Horrible service. Horrible repairs. I was quoted for 6 days of work, it took 41. They scratched my tints and my trunk wouldn't close without slamming it after they worked on it. The manager was rude when I told him the issues with the repairs and brought it back to have them correct it. I figured in 41 days they would at least be able to repair it to the original condition, wrong.  Avoid this repair shop, they don't care about their customers or quality. I know multiple people who had similar issues with this shop (delays, improper/poor repairs). Not only that they get off on being assholes here.

Everyone was professional and pleasant, they did great job on my bumper and fog light assembly.  I read the reviews about stealing items out of the car, I didnt have any of those problems.  My experience was very good the workmanship was great and they kept me apprised of everything that was going on.

I had minor repair work done and it took two weeks.  I was originally told it would take about 3 days to complete.  

My car had a colored grill when I took it in, when I picked it up they replaced it with chrome.   I was never advised or asked about this and only discovered it when picking the car up.   I was them told by the representative that this was all that was available.  

I would definitely not return to this shop, overall a poor experience.

I want to give you 5 stars but due to the fact that my personal belongings was stolen I give it 1 star.  work done was great I'll give you that, glass was replaced and paint job was done perfectly like nothing ever happened. But come on guys! 3weeks wait period ? For a replacement of tires and a back window glass replacement ? Also
I know I saw a huge post board with words on it that read "NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, DAMAGE OR STOLEN BELONGINGS" so with that said its ok for your employees to take shit that is not theirs?? Seriously!? And won't be held accountable? That's bs! Come on!? Who the hell steals running shoes out of a gym bag? Oh wait since they're Nike and expensive you can't afford and decided to take them who knows probably for a wife or a gf since they were pink!! Not only that! Who the hells takes my soccer ball? I can always replace those things but have a courtesy of not touching stuff that doesn't belong to you! Makes this business look horrible! Un honest work environment. Management should have a better look at their employees and supervision should be key! Not only to make sure their work gets done but also for employees not to steal! Well what if management is also stealing and hide behind their policies!? Never again.
Be ware! Or make sure you take everything out of your cars before dropping it off here for service! I give it a dumbs down!!!

I had really bad experience repairing my car in this shop. All my personal belonging left in car were stolen as well as BMW tool kit from trunk. At the time of pick up battery was dead and i had to replace it, and repair work was not done right as they failed to line up fender with hood. Time it took to have it done was 4 weeks on a minor job that they promissed it will take up to 10 days.
They also claim no responsibility to items stolen or dead battery.
Avoid this shop at all cost

The absolute worst collision shop around. They make Gerber look like a 5 Star shop. That is how bad this place is. The worst customer service. Now I know why Geico does not use them. Big mistake.

I go there for service. Their service reps do an excellent job though. I have never purchased a vehicle there, so I can't speak on that. I'm sticking with Henderson Nissan when I make a purchase. They always take care of me there. It is just too far to drive for service.
