I had the EXACT experience as Habib from San Diego, except that I sent in my request for a refund exactly as they asked, notarized, etc. I never got the refund.
I contacted the BBB of Las Vegas, which tried to follow up several times, but got no reply.
I have tried to contact this company myself on many many occasions and never get through: the phone lines are either busy, I am on hold for ages (up to an hour), or worse, the system hangs up on me!
I want to get some kind of class action lawsuit going. There are hundreds of similar situations as mine out there -- go look on Google.
