I came in with my own financing in place. Daniel Maimran was my sales guy. I emailed him and he promptly emailed me back with several car options to choose from. When I arrive there was absolutely no pressure what so ever. They found a car that would work with my loan, I went for a test drive and 3 hours later I drove the car home. They even lowered the price of the car BELOW invoice without me having to negotiate. This place was great to me and I highly recommend them.

Let me Say something about this dealership they are scammers,trekkers, and laiers  be aware please before you buy a new or used car. I bought Nissan armada was two years old. The guy who sold it to me he really pushed me to buy a warranty insurance. Then he told me your warranty is for five years or 100,000 miles we pay for that stupid insurance $2,500. Guess what we had a small problem with the car we went their they said your warranty is expired already  we asked them why? is not even 5 years or over 100,000 miles. The manger said they didn't tell you it will count from the date of first buyer. We told him they said is 5 or 100,000 miles and we paid 2,500$. You know what he said that his employer do that to sell cars and he said I tell them not to do that to the customers. Do you believe that? if you  trek someone, One day God will punish you. I was going to buy another car from same dealerships. After what they do to people I would never recommend this dealerships to no one. PLEASE if you buy a car be aware.. especially if you buy warranty on the car.

Brought car in at 730 for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. When i arrived it was as if i didnt even have an appointment. Needed my name and all my info that i had given the person when i made the appoinent. Other people came in at the same time without appointments. Not complaining just saying it seems you dont need to make an appointment ( i had to in Illinois at the Nissan dealer i went to ) i was told the services would take over an hour (with a free car wash) . Car completed within a timely fashion. No complaints there. Car was wasn't the greatest but it was free and my car looks better than when it was brought in.   Free coffee ( different flavors ) and water in the large lounge. Big tv.  Everyone seemed niceComfortable seats . I would most likely come back for another service if im still in the Las Vegas area 3,000 miles from now

My husband, Marvin and I came to this dealership after being jerked around and ALMOST swindled from Auto Mall Nissan, and their sister dealership at Planet.  
Suffice to say, by the time I spoke to Mike Garcia in internet sales, I was incredibly annoyed, and had almost given up.  He was incredibly helpful, patient, and had the EXACT CAR we wanted in stock.  I told him what we wanted to pay, and it was a done deal!  We were in our Crimson black Maxima SV within hours, it was that PAINLESS!  Run, don't walk to buy your car from Auto Nation Nissan, you won't be sorry.  I'm sitting at Auto Mall Nissan as I type this, while the AMAZING Dolly ensures that  "Red" is PERFECTLY DETAILED!  Ask for Mike Garcia when it's your time to buy, you'll be so happy!  Thank you all!

They ended up being wrong about what the problem with my car was though and I ended up having to take it somewhere else. I really enjoy getting my Altima serviced here. This was one of my first stops when I moved to the city years ago and they always provide top notch service. I have never felt they were trying to up sell me or talk me into maintenence I didn't need. As a first time car buyer, I was really intimidated by this whole process. It's been about 5 days and I'm still recuperating from the whole experience, all the good and bad.  It was a 4 day process for me so there were quite a few highs and lows. Daniel Maimran was my sales associate at the AutoNation Nissan on the 4th & final day of car shopping. He was very social and funny and he was very patient. He never tried to shove a deal down my throat at all during the process. I told him which model I was interested in and how much I wanted to pay monthly and he seemed to do all he could to get my payments into that range. He was very chill and I'd totally recommend his services to anyone in the market for a new Nissan! Tamara helped us with the financing and the signing of all the papers at the end and she was great too.  She explained everything well and made sure I knew what I was signing before hand.  She had no problem answering my questions, she really knew her stuff! Looking back, I just wish I started my car shopping experience here, instead of ending it! Thanks Daniel and Tamara!

The first guy I worked with was nice but wasn't responsive when I wanted to buy my car. Luckily, salesman Ding came along and helped us. My boyfriend negotiated an amazing deal and Ding was very helpful. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I'm heading in tomorrow to get the additions to my car taken care of.

I love my new car. They have a wide range of vehicles, new and used. The staff worked with my bf to agree to a great deal and I was happy.

No complaints so far, having service done tomorrow so if it doesn't go well, I'll check back in!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING! We came in to return lease.  There were 8 people that worked there standing around do nothing (probably because no one comes here to lease or buy a car).  When we first came in to say why we were there they looked at us like we didn't speak the same language- they had no idea what to do.
Finally, someone came over to tell us that there was only one person that could help us.  He said he was going to get us a form to fill out and never came back.  When I went to find him, he told me we have to wait until he finishes with another customer.  
We waited another 40 minutes and went back to him and he told us atleast another 10 minutes.  
It has now been an hour and still nothing.  They treat you like garbage here and have no respect for other people.  Do yourself a favor and get your nissan FROM
SOMEWHERE ELSE.

While in Las Vegas were a had bought my 2014 GMC Sierra Truck I bought back to the dealership because of a problem with my tailgate and sent to there Collision Center at 5720 W. Sahara Ave were I was introduced to Dave Zilly Jr. who was in charge of repairing my truck. Dave told my son and I to come back in a couple of hours and the tailgate would be repaired. Dave said were there any more problems so I showed a scratch on the front fender that Dave said would need have the whole fender redone. When I returned to my surprise the tailgate was repaired and Dave was able to remove the scratch and gave me extra paint if needed in the future. Dave and his Company went above and beyond to make this a good experience in handling a problem  and having the customer leave with a smile.

I purchased a Versa in February 2013 from Planet Nissan. Shortly after purchasing it, I noticed it occasionally had a problem with stalling in the middle of a turn. It also would frequently rev up to 3-4000 rpms and then quickly drop down when I was slowly accelerating from a stop. My husband and I took it in to Planet Nissan and they just told us "Sorry but we read the codes and there is nothing wrong with your car". Apparently, I was just making everything up. When we talked to the sales manager at Planet Nissan about the lack of effort (and some other significant problems we had had with them), his solution was that we should just trade in and buy an Altima. What?! We finally got fed up and decided to take our car to Desert Nissan, though it is much farther away. Immediately, the service we received was ten fold that of Planet Nissan's. Everyone was very polite and professional, and they provided us with a 2014 Versa as a rental. My car was done the next day. The problem was actually a very common one with Nissans that have the CVT. The solution was a simple computer update. The technician who called me when my car was done seemed pretty taken aback that Planet Nissan overlooked it. Thank you, Desert Nissan, for caring about my family having a safe car! I will definitely recommend you in the future.

Let me start by saying that I love my new Nissan Frontier.  I did A LOT of research before I ever test drove anything, and I had it narrowed down to a Frontier and a Toyota.  Nissan was offering a 0% for 3 years financing deal which essentially swayed me over to Nissan in the end.  Now let's talk about the dealership experience:
I originally found Auto Nation Las Vegas via TrueCar.  That website told me that Auto Nation LV had a brand new Nissan Frontier in white (which was the color I wanted) and so I emailed Auto Nation LV and made a reservation to come by the dealership to test drive that particular vehicle.  When I arrived at the dealership, the person that I had been emailing turned me over to his sales partner.  That person, Rico, took my wife and I onto the lot to test drive a new Nissan.  Once we did the test drive, we sat down to discuss price.

To be honest, the negotiation process was not that bad.  This was my first new car purchase, but my wife had purchased new cars before and she was rather impressed with how "painless" the procedure was.  It only took a couple of "back and forths" to cement the deal that we knew we wanted before we ever walked in the dealership.  (That being the 0% financing for 3 years deal as we had $17,000 in cash to put as down payment on the truck.)

We signed an agreement but we were told the actual paperwork would have to wait until the truck we wanted (the WHITE ONE) was transferred from a dealership a few hours away.  (This is the point where I have my objection with the TrueCar website.  There was not a white Nissan Frontier available as was reported.)

However, Auto Nation LV told us on Friday April 25, 2014 that it would be "a few days" until our truck would be delivered; Wednesday April 30th at the latest.  So we gave them our $17,000 cash down payment, signed an agreement and left.

Fast forward...  Tues. April 29th.  My wife called to find out the status of our truck as we had not received a phone call from anyone yet.  My wife first called at 10:00 a.m. that day.  She left two messages for Rico and one for Jason the general sales manager.  Neither returned her call.  Rico finally returned her call at 7:00 p.m. that night to say that the truck was on it's way but did not give a time frame as to when it would be delivered.

I went in the evening of April 30th to sign the final papers because otherwise I would not have been able to get the 0% financing deal.  I was assured that night that the truck would be delivered that following night, Thursday, by the latest.

I did not get a phone call at all Thursday or Friday and so I called myself and spoke to Daniel (the original salesperson) on Friday late afternoon. I told him that this was not acceptable.  He agreed and said that he would speak to Jason and try to come to a resolution.  Jason called me and we agreed upon a $600 credit for running boards for my truck.  At this point I agreed to that compensation and felt that was reasonable for the amount of time and hassle that I had to put up with.  (It is important to note, that my truck was being shipped from dealership only 4 hours away, in Arizona.)

Fast forward once again...  I spoke to Daniel and he guaranteed that the truck would be delivered by Tuesday May 6th.  Which it wasn't.  Jason assured me a phone call, even if the truck was delivered late at night.  He never called.  (I also want to note that Jason has TERRIBLE customer service.  He walked up to my wife while I wasn't there and called her "sweetheart."  Completely inappropriate.)

Daniel finally called me on May 7th to say that my truck had arrived.  This was the 3rd time that I had been "guaranteed" that my truck would be delivered on a specific day. However my wife and I were leaving on vacation that night, which I had made clear to him previously.  I would not, at this point, be able to take delivery of the truck until I returned.

Bottom line:  I bought the truck on April 25th; gave a $17,000 cash down payment; and could not receive my truck until May 7th (except I really didn't get it until May 15th as that was the day I was back from being out of town.)  It took 12 DAYS TO MOVE A TRUCK FROM 4 HOURS AWAY.

The dealership kept telling me it was the shipper's fault.  I feel this is unacceptable.  It is the dealer's responsibility in my mind to get the vehicle to their customer within the time frame THEY promise.

In the future, I will only buy from a dealership that has the exact vehicle I want on the lot, due to this terrible experience.  AND I will never buy another vehicle from Auto Nation LV on Sahara.

This review deserves all stars.  To Ryan Pavlica thanx a million!  (I will try to keep this short)  My car (Infiniti G35 2008) broke down 98 miles from vegas on my trip from LA.  Got my towed to Infiniti down the street from a broken after market part which is an easy fix.  Park place would not touch my car.  Took it to Ryan Pavilca and he jump on my service and waisted no time.  They took my car in and fix the problem right away.  They got me in and got me out as quickly as they can.  You guys took the 3 day stress out of me that park place infiniti was just killing me inside.  Thanx again for your help and not turning your back on a costumer.

I am extremely pleased with the service department at Autonation Nissan. After having a less than acceptable experience at the service department at United Nissan, I decided that I was through with them after almost two years of service and thought I would try Autonation. Began by speaking with the service manager , Marc Lustig. He listened as I explained what happened and hadn't happened at United. He hooked me up with service consultant Jason Cote. Once again a very pleasant and professional experience. Car was fixed in a timely manner and I left happy.

I have walked off many lots in my search for a Nissan Xterra.  I do not settle for inexperienced sales people who expect you to walk their lot in 100 degree weather because they don't know their inventory.   That being said, Rico the internet sales manager was fabulous to work with.   He was straight forward,  respectful of our time and worked a fair deal.  On a busy holiday weekend we actually left with the vehicle we really wanted.   Finance as usual took the longest but as I said, it was a busy holiday weekend.   I absolutely recommend this dealership.

It's time for an update to my review.  I have been back twice for normal maintenance and one problem.  Both times, the service was performed in a timely manner.  

My MO for coming here for service is to bring my LA Times, check in, and then get a free cup of coffee from the machine.  I then go into the sales area and take one of the round tables, spread out my paper, and read the news while having my coffee.  

The dealership has improved their wifi and it's now quite fast.  After I was done with the paper, I watched HBO Go on my iPhone.

I also got a new service rep today, Dave Margo, and he was excellent.  He came in twice to update me on the status of my repair and I appreciate knowing what's going on.  They had to reprogram a new keyless remote fob for my car and it was resisting.

I am glad I chose this dealership when I bought the car and I'm pleased with the service they've been providing.

Just bought a Versa Note from here and my salesperson was great!  Daniel M. made sure I was satisfied and happy with the model, interest rate and monthly payments and I drove it off the lot that night.  I'm giving 4 stars because of my experience with the financing department as they called me the next day to tell me that my financing had fallen through.  But even with this Daniel still worked to find a deal that would allow me to keep my agreed upon interest rate.  I highly recommend that you see Daniel M., I was more than impressed that he went above and beyond to make sure I kept my interest rate and monthly payments within my budget range.

I bought an Altima S here in May 2013.  I am thrilled by the excellent price I got.

Besides still loving the car a year later, I have been in for 3 routine oil changes, 1 warranty service, and 1 recall to reprogram the passenger airbag.  In each visit to the service department, I was pleased by just how friendly the staff is and how quickly and professionally they handled my needs.  Granted, I haven't paid for any services yet, as the oil changes were included in the purchase price and of course the warranty and recall services were free.  Nevertheless, I am enjoying my post purchase dealership experience.

With my salesman Rico, Management and The finance department, it was the best car buying experience of my life.  I will come back, recommend Rico and AutoNation to my friends.  I was impressed for the moment I arrived and the entire process was still stressful for me but the help I received made me feel like I had a concerned human being helping me with my decision instead of a pressured, hardcore press to purchase.  It took me a full week and 2 visits but Rico and the Team were pleasant, accommodating, professional and helpful beyond my expectations.  I anticipate the next 5 years of service to be a great experience as well and look forward to saying HI to the guys each time I need a little something done.  (Which is covered by a great warranty!!)

My Husband and I moved here from Hawaii. As Nissan fans we had excellent service from our dealer there, Tony Nissan. We have had 8 Nissan's over the years and had a good experience at Desert Toyota last year purchasing a car for my brother in law. So we thought AutoNation (being the same company) would give us good service for our two Nissan vehicles.

Boy were we wrong!

We called AutoNation to cost out the parts needed. Prices were double what other Nissan dealers charge and what Nissan's MSRP is. After finding out how much we ordered the parts on line from somewhere else and took our car in so they could do the repair service and use our parts.

The service department charged two times what the other two Nissan dealers in the area would have charged! So we went to Brian, the big boss (who is no longer there) to complain and to let him know the parts department was overcharging and that service was overcharging. Yada, Yada, Yada. A LOT OF LIP SERVICE AND NO ACTION! Even the people in service acknowledge that they over charge! So we went to district management. Yada, Yada, Yada.

So we now drive 20 minutes more to go to the Planet Nissan dealer for our services. They are nice, professional, courteous, and the prices are so much better, no more Yada, Yada, Yada.

This dealership is awesome. I have purchased 4 vehicles from them since 2008 and currently lease a vehicle from them.  I usually deal with the Internet sales department as I find I can get a better deal.  I think its awesome that the Sales Manager and Finance manager all treat my family and myself as if we are VIP's when in fact we are regular Joe's.  I will continue to make my new car purchases thru this dealer as they are very professional and Nissan Motor Credit is a pleasure to do business with.
 In the past I had issues with the service department and some simple issues that they could not rectify and made us  come back several times to repair but for the past 2 years the service department has been on point and done a great job.

 Dolly was kind enough to have my windows tinted on my Juke  while I wait, which was awesome. I had Rico do follow ups to make sure our buying experience was good and to make sure we were happy.   I was in last Monday to have my second service done to my Xterra and David was awesome.

I worked in the automotive business in California and wish I had the team that Autonation Nissan has put together at this dealership.

We just bought a Juke last week.  I had an email that offered a great deal so I emailed back to get more information.  It was immediately answered by Kevin Jones.  He asked what I was looking for, got me the info I requested, and provided a quote that was the same (actually a bit better) than the original.  I made an appointment with him.  I was truly impressed with Kevin.  He was friendly, knowledgeable, prepared for my appointment and ready to make the deal.  It was the easiest transaction I have ever had at a car dealership!  We were in and out in record time. I usually face bad service experiences with refuse to revisit, but coming from a service background I think this sales person deserves a review. I have never seen anyone as shady and dishonest as Al Rehman. During my visit at Dessert Nissan Las Vegas I have repeatedly explained that I WILL NOT be taking the car home on the same day. Al keeps pushing for a President-Day sale and rudely ripped up the lease proposal in front of my friends and I when he couldn't force it on us.

I went to look for an Altima to lease in my name because the lease on my family car is about to end. I have previously looked at Fletcher Jones Toyota so I know even though I'm 24 and haven't financed s before, I have no issue leasing by myself between my income and credit score. I was approved for a 2014 Camry SE with $1500 down MSRP $27,106 before any negotiation. The Altima I looked at yesterday was roughly $23,000 MSRP.

After running my credit Al came back and told me they only finance to 1st time auto buyers and not lease. However if I wanted to lease he would make an exception for me (typical sales strategy) but I'd have to put $3 - 4k down to drive off. It's funny to me how a camry that cost $4000 more only wants $1500 down and he is asking for so much more but I do understand every dealership has different policies so I thought altima just wasn't for me. As I was getting ready to leave Al then asked me how much I would put down and I said no more than 2k. He does his little walk around the desk and came back to tell me "that would be the lowest they would go" and then explains the rest of the proposal to me. So finally we are both clear on the fact that I could lease by myself. In the next half an hour he tried to trick me into signing the proposal before picking out a color; he lied about the car not having bluetooth audio and said if I want that it would be at least another k until I confronted him to look at the window feature breakdown of the car I test drove. I highly doubt an experienced car sales would not know what their base model comes with so it is very shady to trick your customers into thinking they have to pay more for something that comes with the car so you can milk your commission.

At last I explained to him once again I would be able to make a final decision within the next few days but I want to find out insurance and registration details first. This is my first car I'm going to make certain of my decision and not drive it straight off the lot. He tells me I would never get a deal like today and walks off ripping the proposal.

I really hope my experience would be helpful to anyone trying to buy a car at Dessert Nissan Las Vegas. Don't let anyone pressure you into spending your hard earned money if you are not ready.

I just purchased a used car from this dealership.  The salesperson, Goran, was great. He explained the process and didn't project high pressure sales like you normally run into on a car lot.  My problem was with the finance guy.  I noticed on my sales contract that there are six more months than I agree to and the car's sales price is higher than what I agreed.  Beware of the guy who writes up your paperwork.  Very shady!

She went here, and drove away in a 2014 rogue in an hour. She's a savvy shopper & did her homework on finance rates lease vs buying. The buying experience was easy.

I just recently purchased my 4th car from Brian. As stated above I kind of follow him dealer to dealer, BMW Henderson Desert Honda now nissan. But I didn't want a Nissan I went to BMW vegas chose the car I wanted and had it brought to nissan for the deal. In and out in 3 hours. Truly happy with their customer service.

I tried to make a appointment  for a oil change at this dealership since i own a  Nissan that i just purchased through another Nissan dealership in centennial .
I figure i will have my car serviced here since is closer to my neighborhood

The receptionist for the service department i believe her name is Darlene or Daley or something with the D she has a voice of a older lady  was extremely rude from the moment she answer the phone very unpleasant with a attitude like you were bothering her i asked for the times available for a oil change , for some reason i didnt understand her answer and she  started to scream at me because i will not understand her with a horrible disposition . i asked why are you screaming at and giving me a horrible attitude she proceeded  to scream and hung up on me .

I never been to this dealership and i guess never will. this dealership lost a customer  .
That person should be fired .. if i go in live with an ignorance and the attitude  like that lady i will be probably be in street ...

Coming from the worst possible experience with Hyundai, could not have had a better experience with Nissan. Treated respectfully, kindly and like family by every person from reception to sales to financing.  Bought our Nissan Altima here, and we told Joe (friendliest most helpful sales guy ever) exactly what we wanted and he presented us with only options we asked for. Seems everywhere else people want to upsell and show you something you dont want or talk you out of what you came for- not Joe.

Even after we bought the car, Joe helped us hook up blue tooth and other cool features in the car.  They even registered the car for us.

The finance department was friendly, quick, and efficient!  Everything was fair, totally transparent and respectful. Would recommend this dealership to anyone- and have sent a few their way.  Satisfied 100%

So my friend has a 2010 nissan altima coupe that he just bought from the "stealership" couple months ago and he bought the extended warranty so he brings his car to desert nissan everytime he needs an oil change. First time he needed an oil change, brought it there, got it back, everything is ok but wait time was 2 hrs, no one does oil change and inspection for 2hrs, got recommended drive belt replace but he I check the belt for him and it no need service on the belt because I go to automotive school and know how to check these simple stuffs. And today he brought his car back again for another oil change, after a long wait time, he got his car back and the guy did his oil change said " You need to replace your whole steering wheel because it doesn't feel smooth?!?!?!?" Wait what, stop right there lololol. I never heard of anyone say you need to change the whole steering wheel because it doesn't feel smooth or shaking while driving. The problem is maybe you just need an alignment or tires rotation. I think that tech was hungry and didn't even know what he was talking about after he did an " 2 hrs " oil change. You need to take a day off or something!

Could not have had a better experience.  We bought our Nissan Altima here, and we told Joe exactly what we wanted and he presented us with two options.  They were both fantastic.  Even though both options were the same car, he let us test drive both cars.  I found him to be very helpful.  The finance department was friendly, quick, and efficient!  We even were able to purchase a FANTASTIC warranty.  I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just recently bought my 2013 Nissan Juke from here.
    I ABSOLUTELY hate the whole car buying experience. I tend to buy a car and keep it at least 10-12 years if it allows me, just so I don't have to go through the whole dealing with car salesmen thing.

   I went on Truecar.com and got a fair quote for a Juke. Within 24 hours Dave called me to see if there was anything he could help me with. He also sent me an e-mail with several Jukes to look at. I called him back and we went over what I was looking for. He called the next day to tell me he had at least three Jukes that fit what I wanted so we set an appointment for that Monday.
 Monday came and Dave was great! I not only got the exact Juke I was looking for but he made the whole process as painless as possible. My cute red Juke was living in Utah and Dave said he'd drive there that night to get it. He even sent me a txt with a picture of it when he got there. Very cool!  I drove off with my new ride the very next day.
I'm giving them 4 and 1/2 stars. I couldn't be happier with my experience! (unless they gave me a free car, then I'd have to give 5 stars).

This review is based solely on telephone correspondence with the service department.  When I called today for service on my Maxima, the receptionist who answered the phone was lifeless and actually made me feel like I was interrupting her day.  When she transferred me to service, the cost was outrageously high and the service person I spoke to seemed surprised I would even ask if they had loaner cars (they don't).  The conversation was less than helpful and very little information was provided.  The service tech was also rude when I asked if they have a single service price (they don't).  The experience was so distasteful I am now driving to henderson for my service appointment.

Chris Aizpitarte is AMAZING! He knew exactly what the issue was with my car as soon as I told him what it was doing! I had taken it to my local Nissan dealer in July when I first had this issue and they just blew me off!
My transmission needed to be replaced and he had it all done very fast! Brought it to the dealership on Saturday morning and it was done late afternoon on Monday!

This place gives car dealerships a bad name and that's saying something. DO NOT take your car for service to this place unless it is under warranty. They will charge you for diagnostic and will not count it toward your final bill unless you get all the work done that very same day. The work done means that they are doing to list everything they think you need to be done in thousands of dollars. For change of two sensors which would cost  them 29 dollars each, they put an invoice of 1400 dollars in front of me. When I asked to wait, they told me that they could not reimburse me for diagnostic if I leave the dealership today. They never told me about the cost of diagnostic and the terms of the payment at the start or when I called to make the appointment. The way they conducted the whole process was unprofessional and  clearly designed to confuse the customer and leave him with no choice. It was amazingly well rehearsed. I am going to write Nissan Corporation for i believe these practices are frauds committed against consumers. They actually made me cry. I felt like such an idiot when I left the place.

Chris (service) was very nice. After driving my 2012 nissan altima from socal it overheated and caused major problems with the transmission. I called Nissan praying they could help me since my car was still under warranty (friday) I spoke with Chris who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They processed me in and out in 20 min maybe less, giving me a rental until they could figure out the problem. He called me to let me know they had to replace my transmission. I am really grateful they were able to do all of this in 24 hrs and the total level of service and professionalism from their staff. Good Job!!!

Used Car Purchase

I purchased a used Volvo from Desert Nissan.   I have never enjoyed the experience of purchasing a used or new car in the past. Although, in this instance, the whole transaction went very smooth as I would have hoped.  I had a sales persons (Joe) who very helpful without being pushy.  

However, my real experience with Desert Nissan was demonstrated after I had purchased the vehicle.  After some time, I discovered there was a mechanical issue with the car. This was by no means a small issue either.   In the timeline of events, the problem occurred in that grey area where the dealership could have arguably done nothing.   Used cars are sold "As-Is"..... case closed.  To my surprise the Used Car Manger (Ed D.) took ownership of the problem, and backed up the quality of the products they sold.  It took a while to get the exact nature of the problem diagnosed, but once the issue was identified, the mechanical problem was fixed to my satisfaction.  While having the vehicle attended to, I dealt several members of the staff (Karen, Chung, and Antonio), they were all friendly and professional.  I have no qualms at all about recommending this dealership.

I just bought a new Quest. This review is only on the sales and finance department since I haven't dealt with service yet.

My hubby and I were shopping around last week for a new minivan, but other options were considered. We looked at Toyota, Jeep, and Kia. We also went to Hyundai because they've always been great for us. After some pretty bad experiences at those other dealers, I convinced my hubby to look at Nissan. We went to the dealership on a Sunday so we could look around without a salesman following us around. We liked what we saw ( through the windows) and put a email in to their internet sales guy Dave Adolph. He got back to us Monday morning. We went down to see the van shortly after talking to Dave on the phone. He greeted us right away. He was very easy going, and good with our kids. We made a deal quickly, and got all the rebates on the van. There were no scams or hidden fees. Everything was straight forward.

My hubby worked with Steve in finance. I didn't get to meet him since I had to go to work, but my husband said he was great. He basically printed the docs, hubby wrote a check and drove away in our new family hauler.

It was a pretty great experience, for buying a car. We would definitely recommend Dave Adolph to anyone going to Desert Nissan. He doesn't do high pressure sales. We knew what we wanted and he didn't try to get us looking at anything else.

This review is for the collision shop, NOT the service center. The service reps do an excellent job at the service center. That being said, this is the absolute worst collision shop around. They make Gerber look like a 5 Star shop. That is how bad this place is. The worst customer service. Now I know why Geico does not use them. Big mistake.

I still go to the service center. Their service reps do an excellent job at the service center.

I have never purchased a vehicle there, so I can't speak on that. I'm sticking with Henderson Nissan when I make a purchase. They always take care of me there. It is just too far to drive for service.

Never have I been treated so poorly in my entire life. I went on the lot knowing which car I already was going to buy but they tried so hard to scam me into buying that day that I changed my mind completely. When you are spending a lot of money on a NEW car you should be given the car you want, not a hard-sale. The supply on new cars is not limited. They told me that the car I wanted was on sale so I asked them the price. Then they preceded to tell me that the sale price was a "secret" until I committed to the car. What sort of scam is this? I told them then to give me the lowest non-secret price so I could think about my options. I was then verbally berated for not wanting to buy a car that day. It was so bad that we were practically shouting at each other. I felt so horrible when I left words cannot even describe. I get better service buying a five dollar cup of coffee at Starbucks.

I purchased a Juke at Desert Nissan.  My experience, specifically with the warranty area, lived up to the epitome of a horrible car purchase experience.  in fact, in my Nissan customer survey I wrote:
Walked into a meeting with a euphoric new car glow about me, beyond excited about my 27K purchase.I was shortly relieved of that feeling and was told that my car would be predisposed to very expensive breakdowns which is why Nissan would only warranty it for 3 yrs."We do 150K of service work a month due to it's poor quality & unreliability". Started regretting my car purchase; highly pressured.

I had a friend with me and was still highly pressured, beyond insulting and demeaning.  I can't even begin to imagine how the experience would have resulted had I been there alone.  I don't recommend this dealership at all, especially to women because of their high pressure antics.

Never have I had such a poor experience purchasing a vehicle. What started out as promising went downhill rather quickly, when the car my fiancé and I initially purchased (signed paperwork, downpayment made in cash, etc) was deemed "too costly to fix" for the simple problem they promised IN WRITING to fix. They went back on the deal instructing us to pick a different (and thus more expensive) car or we could get out money back with no regard to the substantial effect this process would have on our credit (seeing as we had just signed and purchased a car we didn't get to keep).

All of this would be unpleasant enough, but to top it off, sales manager Chris was deliberately demeaning, evasive with necessary information, and downright misleading. To say customer services is completely absent would be a gross understatement. Do not, DO NOT purchase a car from here, especially a used vehicle. Go anywhere else. They are scam artists who will bait and switch you into something THEY want you to buy, regardless of whether or not you want it.

TERRIBLE. I came in for an oil change and I waited two hours. Customer service is terrible, they don't update you or check on you, or your vehicle. The cashier in the customer service lounge is loud and making personal phone calls the entire time and its very unprofessional, we will not be coming back.

I purchased my 2006 Nissan Murano from Desert Toyota, a subsidary of Desert Nissan. At the time of purchase, I bought a Toyota Extra Care Extended Warranty and, since then, have been taking my Murano to Desert Nissan for servicing.

I am writing to report poor customer service from within the vehicle service department. I have been a customer of Desert Nissan Service Department for two years and...I have had several instances of inadequate service from representatives, initially with Kevin (who no longer works there and more recently, Andy). I have had instances of not receiving return phone calls in a timely manner. I have had instances of service taking excessive amounts of time for completion, even though, I had appointments for service. The most recent experience that gave me grounds to no longer patronize this company included; being charged for warranty work (which I was refunded for once I called my warranty myself) and being charged for a tire rotation after buying the tires from Desert (then told that it is included for only two years, to find that I had purchased the tires 16 months prior, and then the manager (Marc Lustig) told me that this is not an included service.) This department has lost my trust and I will no longer be patronizing this company.

I had repairs done here with Ed, who is great.  My car was just barely under warranty, and wouldn't start.  Ed had them replace the battery which I had to pay for, but then a couple days later, the car wouldn't start again.  I took it back, still under warranty, and was told it was fixed.  But it happened a third time when the car was not warrantied anymore.  Ed was great, always getting me in the same day and even towed the car for free the last time (the other times I used AAA).  He was so good to work with - if you need a repair, ask for him!

Love my new car! The folks there were wonderful to work with and it was a relatively painless process. Not a big fan of purchasing a car but Desert Nissan is a no pressure dealership and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would go back to them in the future, and not just for repairs. I got the car I wanted with the features that were important to me, with a payment that is pretty good. Thanks Dessert Nissan!!

these people are awful. they will get you into a car and let you drive off the lot, then call you later and ask for more money. if you dont give them more money, they will take the car away. beware! they are crooks!

I took my Nissan Xterra, which was purchased from another dealer less than a year ago and in good condition to this location to get the routine service performed at 120,000 miles and to fix an oil leak, I signed an estimate saying the total for both items would be around 700.00. A few hours later, while I was at work, I received text messages saying that my car was in horrible condition and that it needed 4,000.00 worth of extra work beyond the 700.00. I told them to cease everything and I would be in to pick up my car after I got off work. When I went to get my car, the associate told me I could not have my car because it was taken apart to be fixed...which puzzled me because I told them earlier to forget everything and I just wanted my car back. That associate was also very rude and offended both me and my boyfriend. As I was leaving the lot, I noticed my car was not taken apart, it was in the parking lot. Very angry at this point because now I feel like I am being taken advantage of and lied to, I called the service manager in the morning and explained to him how upset I was and that I just wanted my car back. He was extememly rude to me, even though he did admit my car wasn't taken apart and according to him it was just a "communication error". He was not helpful at all and very defensive. Later on that day I started receiveing text messages and calls from one of the service associates, basically harrassing me, telling me to call back the service manager and tell him it was all his fault and not the other guys fault. Hardly professional, and when I again called to further complain about this matter to the service manager he was again rude and of no help at all. I picked up my car and was charged 680.00 for basically nothing- transmission conditioner, balance and rotate tires, oil change, air filter and battery check. All of which would've cost 200.00 or less anywhere else. I am actually not even sure they did anything the 680.00 was supposed to do because my car still shakes as if the tires have not been balanced or rotated. They wouldn't let me take my car unless I paid so I just wanted to be rid of this headache and get my car back, so I was forced to pay money for services I believe I did not even recieve and even if I did a total rip off and taking advantage of a female who doesn't know much about cars. And as a side note- what they wanted 4,000.00 for I was quoted from another certified mechanic that I would only be charged 650.00 for from that mechanic.
Do not take your car here, they take advantage of women and over-charge for services.

Car buying at it's best. The staff and salesman (David Froemming) were very nice and personable. They allowed me to take my time and go over every little detail without any hint of attitude. They were very flexible and offered a great deal. I had been shopping not only in Vegas but within a 500 mile radius. David never pressured me into buying anything that speaks volumes over a lot of other salesman at other dealerships. It took a while to get the deal done and head out of the door but it was well worth it in the end. If you are in the market for a new car without a lot of hassle then go and see David Froemming. He is great!

This is the way car buying should be, no bull, no hassles straight up honest people who want you to be HAPPY!  Our salesman, Joe Spann was personable, flexible and easy to work with. The process still took a few hours but it wasn't the usual bore. Chris Ditmore gave us the lowest price upfront and some extras we did not expect.
We have purchased LOTS of cars, Porsches, BMWs, Jeeps, Dodges, Toyotas etc., and this was by far the smoothest and most tolerable of them all. I dreaded having to go to buy a car expecting all of the usual nonsense; lies, manipulations and fluff. No balloons here ladies and gents, just honest guys making a living.

So, if you need a vehicle, and detest the stereotypical car salesman routine, you won't get it here, check them out and ask for Joe Spann.

Never had a problem with servicing my car here. Been here about 6 times for numerous things. I had my check engine light on and I pulled it up to the service bay. The guy came out and hooked something up to it really quick and told me that it's just cheap gas that had a high oxygen level. They didn't charge me and I was in and out in 5 min. My oil changes had no issues and when my tranny went out, they fixed it the next day and paid for the towing.  The tranny was under warranty but it still nice that I didn't come out of pocket for a thing.

I'm pretty sure there is not a review on file for a car dealership that has a 5-star rating (correct me if I'm wrong).

Let me just state that FOR A CAR DEALERSHIP and for having numerous car buying experiences, my most recent trip to Desert Nissan was made the most tolerable car-buying experience to date. (Thanks to Salesman, Daniel and Louise, the financing goo-ru).

Those of you who have been through the car buying experience know that you pretty much set up camp for the day at the dealership, doesn't matter what dealership it is, you're there for the ladder part of the day.

So my date with Desert Nissan commenced at 10AM and wrapped up around 4PM but the final outcome was me driving off in a car I was absolutely in love with and in a payment I was 100% comfortable with.

Daniel was funny, up front (from the East Coast so I could relate to his direct approach), and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision (either way).

I felt the duche-bag vibe on a few other car dealers standing around so it definitely makes a difference in who you are working with. But if you are in the market for a new/er vehicle soon, I would recommend at least checkin in with Daniel and his staff.

i would have given them a zero if i could, terrible service, Do not buy a car from these scam artist, because they will trick you into buying a car, they do not care about your financial well being, but care more of making money. these guys here need to be fired! all of them! terrible just terrible!

It's unfortunate that people take their car to dealerships and always assume that they are out to screw them.  I have taken my car here several times within the past few years and I have never had any problems with this location.  They always took me to my car, showed me the problem, and gave me a reasonable estimate before they started the work.  They also send a lot of great coupons in the mail.

Made me wait 4 hours just to *CHECK* my oil level and claimed that I did not ask for an oil CHANGE.

The guy here tried to tell me I needed new belts and some other BS because apparently he did not see that I had already had those services performed.  He could not show me the cracks in the belt, but assured me they were there.
